The first note I pick up upon sniffing this out of the vial are deep woods! Lots of fresh wood chip shavings. On my skin the wood chip smell is still very prominet and is not paired with a very sexy sandalwood. Oh how I love you my dear dear sandalwood There's a light breeze of something fresh in the background. I imagine this must be the herbs and grasses. Thankfully nothing floral stands out in this blend at all which makes me a very happy girl Two thumbs up!

... His scent is a blend of holy myrrh, storax, balsam, and embalming herbs. Right out of the imp this is sweet and has an almost honey-like quality to it. On my skin I'm still getting that honey-like scent. I think that myst be the myrhh. There's something musky in the background as well. As this dries down it becomes very powdery and perfumy. I never got any of the balsam or embalming herbs. This is just a very strong, myrrh on me. The throw is great too! If you like resiny scents, this one is definilty for you. Although I generally love all the notes in this blend it just doesn't smell "right" on my skin. Off to swaps!

Out of the vial I'm getting a lot of crushed, deep herbs. On my skin wet the herbs come out a bit more. They're green, but not too green, more of a rich, dark green mixed with an earthy root quality. As this dries down the apple makes an appearance and sweetens things up a bit. I LOVE amber (and so does my skin) but unfortunatly i'm not getting too much of it. Maybe that's waht's making the crushed herbs smell not-too-green The throw is nice too. I put a smear of this on my wrist earlier this morning and can still smell it now. This is a really nice scent but just doesn't stand out enough for me to want a 5ml.

Out of the vial this has a dirty diaper, old people smell. It's that kind of smell you experience in a nursing home...an air freshener that's trying to hide the smell of medecine, poo, and disinfectant. I am NOT a white flowers fan and this one is really high on the floral scale I can't put it on my skin so I guess that's all the review I'm able to give :/

Right out of the imp I'm getting all green fig. It also has that "all of my imps" smells...the smell of my BPAL box of all my oils mixing together. On my skin this turns into something a bit mor woody. There's an almost cedar note in here still mingling with the sweet, green fig. This is really pretty but just kinda of "blah".

Very fresh and stormy indeed! Wow, it's amazing how they can capture that in a perfume oil This one reminds me of a fresh and storymy tropical rain. I keep thinking about sitting on the porch of my hotel in Florida as a huge storm rolled in and flooded the streets. On my skin this takes on a cool, sweet watery scent. Very refreshing! I generally don't like ozone/aquatic scents but this one is very pretty. I wouldn't wear it myself but I can certainly appreciate the genius of being able to capture such a real scent in a small vial! Incredible!

The imp I got must have a carries perfumers alchohol in it becasue right out of the imp all I smell is alchoholl. Upon application, however the alchohol evaporates leaving a soft and pretty white musk (very similar to the musk in Antique lace minus the sweet vanilla). As this dries the musk is paired with a soft, girlie floral. it's not overhwelming or too strong, just a light breeze of mild smelling field flowers. This reminds me of a bathroom air freshener. it's pretty, pleasant smelling but just does't stand out in a crown. The Ghost is forgettable and has a very short throw.

Whew! Well this one certainly stands out! Out of the imp I get a fresh, lemon verbena. The lemon is overwhelming for me! On my skin the lemon dies down just a bit (but not nearly enough as it should ) and a crushed herb scent steps foward just a bit (that must be the tea and aloe). I'm not getting any musk in thsi blend at all. I can see why so many people love Embalming Fluid. It definitly stands out, has AMAZING throw and is a great, fresh pick-me-up sort of scent. Unfortunatly on me it turns into lemon floor polish and makes me feel a bit ill

This is definilty bittersweet! Right out of the imp I smell something very bitter and acrid, like a freshly plucked root of a dandilion or other type of weed. It reminds me of digging in a field and picking a huge wild flower whos stem is too tough to break and accidently uprooting the whole plant. On my skin the fresh green root note fades out and turns into something a bit sweeter. That must be the cherry blossoms. it's a well-balanced mix of earthy root, frsh green fields with a light hint of floral. This is a really pretty spring scent but just doesn't stand out enough for me to want a 5ml.

