    Lolita

Oh Lolita, how I'm loving you. In the imp - Smells wonderfully delicious, like something I'd to eat. On me (wet) - Still smells delicious. A minute or two after I put it on the lemon verbena comes out. Really like how a hidden note comes flying out. On me (dry) - After a few minutes the lemon verbena fades away and I'm left with this wonderfully fruity/flowery scent. I think what lingers the most on me is the heliotrope. Verdict - Initially, I was a little disappointed that the honeysuckle didn't come out much on me, but then I fell utterly in love with heliotrope. So far this is my favorite BPAL scent. Will definitely be a full bottle purchase. And then I looked up the heliotrope plant and found out it can have purple flowers. Win. All around win.

    Jezebel

In the imp - Smells quite nice. Definitely has orange blossom and honey (maybe with the rose underneath) with kind of a powdery note to it and hints of the sandalwood. I liked it and was curious to see what it did on me. On me (wet) - The sandalwood really starts to come out now. I was hoping it would calm down some cause sandalwood and I don't always get along. On me (dry) - Ugh, all sandalwood. Unfortunately, sandalwood is one the the scents that makes me nauseous. I had to wash as much of this off of me as I could. Verdict - I wanted to like it but we just won't get along well. Oh well, I've got a start on the swap pile.

    Poisoned Apple

Apple is one of my favorite scents (and fruits) and the idea of a Poisoned Apple was just, wow, must have. In the imp - Apple! Apple! So much apple... with hints of something darker and green underneath. Love it. On me (wet) - Still smell the apple but now there's definitely something green coming out. I think it's the hemlock with either the oleander or opium along with it. On me (dry) - The apple went away! There's just the hemlock and either the oleander or opium left (I'm not sure which) and it did fade after a several hours. I do like the end result on me, but I wish the apple had stuck around. Overall - I love this in the imp, it smells to much like a ripe, juicy apple that's tinged with something dangerous. I like the result on me but I'm disappointed that the apple disappeared. The imp is definitely going to be used up, but I doubt this will be a full bottle purchase. I wouldn't say not to another imp in the future.
