I have to agree with ephemera. This went from "ooooh how pretty" to "man cologne" in 30 seconds flat.

CCCLV: 355 Sweet on application... there's something quite sharp in the background that ruins the candy-like sweetness on drydown. Meh. Previously reviewed by Aerinha.

CCCXXXVII (337) On application, a very strong cocoa note is present. I detect a brief whiff of mint and then it turns to melon. Very interesting... very nice! Previously reviewed by Aerinha.

I get a creamy vanilla with a hint of rose. Lovely.

CCCLXV (365) Interesting... in the imp and wet, I am picking up caramel, but it's got something in it that is cutting the sweetness. When it dries, it loses the caramel and turns herbal. Am I smelling rosemary?? Previously reviewed by Aerinha.

The high, crystalline scent of a star-filled night with blue lavender and lush magnolia. Why hello there Lavender.

Soap-ish. Floral soap.

I wouldn't know skin musk from red musk from groundhog musk. I get a very sharp floral from this at first. The sugar cane is right up there too. I used to buy stalks of cane at the French Market when I was a kid- peel the bark and chew the sweetness until my jaws ached. I got a flashback of that. The floral softens a bit but this stays very sweet. Honey and sugar cane... mmmm.

I have to agree with sirensea. I am picking up something soapy in this scent. I almost expect to hear the "squeaky clean" sound. -

sweet apricot- a bit powdery but lovely. Very clean scent. -
If someone combined equal parts of citrus and floral, that's this scent. I don't smell tea. It's not bad- it is just a tad overpowering.

In the imp and wet, I smell cookie dough and cinnamon sugar... with a splash of rum. After it dries down, the cinnamon goes kaput! and the rum fragrance comes out. I know they are two different blends, but Sugar Cookie is similar to Rum Cookie. And I am finding out that I am not crazy about food scents. *sigh*

CCCXLVIII (348) COTTON CANDY!!! This is all spun sugar and nothing else. Very sweet. Last reviewed by Lycanthrope.

Just sheer heaven. This amber is making my eyes roll back in my head... it is THAT intoxicating. It is sweet and warm, with just a hint of spicy powder. Many many thanks to the magnificent ifinena for the opportunity to try this little bit of crack in a bottle. I am hooked.

I just love this. It starts out very peppery and sharp (mum and marigold) but it dries down to resin-y heaven. The sandalwood and vanilla shine.

I am definitely picking up the magnolia. Now pear is sneaking in and sitting down right next to the big white flower. I do believe that a wisp of plumeria is floating about here too. LOVE. I picture mint juleps on the veranda... in the evening, while wearing a gauzy white dress and a big floppy lacy hat. This scent is SO Southern.

WOW. Apple! Tart but sweet at the same time... it's those little red and yellow speckled-y apples I get by the bag... the ones that are juicy and mouthwatering... except for the one I gave my boss which just happened to be rotten and I didn't even do it on purpose, although I am sure that the universe spoke volumes at that instant. Apple. YAY.

CCCXXXIII (333) Spicy bubble gum. Yep. And some kind of wood shavings on drydown. Previously reviewed by Aerinha.

Mint? Where? All I get is lemon and moss. It gets mossier as it dries. I had such high hopes for this one too. Maybe it'll work better in a locket. Definitely does not like my skin.

I nearly fainted when I saw a blend using gardenia and honey (two of my favorite smells in the universe). Tissue does not disappoint. It goes on pure gardenia. If I stuck my face in the center of a gardenia bush in full bloom, I wouldn't get any more of the scent than is on my wrist at this very moment. After it dries down, the honey seeps in and lightly covers the white petaled flower with golden goodness. A whiff gives me gardenia... then honey... then gardenia again. I find it to be absolutely gorgeous, but probably something that I will save for special occasions and definitely not something to be slathered. A little goes a long way.

It's spice. Peppery spice. Lots of hot spice. Did I mention spice? Maybe a hint of berry and leather. Covered in spice. Slathered in spice. Dipped in spice.

On application, I got peppery rose fragrance. It quickly morphed into rose soap. From there it did a switcheroo and got all musky. The ride was fairly interesting and I like the end result.

CCCXXXIX (339) In the imp and wet, this definitely has a foody base. It almost smells like almond cookies or cake batter. When it dries, it goes floral but quite pretty. Unfortunately, it does not last very long. I like this one so I don't think that the imp is going to last very long... Previously reviewed by Aerinha.

Peaches Peaches Peaches This is fresh and juicy and smells just like a peach fresh from the tree. It doesn't change at all for me and I don't really pick up anything else. I am just in LOVE with the scent of peaches. YUM!!

This is grape soda on me. Once it dries, it deepens and the super sweet backs off a bit. I still detect grape but it is tempered. I like this one.
