Sweet Lavinia's Risalamande

Clots of rice pudding (harvested from the fair trade rice farms of Bokrug Lake!) and organic whipped goat cream topped with a sebaceous glob of black cherry sauce.

 

Walnut Danish. Then it becomes a nutty cream. The dairy takes a minute to arrive.

Dry: Sweetened creamy, almost buttery rice with sweet toppings (maybe jam?). Very realistic! An hour in the cherry sauce shows it self, being sweet without being obviously fruity, on top of cream and rice. With time, the risalamandes rice note grows stronger. Its a soft and sweet rice rather than dry precooked rice. Its rice cooked in cream with a pinch of vanilla and sugar.
Ends as a mix between cream, warm milk and sugar.

Dominant notes: Rice, cream, sweet. Gourmand.

This is a creamy rice scent with a bit of a toasted quality. Reminds me of Haus of Gloi's Mango Sticky Rice without the mango. Absolutely do not mind the missing cherry!
