rockchickie Report post Posted May 25, 2007 (edited) Extracted directly from the twitching nether-regions of the wild Eastertime bunny rabbit: a snarling, slavering, buck-toothed, fluffy, floppy-eared, horny-as-hell Springtime beast. Soft cotton blossom, white musk, baby's breath, clover and pale powder notes. This was pure lemon Pledge on me. Very little morphing, no matter what I do, except into the soapy stage. Wah! girl_android Report post Posted July 1, 2007 The logical brained side of me tells me I shouldn't go looking for discontinued LEs, let alone forum-only LEs to covet, right? In the imp, I get kind something kind of lemony, powdery, and clean. Wet on skin, it's much the same, powdery lemony. Once dry, the lemon goes away, my impression of this scent is ... clean. I think this might be better suited for ... not winter, for me.
phantasmmysteria Report post Posted July 17, 2007 Beth needs to piss off more cute furry critters and bottle the scent! This is good stuff. In the bottle, it's all slightly powdery musk. Once on, I smell the same lemony scent others have gotten (but it's very faint). Mostly there's just bright, happy musk with the slightest hints of green and yellow notes peeking out from underneath it. The musk continues to dominate until about hour 2 in the drydown, and then it fades away to leave a faint sugary sweetness. I really love this, but I have to be careful about wearing it on days when I'm feeling crabby; it brings out the enraged bunny in me, makes me feisty! funkmoppet Report post Posted July 26, 2007 Oh wow - LOVE this cranky bunneh! So so soft and warm! No much by way of morphing, except the fabulous clover is stronger when wet. The baby's breath adds a gentle not-too-sweet floral, and the musk is simply divine. It's softly, deliciously lemony, and as I'd hoped, that soft musk warms right up and just nuzzles on the dry-down. It's reminding me a lot of the way Buck Moon smells on me - and that is SUCH a good thing! It's definitely gentler and more powdery - and that's good powder, not the bad kind. ; ) Abso-freakin'-lutely love this!
neuilly Report post Posted August 12, 2007 This comes off as rather generic soap on me I was hoping to love this but looks like my bottle will be going into swaps. I don't even get the lemon that others mention. Hop along now bottle!
fiddlefox Report post Posted August 13, 2007 (edited) smells like laundry soap, the dry powder. Clean, fresh, bright, but I don't think I'de were it much as a perfume. Oh well, I loved the name and the whole idea wish i could smell the clover. Well, my beanie baby bunny seems to enjoy wearing it ... alicia_stardust Report post Posted August 16, 2007 This is a pure breath of fresh springtime! It is neither too floral, too soapy, to aquatic, too anything! It is soft and fluffy and oh so very comforting. I get a "pink-white" scent to this and I am hoarding multiple bottles of it.
usamimi Report post Posted September 27, 2007 In the imp: a sweet, delicate floral. Wet: the very light, delicate florals combined with the cotton blossom made me think of a springtime nursery. Dry: It's light and sweet, very feminine, and almost innocent smelling. I found nothing "enraging" about this scent at all, I think it's adorable.
jupster75 Report post Posted March 24, 2008 Why did I have to discover you now?? You are not enraged at all, dear bunny. You are soft, musky, clover and powder all combined into one wonderful scent. You are made of awesomeness. I am very mad that I only have an imp. I want a bottle for sure!
hkhm Report post Posted April 1, 2008 bottle: soft, powdery musk. very sweet and innocent. wet: i think it's the clover i'm smelling, something green and sweet along with the powdery sweet musk. dry: this is so intensely sweet and powdery on the dry down, i have to keep it a bit further away from my nose. a teensy bit of this stays on my skin forever and has a tremendous throw. this is a beautifully innocent scent that feels so feminine and happy. persianmouse Report post Posted May 1, 2008 I love the Enraged Bunny Musk. It smells like wild cotton (not that nasty Bath&Body Works Clean Cotton smell, that smells like laundry detergent), and early spring flowers, like clover. It smells...wicked and clean and cute at the same time. Like a porno set where all the performers are anthropomorphic rabbits. Like furry porn brought to life. In a cute and adorable way. SeaLady Report post Posted June 23, 2008 I have just been lucky enough to happen upon a bottle of this From a friend, originally from her friend. It's verreh snuggly. Fresh and clean and fuzzy, with a little bit of lemon. Later, it is musky and cotton powdery. I'm pretty sure it's grand and I love it.
couscous Report post Posted June 25, 2008 I can't believe I passed up the opportunity to review this back when I had 5 bottles of the stuff! Enraged bunny Musk was the first scent I ever ordered more than 2 bottles of unsniffed, on the grounds that I'd never be able to get anything like it ever again. I was right- there's nothing in the GC as soft, powdery, and as unabashedly childlike as Enraged Bunny Musk... even though this bunny's got quite a nice musky base on him! The scent is a clover and baby powder bottle of joy, and it dries down to a sheer, musky bubbblegum powder with clover . My only problem is that EBM smelled a bit too simple on me, and it also had very poor throw. It's a slathering fragrance. Absolutely lovely- a bit young, but lovely- a must-try for very girly girls and people who love baby powder.