Right out of the imp I'm getting a fresh, green citrus scent. On my skin there is still a fresh green, citrus note mixed with something sweet and berry-like. This isn't your typical berry scent, however. This one is a lot more green smelling. it's a very subtle berry. There's an astringent quality to this that makes me think of antibacterial hand soap or household cleaner (but very good smelling household cleaner!) As this dries I smell a bit of lemon verbena (??) it's a very herbal, green smelling scent. Fresh and bright. Very nice but not for me

Right out of the imp I get a sweet almond. On my skin this is ALL almond with just a touch of light musk. As this dries down the almond completley dissapears (almond never stays on my skin on the drydown) and morphs into a sweet musk mixed with a vetier (??) and something resiny and smoky. This is a rich, dark, mysterious and elegant smelling perfume, much like the Phoenix! Very pretty, but not for me

Yum! I knew I was going to like this right away...and I did! First whiff out of the bottle I get a very pink, sweet, sugared strawberry. Wet on my skin this turns to a darker, more grown up strawberry (not the super sweet strawberry of Strawberry Moon). This doesn't seem bubblegumy or too candy-like as many other people have said. This is a fun, fruity perfume for adults! It's a perfect balance of sweet fruit, sugar and just a touch of something floral. This is a fun, bright perfume anyone can wear anytime of the day. I LOVE Pink Phoenix Yum!

Nocturne is a floral scent that's great for people who usually hate floral scents (like me) I actually purchased a 5ml of this without first trying an imp of it. I knew, right off the bat that I was going to like it because lilacs and violets are some of my favorite floral scents and the two of them combine...ohhh! Gorgeous! Nocturne is heavy on the violets. It's the very first note I pick out when I sniff it out of the bottle. On my second and third sniff I can smell a rosey note. Wet on my skin the violets bloom even more and the roses burst out, but only for a moment. As this dries down it turns into a rich, dark and lovley purple scent....ALL violets and lilacs. This is the scent of early spring. Fresh cut lilacs, wet from cool sunshower. Beautiful! There is nothing artificial or perfumy smelling about this blend. It's as if you're shoving your face directly into some dewy violets or a wild bush of lilacs. Again, I'm NOT a floral scent type of person, but I'm so so happy I purchased a 5ml of this. I'll wear it during the winter when the darkness starts to get to me. It's the type of scent that'll give you hope for spring. And when spring finally arrives, I'll smother myself in this and celebrate the sunlight Amazing job, Labbies!

Milky butter right out of the bottle! On my skin this sweetens up a lot...more of a sweet milk now with a hint of corn in the background. This isn't exactly candy corn to me, but I can see how all the notes make sense. This is perhaps, a bit too milky for me, it turns a bit sour on the dry down 9much like beaver Moon did on me). There's just something in this that hates my skin!

This was one of those scents I thought I was going to love and it makes me feel a bit ill when I sniff it. The chestnut note is nauseating to me for some reason. I smell it and my stomach instantly turns. Unfortunatly I can't put this one on my skin so I'm just gonna review it out of the bottle. Once I block out the chestnut note I smell sweet smoke and a bit of caramel. If the chestnut wasn't making me feel so ill I would probably love this scent, but unfortunatly it's just not for me.

I purchased this one last year when it was rereleased, was a little dissapointed, let it age for a year and here I am to review it! First whiff out of the bottle I get a nice warm, comforting cinnamon. This has definilty aged well Wet on my skin the clove pops out immediatly! I LOVE clove, it's got to be one of my favorite scents ever This is an extremley comforting scent for me. it brings back so so many really wonderful memories. As this dries down the pepper really bursts through and balances nicley with the two other notes. I'm really glad i let this age and gave it a chance. This is a DEFINITE keeper.

Whew! VERY sweet! Almost too sweet (even for ME! Sugar Skull make me feel sick) First whiff out of the bottle is just pure sugary sweetness with a little bit of creamy cheese in the background. Wet on my skin this turns to vanilla cheesecake with fluffy whipped cream. I usually love foody scents, but this one is a bit odd on me. It's got a sour milk sort of scent to it and makes me smell like I wiped old food on my arm and let it dry. Unsure about this one. I'll ahve to try it again another day to give my final verdict. I WANT to like it. It's one of those scents I should like. Perhaps I've just been smelling too many oils tonight

Gah! After trying to pry this thing open I've finally got it Looks like I've got a defective cap. Snow Moon is lovley!! This is wintertime in the forest! Specificly the White Mountains in New Hampshire. This is slushy snow draped over pine and balsam fir trees. Gorgeous! Mmmm. It makes me want Christmas and a warm fire. As it dries a eucalyptus note comes out. Such a great suprise! This is very icy cold and comforting to my New England loving soul. This isn't something I'd wear as a perfume oil, but would use as a room scent or for making candles. I think this would also smell quite good on a man. Gah! I keep sniffing my wrist...maybe I would wear this as a perfume oil. Haha....but only in the winter. A+++ all the way!

