LizziesLuck Report post Posted January 23, 2016 Cardamom tea, orange peel, mate, oakmoss, tonka bean, sweet cedar, and costus. This has cardamom in it, so I needed to try it. Wet: Wow! Interesting. I smell the cardamom for sure. Some orange and cedar. Something sharply floral too, the costus I guess. The sharpness is fading, and the tea is coming forward. Dry: Lightly floral, citrusy cardamom tea. A beautiful combo. Different than other tea scents I have. It's also rare I get to wear anything orangey - orange is super iffy on me, but I have noticed that often when it does work is when it's listed as zest, peel, or rind. This will be beautiful in warmer months, a really lovely scent. I'll admit the drydown doesn't make me go "wow!" the way it does when wet, but I like it enough to keep my bottle. theredkilt Report post Posted February 20, 2017 Cardamom and orange peel/mate combo hit me right in the nose. Quite a strong pair. It's an intense perfumey smell bordering on high-end potpuri. I think this beast will shine in rainy weather.