ouch! Report post Posted August 1, 2008 (edited) This, like the desciption says is pale. It's a lovely powdery fizzy lemon scent. But it's not your usual lemon. It's not astringent or cleaning fluid lemon. It's a more light, young, delicate lemon. Unfortunately the throw is not strong. Somebody did ask me a minute ago what I was wearing today, but she knows about my BPAL love. She did say it was pleasant though.. I'm not sure what clover smells like so..I can't say if it's apparent, but I'm guessing it's a green kind of smell. I'm not getting any green at all. The lemon does die down when it's dry. I kind of wish it stayed, because I really like it when it's wet! It leaves behind a very clean smelling powdery smell that again isn't the usual powder notes from BPAL oils. The whole thing is..very light. Not enraged at all. I would say this is more like.. "Sedated Bunny Floating On A Cloud Musk". It doesn't last very long on me either, but I have a bottle to keep applying from.... Overall, I like it alot. I just wish it was a bit more..ENRAGED in the throw department!!! innocent Report post Posted August 15, 2008 *fresh out of the bottle* Whoa... WHOA! *Innocent staggers back from her arm, eyes watering at the attack of the COTTON* I think I put too much on... This was very strong at first, a sort of floral soap that assaulted my nose. I braved it out, never got a hint of the lemon so many other people are mentioning, and was eventually rewarded. Enraged Bunny Musk softened into a lovely, sexy, springtime smell (I loves me some musk!). I'll have to give it another try and pay closer attention to how long it takes before it softens down - I'm currently undecided if the wait is worth it. writergal969 Report post Posted December 4, 2008 Hello Baby Powder and Luv's Baby Soft! Sadly, reminds me too much of stuff I'd rather not smell like. I still love the description but the drydown on this is killer. It smells a whole lot like baby powder, not a bad thing, but not something I'd wear out and about really...2.5/
gchris Report post Posted December 6, 2008 in vial: sweet and innocent wet: lemony, smells like aged linens getting stronger. soapy, perfumey dry: smells like something dry, it seems to be the cotton and bark.
Ajila Report post Posted January 30, 2009 In the bottle – All I get is the white musk and the powder notes Wet on me – Dry and clean powder Dry on me – Very clean, slightly warm white, musk, with just a hint of sweetness Overall – Perhaps a grown up version of Antique Lace
zankoku_zen Report post Posted March 17, 2009 This one was a lemony baby powder on wet, and it has dried to a lemony linden flower scent. Meh.
Andrea912 Report post Posted April 17, 2009 So, let me preface this by saying I made a mistake in a swap; I got too excited and thought I was swapping for Engraged GROUNDHOG Musk...I'm looking at the notes of the Bunny Musk and I'm less than thrilled; I'm not into soft, powdery things...here goes nothing Wet: sweet; perhaps the white musk; I detect the powder for sure; a tinge of clover; not enough to make the smell more savory and less...I dont know...baby head smelling... Drydown: hmmm...not as sweet; still soft and musky, but getting darker; less like a baby's head and more like...the smell of a new doll, maybe... More Drydown: hmmm...I dont think I like this, but I can't quite put my finger on it...
Gin Report post Posted May 21, 2009 Enraged Bunny Musk You know those scents that you know you won't like, because none of the notes are 'your' notes, but the imagery is just too much and you have to get some anyway? Yeah. Enraged Bunny Musk was one of those. I was able to pass it up when it was available from the Lab, but caved later. I'm not one to go for the 'clean' scents, but I'm a sucker for bunnies (and reviews that mention lemon). On me, this is all powder + cotton blossom, with a touch of white musk. Cute, but not my style.
fairnymph Report post Posted July 9, 2009 Sniffed: Light gold oil. Clean, soapy, floral-powder. I definitely get some orris, and the soapy notes are unpleasantly acrid, perfumey-hairsprayish. I little distant sickly sweetness. Wet: Softer, sweeter & less overwhelmingly powdery/orris/florals. Still rather dry and to me, 'elderly' feeling. The sweetness reminds me of (appropriately enough) powdered sugar, and with the orris I'm reminded of sugary violet blends. A bit of clean wet greenery from the clover pokes through, and some sort of spicy floral. Dry: Huh, it's going oddly bitter-green, maybe one of the floral notes? Still very much powdery soap. The white musk has really come out, sweet and bright and clean, and it's helping a bit....but I still get this Comet cleaning powder thing. Later: Green things - grassy? - powder, musk and cotton flower. This ones improves greatly after a while, but the greenery that emerges has a slightly bitter edge, and it's still too powdery for me. Summary: Rich white musk, sharp-fresh greenery, soapy-clean (almost lineny) cotton blossom (and I swear I can smell the baby's breath at the end) with a mild underlying sweetness. Baby like, and very fitting. Good throw & fantastic longevity.
rayvn1 Report post Posted January 8, 2010 Woah! Lots of musk in this one thank goodness, I'm not a big fan of powder notes. It has decent throw and smells like cotton balls lightly dipped in musk. Vaguely innocent, calming scent.
angelicruin Report post Posted January 8, 2010 Very powdery. Light musk. Soft, clean scent.
silver_springs Report post Posted January 27, 2010 Whoever said it reminded them of Dorian was right. That's exactly what I thought, Dorian with lemon. I honestly didn't much of a powder smell at all from this. It was very strong and musky but in a good way. Vaguely masculine and a bit of a linen smell on drydown. I ended up liking it more than I thought I would. It's a keeper.