Five dark, aggressive, furious musks with ambergris bouquet, Malaysian rainforest plant extracts, black amber and orange peel. Eeeee! Definilty musk! Maybe too much for me, unfortunatly :'( Certain types of musks make me smell like old lady diapers I'm a huge fan of amber though, so we'll see how it goes. Wet on skin this is definilty an agressive musk. It's very dark and rich smelling with a slightly masculine edge to it (probably the orange). As this dries down the musks fade out a bit and the lovley amber starts to seep through. My skin LOVES amber. The dry down on this one saved the orangutan and it will not be throw into my swap pile. The amber notes are gorgeous. This is a very perfumy smelling scent on me. Dark, rich and not something you'd wear every day (it's very strong and grown up smelling).

Sweet, spicy lavender right out of the bottle! On my skin this turns into lavender and cinnamon. It's like a bunch of those little red cinnamon candies were crushed up with a bunch of flowers. Very unusual! It's a really calming scent (must be the lavender).

This is one of those bottles I purchased, sniffed a couple times, forgot about and am now just rediscovering it Out of the bottle it has a musky berry scent...and something that reminds me slightly of cough syrup, like Robitussian (but not in a bad way..something sharp and medicinal) On my skin the berry/medicinal note comes out, maybe it's a boozy smelling berry? I can't tell. The musk (probably patchouli..my skin loves patchouli) is very strong on me! Sweet and delicious As this dries down an earthy quality comes out with the sweet berry note lingering softly in the background. This is a really gorgeous blend. Very dark and rich smelling. This is something I'd wear at night to a party where I had to dress up or out to a nice dinner. it's far too glamerous smelling to wear during the day Love it!

Bourbon blackberry buttercream over red velvet cake. I LOVE THIS ONE! (just had to get that out of the way ) I'm already halfway through this bottle....I WILL need to find some additional bottles ASAP. This one is heavy on the buttercream and bourbon right out of the bottle, but on my skin this turns into a yummy, delicious birthday cake (and a very grown up, decadant birthday cake it is!) Whenever I wear this I get a ton of compliments and can't help sniffing and wanting to take a bite out of my own wrist. This is a foody, sweet blend without smelling obnoxious and sickining (*cough* Gluttony or Sugar Skull..ack!) Yum yum! This has become one of my regular every day scents. LOVE IT!!

I'm finally getting around to reviewing all of my lunacy oils Holiday Moon is another one of my favorite Luncay blends. First whiff out of the bottle I smell a citrus aloe with something sweet lingering in the background. It was suprising to smell this in the dead of winter last year....like a little breeze of sunlight and frsh air. gorgeous! On my skin this brightens up even more, the citrus note really shines through and is accompanied by a soothing aloe. It's soapy fresh without smelling like a cheap bar of Irish Spring. The drydown is an almost floral smelling bamboo and sweet, lightly sugared green tea. Holiday Moon gets me a TON of compliments.

Ack! All flowers....very very strong flowers. I guess I should've expected that hough On my skin wet and dry this is pure peony with just a brush of root in the background. The flowers are so strong in this it makes me wanna sneeze. This is a great blend for anyone who really likes fresh floral scents, but unfortunatly it's a bit too strong for me.

This is definilty a spring scent Normally I'm not big on florals, but Budding Moon is quite nice. I really love all of these asian themed lunacy blends. First whiff out of the bottle I get a fresh, soapy ginger. On my skin wet this turns into something a bit more floral, but still holds that fresh, clean, soapy ginger smell. It's not an obnoxious fresh and clean smell, it's light, refreshing and pretty (very girly without being too floraly). As this dries down I'm getting a lot of the plum blossom and peony with just a splash of ginger and a soft musk lingering in the background. Budding Moon suprised me! I purchased this becasue of the musk and ginger notes and am pleasantly suprised that it's a soft floral blend that i can actually pull off
