Helps relieve stress and anxiety, and clears your mind of ugliness and clutter. White Light BO is like the White Light oil. If you like White Light, you'll like the BO. I got a tiny tester of this and used this as a skin moisturizer. It smells cinnamony, like White Light does it, and incredibly soothing. I think I have a greater resonance with Emotional Healing BO at the moment, but that might just be where I am at the moment. White Light feels more passive than Emotional Healing, but that doesn't mean it's not as effective. ETA: 2017 I used some White Light BO (I got more from the etsy shop when it was up for a hot second), and it has worked really well.
