This was the scent I was most excited to try, by far. Alas and alack, it fades in an hour or two and isn't quite what I'd hoped for. For awhile, it smells like sharp, harsh vanilla oil. Then it softens into something creamier and milkier, although still synthetic-smelling. I'll give it another try, because it is, indeed, quite a comforting scent as it mellows out, but the lasting time is really poor on my skin.

Very sweet, very pretty. VERY floral. You might find a similar fragrance at a scent counter, so there is a commercial character to it, but there is also a slightly more natural tang here that makes it appealing. I can't pick out any particular notes; it's just a dewy floral scent, green and purple and slightly damp. I like it. Not THAT special, but perfectly nice.

    Blood Kiss

On first application, this is a cloyingly sweet, highly artificial...cherry, and maybe clove? It's kind of cough syrupy. Eventually it becomes a huskier, more natural clove, but there's an undertone of synthetic cherry on me that's NAGL. It also fades super fast on my skin. Swaps!

PURE cedar. I actually really love the smell of cedar, but I'm a little surprised that that's all that's happening, perfume-wise. Delicious, but super simple. Cedar, cedar, cedar.

Black licorice on me and not much else. Really harsh!

    Glasgow

On me, this is a faint, generic scent, sweet but powdery. My skin just eats it and it's mostly gone after an hour. I don't smell berries or heather at all, just a sort of bath-lotion rose.

    Hellcat

Hellcat is very nice. It's nutty, buttery rum, with what smells like an overlay of dry, hot spices. It's golden-brown, rich, and creamy. Sexy and rich. Idk if it totally suits my personality, but it's a great scent! Would definitely consider a bottle.

    Yew-Trees

Unfortunately, this didn't work for me. I was so excited about it, because I love woody/piney scents, and other reviewers said it was full-on pine drying down to creamy sweetness. But I grew up surrounded by evergreens, and in the bottle this is like... pine-sol, to my nose. It was pine-sol on the skin, too, although it eventually became a generically sweet, bath-powdery scent after a few hours. I wish I had skin chemistry that could render this scent as true a pine smell as the other reviewers' got.

    Grand Guignol

Oh, ugh. It smelled okay in the frimp, but when I put it on, I was gagging. At first I thought "this smells like... like... ferny candy," but it eventually becomes fruitier and almost wholly apricot. A too-sweet, nearly sour apricot, like canned fruit gone bad. It's acrid and gross on me, although I think it might smell interesting on a different kind of person. Pass!

    Bastet

Bastet honestly just smells... gross. I made some friends smell it and they agreed, but it's so popular that it must be my body chemistry or something. It smells dry, oily, sour, and nutty. It gives me a vague impression of spoiled, smoky body wash. When I first smelled the imp, I could barely handle it, and it didn't morph into anything better on my skin. Ughhh. Not for me! Edit: After five hours on, it turned into a dry, deliciously erotic scent. It was good, so good. Warning, though: it lasted through two days and two showers, at least on me. It is INDESTRUCTIBLE.

    Kurukulla

This. is. so. GOOD. Very, VERY sweet, but sweet in the way a flower garden in the summer is sweet. The rose and lotus notes are true, warm, and frankly delicious. It makes me happy just to smell it, it's so completely floral and so so fragrant. It's a very feminine scent, girly, young, and summery. I could go for a bottle. Love it. Edit: It eventually goes a bit powdery on me, I think, but I'm still a fan. Yep. I'm sniffing it now and it's still great.

    Thy Godfather's Present

Got this as a frimp. Very herbal. It smells like a bundle of medicinal plants. It's very "organic" smelling, like a real cutting of herbs. I like it. As perfume, it's very subtle, but interesting, and slightly sweet. I enjoy how authentically natural the scent is; will have to wear this out and see how friends respond. Edit: Eventually becomes a bit smokier, but in a pleasant way, like you're burning the herbs.

    Windward Passage

In the vial, it didn't smell ocean-y at all. On the skin, though, it turned into something salty and authentically marine -- it smells very strongly of seaweed to my nose. I thought it was fun and will give it another try.

    Bordello

It honestly smells like candy. Eventually it dries down to something more powdery, with a hint of almond, but it's still very sweet. Way too sweet for me! Apparently some people get a more authentic wine/fruit smell, but the overwhelming impression this blend gave me was of artificial grape -- like you'd smell in a drug store candy aisle. Edit to say: Beware. Two scrubbings haven't been enough to get the scent off!
