    Mania

At first, this is a fruity red musk blend, kind of similar to the likes of Hollywood Babylon. As it dries, the grapefruit comes out, and though the notes sound like they'd clash, this really ends up being an extremely well blended red musk dominant blend. The tartness of the grapefruit really balances the sweet strawberry, and the red musk is not overpowering at all. I'll certainly enjoy the imp, and though this is definitely bottle worthy, I'll have to limit myself for awhile. It's not often I get a red musk blend that is not too red musky if that makes sense!

    Ginger Skulls

Wet to dry, this is juicy, fruity fruit, mostly quince. I don't think I've ever smelled such a fruity blend from the lab. It's so fruity, it's almost a 'fake' fruit, as in a quince Slurpee or jelly bellies. This really reminds me of Autumn Moon of the Mirror Stand, only it is much more quince. I get NO ginger to speak of, which is kind of disappointing. All in all, this is not for me, but if you like quince, I would give this one a try.

    Marie

This ends up being a strong rose at first. I'm sure a little goes a long way, but as usual, I slathered, so it is basically overpowering sweet rose. Dry, the violet comes out, but it ends up being way too rose dominant for my tastes.

    Wildfire

This ends up being a DBR dominant blend. I get some dusty orris and a bit of powdery, sour rose in the background. Not really my cuppa tea.

    Slaugh

This starts out as a 'dirty' rootbeer, and dries to a somewhat fruity blend. I wasn't really expecting this, and wish it stayed rootbeerish. It's 'OK', but not really me.

    Mabon 2010

All I really get is the blackberry with a definite nut vibe. It doesn't smell like wine, though. Maybe the other notes will come out later? I think I'd like it better without the nuts.

    The Lincoln Tunnel Vortex

Definitely green musk here, very ozoney and 'green'. Kind of cologney, actually. After a bit, I smell like a mushroom, so this is not for me.

    The Elephantine Colossus

At first, this is a yummy candy corn scent accented with red musk. Sadly the corn fades and it's really a berry/red musk blend. I really wish the corn stuck around, as it was the perfect mix of foody/sexy. This one is a morpher to be sure, and after the hour, it is totally different again. Sexy, subtle red musk with a slight sweet vanilla, kind of like a faded cookie. Too bad it is hardly smellable at this stage. Oops, bad english. If this were more available, I'd love a bottle, but wouldn't sell my first born, or trade my most favourite rares, as it just doesn't last all that long on me. I'll certainly use and enjoy my imp and keep my eye out for more though!

    Devil's Claw

Whoah vetiver! This is strong, smoky vetiver with leather on me. It dries to a soft, smoky scent aka Liz without the florals. Not for me.

    Lilith's Tea Party

This to me, is a herbal fruity tea. I would say strawberry/rhubarb, probably. Though I say herbal tea, it is not 'herbal' at all, it's just that is what I refer herbal tea as. I'm surprised I like this as much as I do, it is very berry-like, with a bit of tartness and a slight pastry note. I don't get any 'tea' note at all. I would have been all over this when I was in my 'berry' phase last summer, but for now, I'll enjoy the imp when the weather gets warm.

    Bedbug

This is really a warm, moist ginger cookie. Very similar to Gingerbread Poppet, only not as strong. If GP was the gingersnap, Bedbug would be the cake version of gingerbread. Yummy, and so glad my decanter included frimps of these!

The White Lady of Durand Eastman Park

This kind of reminds me of one of the Graveyard Book scents. Maybe Lady on the Gray? What ever the case, this is very ethereal, whispy, traditional floral, without peaking at the notes, kind of an orris floral, and STRONG, so a little goes a long way. This blend really does smell 'white', if that makes sense. Very pearl-like. I could imagine a ghost smelling like this. This however, is not me. It's just a bit too strong.

    The Lady of Lake Ronkonkoma

A very nice fresh water aquatic on me. Not cologney at all, very fresh. I'll certainly enjoy my imp probably more in warmer weather. It does fade pretty fast on me, though.

    Tobacco Honey

At first, this is tobacco flower that smells a touch smoky. As it dries, there is less floral, and the honey comes out, so now it is a smoky, sweet honey scent on me. I was kind of expecting a tobacco ala Mr. Nancy/Perversion with honey and not the floral, so I'm just a bit disappointed. I really don't like smoke blends, but this dries into something rather pleasant with the added sweetness of honey along with the smoke. Still, this isn't me, and I'll probably frimp the imp away. I'd be all over a blend that contained pipe tobacco and honey, though.

