Fragrances with Dama de Noche?

I have been on a hunt for perfumes with dama de noche. The closest thing I can find is a soap called Dama de la Noche by Jaboneria Marionella . The notes of this fragrant soap are: apple, lemon, and dama de la noche. BPAL has a Halloween scent with dama de noche but it is drowned out with so many Filipino food ingredients. I want the dama de noche to dominate but I don't want to smell like the buffet table at my family Christmas gathering...lol.

 

Dama de noche is a widely cultivated in the Philippines for its sweet-scented flowers, which bloom at night. It is supposedly the strongest smelling flower in the world as you can smell it from 500 yards away.

 

I love the scent. The smell is very sweet. The closest I can describe it is like a sugar coated jasmine.

 

I would love to find a perfume with this scent. It reminds me of my childhood home and my mother as it is her favorite flower. She planted this flower all around our garden and I can remember the divine scent wafting into my bedroom on hot summer evenings.

 

I've scoured the internet and have turned up with nothing. Maybe there is another BPAL scent that describes what I'm looking for?

I looked up the flower online and apparently in English it's known as Night-Blooming Jasmine, which I remember reading descriptions of other lab scents that had it.

 

Some quick Googling turned up: The Night-Raven, Nyx, Hilma, and possibly Morgause.

 

These have some other scents mixed in as well, but you won't smell like a buffet table at least

I think you should try the Halloweenie, just in case! It might be what you're looking for, despite all those other notes.

There are some Bpal's that have Night-Blooming Jasmine listed as a note only none of those have apple listed as well. But your description immediately made me think about Hua Mulan. I wore it yesterday and on me it certainly smelled of sugar coated jasmine . It's a limited Edition from a while ago but it turns up in sales and swaps every now and then.

Hua Mulan (LE) - Pink musk, white ginger, tea leaf, night blooming jasmine, bergamot, and leather.

 

Other Night-Blooming Jasmine scents:

Ave Maria Gratia Plena (GC) - Rosewood with Sicilian lemon peel, red Mysore sandalwood, pale musks, sweet mountain sage and a dusting of lily, night-blooming jasmine and orris.

Helena (GC) - Rose amber, calla lily, night-blooming jasmine, water lily, and white rose.
