BPAL

  • Favorite Scents
I'm a big fan of sandalwood and for a number of years wore a simple sandalwood perfume oil as my scent of choice. I also love almost any sort of flower - I'm partial to roses, honeysuckle and magnolia. Anything with peaches or peach scent in it is also a plus with me - I love the scent and the taste of the fruit as well :) There's also something about cigar smoke that I love or a nice pipe. And burning wood always smells fantastic to me as well.

Astrology

Aries Sun Sign, Pisces Ascendant. I'm a bit of an odd combination, I suppose :) For a long time I wasn't the hard-headed ram so traditional of the Aries. In fact, I'm quite laid back until I get ticked off or aggravated. Perhaps this is thanks to those Pisces vibes? :)

In the Imp: Alcohol is the first scent that hits me. Whew baby, reminds me of those cheap dollar store perfumes. On: This one turns to powder on me very quickly. I can smell the sandalwood though. Once it dries, it is all very soft powder. It's not bad but it is gone VERY quickly. Verdict: Eh, it's ok. I don't think I'll keep it around though. It kind of fades off on me in no time flat.

In the bottle: Smells like a big bush to me, like a bush just starting to green up and bloom in the spring. I can REALLY smell the greenery in it. On: The scent I smell strongest on myself is the jasmine. As it dries down on me, I can vaguely make out the leather in the background. There's a wiff of cinnamon now and then but on me, it mostly turns into a very floral scent. Like a big blooming bush in the spring. Verdict: This is my first BPAL scent and I quite like it! I wouldn't mind a full size of this one.
