I haven't figured out exactly what the issue is as it hasn't broken down completely (which be easier to find errors on ). I may not be quick to find a solution as I just went back to school last week and time has been a little cramped, but don't worry, points for rewards and reports made while your points were stuck will be granted retroactively when we get a handle on it.
