We will be open for Hunger Moon on Thursday, February 1st from 7pm til 10pm.

It may be a little hard to find. We are in the industrial complex, right behind Game Dude. The nearest cross street is Laurel Canyon Blvd.

 

Parking at that time in the evening should be plentiful.

 

Please do not bring any cameras. No photography of any kind will be allowed during this Will-Call. Thanks for your cooperation.

 

Ok, now onto the Plan:

All in-house sales on Thursday will have to be either cash, or through PayPal. We will have a terminal set up there for people who want to use the latter.

 

If you would like to place an order for pick-up for Hunger Moon, please do the following:

 

Email us at willcall@blackphoenixalchemylab.com with your order before 1pm on Wednesday, January 31st. Payment may be remitted by PayPal ahead of time to willcall@blackphoenixalchemylab.com, or you can pay at Pick Up with cash or using one of our computers as a PayPal terminal. When making your payment, please omit shipping charges. You may purchase any current catalogue oils, as long as we have them in stock. Due to the sheer volume, currently pending orders can not be combined with Will-Call orders. Thanks for your understanding.

 

The blends that will be available for purchase this Thursday include only those that went live on the Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab website up to and including Hunger Moon. Please note: some scents, including those from the Black Phoenix Trading Post will not be available for purchase at Will-Call this month. Once again, thanks again for understanding.

 

As always, this is based on availability.

 

Twilight Alchemy Lab oils will also be available. For Will-Call, TAL orders can and will be combined with Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab orders. (Non-Will-Call orders must still be placed separately.)

 

In addition, we are getting rid of some backstock and cleaning out the warehouse, and unfortunately, we don't have the time to inventory these before the Loon. These scents are a first-come, first-served deal, cash only.

 

Please remit all PayPal pre-payments no later than 1pm PST on Wednesday, January 31st so that we can get your orders together. Some t-shirt overstock from BPTP will also be on hand, but those will have to be in-store purchases, since I'm not positive which sizes and styles will be there. We will do our best to accommodate all orders of 5mls and imps, but sales will be based on availability. Imp Packs will be available, but we would prefer that, if you are going to purchase imps, you pre-order them so we can expedite the process. In all cases, it’s probably best to pre-order anyway, so we can make sure we have the oils allotted, or will be able to tell you beforehand if we’re out of stock. You get the gist.

 

This month's Will-Call is a doozy! We got three - count 'em - three holidays to celebrate in the month of February and we're squashing them all into one Will-Call. It's a Chinese New Year / Mardi Gras / Groundhog Day Hullabaloo! Come celebrate the year 4705: year of the Pig by throwing beads at each other and waiting to see if a small rodent finds his own shadow. You know us: anything for a party.
