i vaguely smell the heliotrope, but the orange blossom (more blossom than orange) and lemon verbena take over. it smelled good at first but after a while, lolita began to remind me of kitchen cleaner or wood polish or something like that. ecchh.

dirt, herbs and flowers. like an herbal zombi, and not as good. this is dusty and gives me a headache!
-
... The feral scent of the heat of the chase, deep woods, undulating musks, brushed by forest herbs, crushed grains, and touched by blood-dimmed lunar oils. cinnamon and red musk. reminds me a little of bengal but not as sweet. after much deliberation i am still not sure if i like this or not!

oh, this is great! the amber does NOT go powdery, ever, and the peach wine note is deliriously delicious. it's such a bright, sunny scent!

this is warm and throbbing and rich. in the imp it is veryvery dark. when i put it on my arm i smelled dragon's blood with that dark, black musk and a hint of sweet, sticky fruit. it's slightly spicy as well- very nice! i'd really like this in the winter, i think.

what is in this? i was given a marvelously aged frimp of this and at first it smelled like curry... then it morphed into a very green, herbal smell. it's so odd, i like it! i don't know if i can wear it as a perfume, but i like it!

this is decidedly unpleasant. i must be allergic to something in it because as soon as i sniffed my wrist my eyes teared up, and not because the scent was so terribly wistful or melancholy. smells very generic-floral to my unsophisticated nose. i do like that "autumn leaves" note, whatever that is!

this smells like the most delicious strawberry incense ever... it is intensely fruity, sweet and makes me want to lick my arm. damn this is good stuff!
-
almost all grape, with a little rose and lemon. unusual! it also has crazy powerful throw. this is delicious. i'm officially impressed.

i really cannot pick out any individual notes here. every time i try it, it's a lot different. it's very overpowering and gives me a bit of a headache. it smells... flowery, but dark and herbal at the same time. i'm sorry i can't be more eloquent!

mm. there is a base of soft dry jasmine and a gentle hint of buttercup and honeysuckle. this wears very close to the skin and is warm and wonderful. it would be perfect for a spring or summer morning.

i can't tell most flowers apart, scent-wise. the only ones i know are lavender, lilac, rose, lotus, peony and... that's about it. oh, and moonflower, i know i like moonflower. i definitely smell the moonflower here. this is a very clean, ethereal scent, delicately sweet. it reminds me of the ghost, but less green. i have but a wee sniffie of this, and it may be worth the trouble to find at least another imp!

green, woody and flowery. it smells like plants. i can't pick out anything in particular, nor is it especially evocative of a forest... it just smells like plants. (interestingly, i thought this might be an alright unisex scent because i don't get very much of the flowers on me, but i put it on my bf and it just turned straight to an overpowering floral scent- way too girly!)

my first reaction upon sniffing this was, "it smells like pasta..." i ate something recently at a restaurant that smelled kinda like this. i think it's the rosemary and lemon. it's too herbal and savory and it kind of makes me feel queasy if i sniff it too much. after it dries for a while there is a very pleasant scent of burning wood underneath all the herbal crap. appropriate, given the name. nonetheless, even that isn't enough to redeem this and make me keep nero around.

smells like cheap bath salts. or possibly windex. i am beginning to think that ozone and i don't get along.
-
dragon's milk is delicious. i love dragon's blood and when combined with this amazing honey-vanilla scent it is just marvelous. resinous, sweet, a little spicy... ooh. i see a big bottle in my future!
-
VERY flowery and very soapy. i don't like this one so much. it's a teensy bit fruity... but mostly stinky flowers and soap.
-
at first i get apple, then i get smacked in the face with a beautifully fresh, juicy rose sweetened by honey (which is pleasantly not overpowering). this is an extremely feminine scent but it is not cloyingly floral nor does it smell "old lady-like" which is a common complaint i have with most florals... i really like this a lot. not bad for a frimp- thank you lab! hehe.

sticky sweet maraschino cherries and dark wood. the cherry in this is what i wanted bloody mary to smell like. it's sweet but the wood deepens it and makes it a really elegant, adult perfume, in my opinion. edit: unfortunately, after a little while the cherries seem to evaporate completely leaving a dry cedar sort of smell. the initial stages are lovely but i'm not into smelling like a wooden box. alas.

cinnamon, clove and burning leaves. this is a perfect autumn scent. woe is me, for i have only a tiny little imp. it is sweet, spicy, smokey and marvelous goodness.
-
this is... sweet, effervescent, spicy and smokey. that seems contradictory but there you go. i REALLY like the smell. after a while it becomes something like burning leaves. it's delicious. as for its intended purpose... well, i haven't had the opportunity to test THAT yet, but i'll report back once i have.

kumari kandam is an icy, aquatic floral. aquatics i can do, SOMETIMES- but the rest just doesn't work. it smells just like the description, although i expected something a little earthier and heavier. i like it, just not on me.

i have been waffling on this one for some time but as i applied it for reviewing purposes i realized that i simply must have a great big bottle of this. it is the most delicious, creamiest coffee scent you can imagine- and i am not a fan of coffee or foody scents in any way. i also don't know how the hell beth does this but i really do smell polished oakwood halls and dusty books. i want my apartment to smell like miskatonic university! now that i have a big bottle i have spent some more time wearing and sniffing misk. u and i love it even more. in the bottle it is this delicious, creamy, alcoholic coffee scent and it reminds me of bailey's irish cream. when i put it on it's still delicious and creamy and coffee-like but there is this lovely woodiness underneath and then it really starts to smell like old books... later the rich coffee scent comes back and oh it's just amaaaazing.

i love this. it reminds me of tenochtitlan only muskier and less sweet. i think i need to get a big bottle of coyote. it's difficult for me to pick out individual notes but it is dry in a good way and very warm.

i get a scent sort of seedy- like the stalks of grass we get in our yard that have gone to seed. there is also a vague scent of something sweet being burned. i think i would like this layered with something else.
