What do you do to take care of yourself when you're having a rough day (sick, life not going your way, whatever)?

Comfort food although I know I shouldn’t, tea, books, knitting. As long as I’m not depressed to the point I can’t concentrate, reading/playing stupid word games on my kindle or having something to do with my hands is a good thing. And if I can’t concentrate, science fiction/fantasy tv is my friend – I had a bad day Sunday and re-watched the first two disks of season 3 of Fringe. I need season 4… haven’t seen any of it AT ALL.

I found a fantastic little shop while traveling that had unusual jellies and jams. Would you be interested in trying something like Georgia Moonshine Jelly or TOE Jam (each letter stands for some kind of fruit, I don't remember which ones) or something similar? How about homemade jam in general?

Sure. I’m a HUUUGE fan of orange and peach jellies/jams/marmalades/butters but I’ll try anything except raspberry or grape.

Dunno about Halloween, but Empire, Black Mint Tea, Carpathian Lore, Gloaming, Roma, and Sweet Jane sound AWESOME. The Batik and Archeo skin glosses sound like they’re *made* for me and the Bettie, Honey, and Vanilla Pear lip lusts sound just about perfect.