    Lilium Inter Spinas

Very lily-like, not surprisingly. Quite springlike and fresh, with a touch of green. This goes a touch fungus on me, but it is quite pretty otherwise. I may enjoy the imp more in the spring.

    Lurid

I'm kind of surprised I don't get any lavender here. Maybe Bulgarian lavender is different? At any rate, this ends up being a light, soapy musk on the masculine side. Kind of like watery aftershave. Pleasant, but there is no 'wow' factor here.

    Sibyl

At first, this is kind of like Dorian, but more delicate, with a bit more tea, and less citrus, or maybe it's different. An orange citrus rather than lemon. As it dries, a honey note comes out, and this is very reminiscent of Gennivre, a scent that I regret swapping away. This is a very beautiful, delicate blend. Feminine, a bit musky and pretty much wearable anywhere. I'm so grateful that someone sold their bottle to me, as this is love. It really does suit spring or summer, I think rather than fall, but I still love it!

    Victorian Garden

Very nice, sweet lavender. When I first received this from a swap, I found it very astringent. It has toned down quite a bit, and to me, it is a less sweet TKO. I think the lavender is the same, with herbs and honey instead of sweet vanilla. I love lavender, so all is good. This will be a great bedtime blend.

    Tricksy Bath Oil

Whoa, this is a strong one! In the bath, I only used a couple of little squirts, and it scented my whole bath. It smells of patchouli of course, but I'm a bit surprised at the Christmas association I'm getting from this oil. Kind of evergreen in the bath. After the bath, I used it as a moisturizer, and I find it more 'patch' like than piney. At first, it was a bit too much, even for a patch lover, but it toned down after a bit, and is it ever downright dirty and sexy at the same time. I'm not so sure I'd wear this out in public, (well not right away, anyway), as it is very strong, and I know there are a few that don't like the scent of it. I'll probably wear this when I'm feeling girly, but bad ass. Kind of like not wearing any panties under your jeans.

    VILF

I'm not sure why this is not working on me, as a lot of these notes are WIN, so color me disappointed. I get a bit of leathery musk with smoke. No sandalwood or patchouli or sweetness for that matter. In fact it's quite cologney on me, an running on the masculine side. It kind of reminds me of a more masculine Liz, it smells like the same leather to me. Maybe it needs a bit of aging, but I'm not holding out any hope. Boo.

    Licorice Bats

I was really kind of hesitant to try this blend, as in the bottle, the licorice and cocoa really doesn't go together well in my books. I have bought licorice/chocolate candies before, (they were on sale!) and to me, they tasted terrible. On, I don't really get the cocoa, just a warm, sweet licorice. It basically smells like Nibs now, a rich 'real' licorice, if that makes sense. Not like the less licoricey twizzlers. After a bit, I do get a faint, dusty chocolate, but the licorice still dominates. This is really something that I wouldn't wear, but fun to try!

    Tombeur

Ooh, this is lovely! At first, this is a gritty, woody Snake Oil, running to the masculine side. As it dries, it becomes sweeter and warmer. I still get wood, patchouli and snake oil, and the vanilla is adding a really nice sweet touch. No lavender to speak of at this point. Though this is a bit masculine for me, (though I'd still consider it unisex) it is so warm, dark and comforting, I'll probably wear it at home on occasion. This is a powerful, confident blend, and I bet it will get even yummier with time.

    Arabian Nights

I'll just comment on the scent for now, as I've not gone out today. Wet, it kind of reminds me of Charisma, kind of a incensey rose. Dry, it is still rose, but more of a rose musk if that makes sense. Normally rose doesn't play nice with me, but this is so very intoxicating, I can't stop smelling my wrist. While Charisma is mostly dominant incense, this I find is dominant rose, with a kick. Kind of like it! Will report back later with any effects when I go out later.

    The British Blondes Atmosphere Spray

I agree with the comparison to Antique Lace version of a room spray. Very pretty, and I LOVE it as a room spray. Very nostagic/antique-y feel to it, but feminine with the florals and vanilla. Hmm, I wonder if they can make this into a skin oil. Though I never really was a fan of AL, this is very close, and I bet it would make a ton of people happy!

    Pomegranate II

Pomegranate Jolly Rancher, if there was such a thing. Tart, juicy, candylike. Kind of reminds me of Candy Phoenix, though a bit more tart. Not for me.
