I received a teeny drop of Snow White '04 in with an order. I hadn't had it on my list because I was nervous about the night-blooming flowers. When I opened the bottle to smell, I was in heaven. This had a light, icy, crisp, snowy smell with a light floral, but spicy floral, not overpowering. This one is my fiance's favorite in the vial. I put it on and immediately stopped liking it so much. On me, with no hesitation and no need for time, it turns into a funeral. The flowers die and start to rot. Mind you, it's got that great spicy, icy smell. But there's an undertone of decay. I was so unhappy about this! Contemplating a scent locket if I can't find anything else I like on as much as I like this in the bottle. It smells wonderful on my daughter, but it made her sneeze and bothered her nose to the point that she doesn't want to try any of the others!

This sounded so yummy I just had to try it! In the bottle, it smells like Cherry Vanilla, with a hint of cough syrup in it. Nice, though.... I put it on and, for a few seconds, I got lovely cherry vanilla. By the time it dried,it smelled like... well, are y'all familiar with Big League Chew? On me, Bloody Mary smells just like that! It's kind of bubble gummy with a hint of cherry. Fun, definitely! Everyday? Not so much.... But I'm keeping it for the fun aspect of the smell!

I expected to really love this one. After all, it's a cousin to my beloved Thunder Moon. In the bottle, it smells like a storm. In the most lovely of ways. When I first put it on, the wet smell was "oh my heavens OZONE!!!" like whacking me over the head with a 2x4. It gave me a horrible headache and made my throat raw, just from the smell. Just as I was about to give up on it, it dried. and it was so nice. Definitely like a storm at sea. I really enjoyed it after that point. The ozone was nice and faint, just enough to be noticed, not enough to cause problems. And it had a light salty sea smell. It's good in the end, but I'm just not willing to put up with the headache it takes to get there, alas.

In the bottle, I found this rather ozone-y. Then I put it on... The first smell I got when it was wet, believe it or not, was something like a mellower lemon pledge! It was lemony but with a different undertone. Then it dried and mmmmm.... Mostly amber, all warm and wonderful, with a hint of some sort of spicy smelling flower and a touch of woodiness. I was a bit disappointed that there was NO ozone.... but by about half an hour into it, i was feeling so warm and cozy from the way it had mellowed into my body chemistry, I loved it. Couldn't stop sniffing at myself ALL DAY. And then, after about 40 minutes, I noticed something interesting. I would sniff my wrist and then... along with the lovely warmth... well, this will probably sound crazy, but I could taste the ozone. I got this lightly metallic/stone flavor in the back of my mouth when I smelled. So far, of everything I've tried (Admittedly not much), this is my favorite by far.

Ok, this was in my first set of imps, and I got it because a) it's my sign and I was intrigued by the pepper and ginger. In the bottle, I found this a bit different than others did. All I smelled was ginger and pepper (though the pepper actually smelled more white peppery than black pepper, to my nose). I loved it and was anxious to try it out. Wet on my skin, it was pretty strongly what i can only assume is dragon's blood. This continued to strengthen as it dried and settled into my skin. With every other scent from that batch, I followed the suggestion and left each on for at least an hour to give it a chance. With Aries, after about 20 minutes I couldn't take it anymore. I was horrified at the reek that was coming off my wrist! I'm going to guess that maybe my body doesn't react too well with Dragon's Blood. Such a shame, because I was really excited from the whiff in the bottle. Now I don't even want to look at it!
