My really peculiar research interests include: internet culture, game-based learning, gamification, motivation, and player behaviour in online games and in gaming communities, such as League of Legends. My curiosity/interest therefore naturally extends to online discussion communities too, like this amazing forum here on BPAL. I've been part of many toxic communities in my time and still subscribe to a few, so I'm quite happy to hide here when time allows. ~(˘▾˘~)

I run an academic podcast on Internet Culture and actively livestream competitive online games- particularly League of Legends (LoL).

Aside from BPAL, internet culture, and PC/console gaming, I have a number of other disjointed hobbies and pursued interests. These include: aBJDs, Lolita Fashion, dessert/pâtisserie/entremet making, and flair-bartending. I also have an unhealthy obsession with International Education Systems.

It's really nice to meet you and I'm really grateful you're taking the time to read my super long profile. do talk a lot though, and have amounted this wall of text in an attempt to dissuade you from getting through it all ｡゜(ಥ_ಥ)゜｡

I am an extraordinarily one-dimensional, purveyor of all lighter spectrum creamy vanillic, sweet amber, and ethereal floral scents that smell gold, pink and/or shimmery/sparkly silvery-white. I began collecting BPAL in late 2007, took a really long hiatus, moved countries to study and work.... grew a family - and have now returned! ^~^! I love enabling others with unexpected scent loves, hunting down D/ISOs for friends, and uniting scents with forever homes. I am currently in the process of refining my collection and helping my little family build theirs. The majority of my BPAL activity is spent with scent profiling, procuring, refining, and organising my BPAL collection, so if we have similar tastes and you love talking about all things BPAL as much as I do, feel free to reach out and shoot me a PM. I'm a globetrotter who frequently travels between Australia, Asia, and Europe. I mainly visit other countries for desserts. I love dessert! I can make them, but I'd rather eat them. I work as a professional bartender in an inner city nightclub, a livestreamer for competitive online games, and am also heavily involved in the eSports industry as a player engagement analyst. I have procured one kind-of-useful Masters degree (Entrepreneurship) and am finishing a second, almost-useful Masters degree (Psychology Research). I am also a mother to three delicious young children . ~(˘▾˘~)
