  1. You don't want this perfume.

Look, I can't explain to you how much you don't want this perfume, but you simply don't want it. You don't ever want to touch it. It is literally a thing that you don't ever want to own. You want Pixie-elf to own all of the bottles that are left of this, because she should definitely smell like pomegranate-cotton-candy-pear-sexiness. But you don't want to smell like that. You might even be afraid of what she might do if she smells it on you. Dear God, she might cling to you and never let you escape. She would be too busy sniffing all of the precious off of your skin. How creepy is THAT?

(All joking aside if you know of anything similar please point me in it's direction! I LOVE THIS SO MUCH. Please don't get a restraining order against me people with bottles of this, I promise to do you no harm. Really. :ninja: )

  2. Literally, this smells like the pumpkin roll my Great Aunt made me take home at Christmas last year, because "We're not going to eat it, and you need to eat."

I can smell the pumpkin, the cinnamon, the sweet cream filling, and sugar, the spices... I wish I had some coffee to go with this, because I really want a bite now.

I feel like I smell like a good bit of the Holiday season wearing this. Yum.

  3. This is BRIGHT. It turns in to bright sunshiny lemon!

...Then kind of goes in to lemon cleaner scent. Then kind of sweet lemon. Then back to lemony cleaner.

I can kind of smell the green tea. It's nice! I think it'd smell good on someone who isn't me. XD

  4. Queen of the Kingdom of Sweets: sugar plums, vanilla-infused sugar, tiare, amber musk, apricot peel, and a light dusting of cacao.

This is straight out of the mailbox. I've had it inside for a few hours. I don't know if it needs to rest like normal BPAL, but I did give it a shake as I've had it recommended.

This is a lovely, sweet plummy vanilla scent. It's soft, delicate, and lovely. I'm guessing that's the tiare? I'm not sure, I don't know what Tiare smells like! I wasn't sure if I should expect something in your face, but, it's not really. It's light and playful, just like you'd expect a fairy to be.

It's not a deep plum scent. It's light, floating sugared vanilla plums I don't really get the apricot peel. I do get whiffs off the amber musk which is lovely. No Cacao so far. I'll update after it's had a few days to rest / settle just in case that's needed. So far I like it.

    Edit:

After a few days to settle, it gets much better! I can smell something floral, a bit of the apricot peel, and a lovely cloud of vanilla and sugary plums. It pairs really great with Bordello and any plum-heavy blends. I love it!

On the hair front, it doesn't make my hair greasy, and helps tame the frizz a bit. I really like what the oil does for my hair.

  5. Wet, in the imp: Sweets and sugar!

On my arm, Wet : ...Peanut butter? This is interesting. It quickly is taken over by Cotton Candy Vanilla.

Dry, it turns in to a gorgeous cotton candy, vanilla, sandalwood scent. It's beautiful. Very comforting. I think I want a big bottle o' this.

  6. For foody, I love Dragon's Milk. It's sweet and kind of incensey, but also candylike. It's great.

For Almondy, if you like Snowcake, you'll love Dana O'Shea. If you like honey, O is wonderful, and if you like Honey mixed with Almonds and Spices, Queen of Sheba is not just foody... it's GORGEOUS. It's a scent that I sniff of and think "Damn, I'm sexy!"

Mouse's Long and Sad Tale is also gorgeous, sweet, cotton candy and comforting. And Jiggery Pokery is Orange , Vanilla, Cotton Candy.

    Good luck! <3

  7. Gorgeous Lilac mixed with very floral Dragon's Blood and the barest hint of Lily. It's not resiny, or overpowering dragon's blood. The Lilac takes center stage here, and it's really beautiful. Right up until the Lily starts to go soapy on me..

It's honestly gorgeous in the first phase and I wish it wasn't mixed with Lily as I would wear the FUCK out of it.

  8. Leather and clean skin is how this starts off. Like, almost soapy skin. I'm pretty sure Fighter just took a shower! You gotta be clean if you wanna slay monsters!

The soapy smell fades away and it's a nice, leathery scent. I love it. I kind of want to smear it on the fiance and just have at him.

Oddly I'm detecting some cologne in here. It's not unpleasant. I kind of like it. It's like I have Leather with a little bit of Villain?

Now I'm getting notes of leather and a hint of cherries.

  9. Initially, it starts off smelling like a deep, sweet tea almost... Black tea, is how I'd describe it. I get hints of Orchid, and resin... Then the Orchid starts to bloom.

It's dark, but not really smokey on me, which I'm thankful for. Beautiful floral with a hint of sweetness, but not foody sweetness I guess that's the Opium? It's gorgeous. I can also smell what smells like honeyed resin, which I'm assuming is the opoponax. It's not strong, it's just far off in the background.

The sweetness eventually leaves, and I'm left with florals and resins.

    I like this!

  10. Grown up Grape sexy fun dip.

Okay, so, it starts out wet as a lovely wine. Then it morphs to beautiful currants.

Then? It dries in to a beautiful mixture of grape and currants. No wine. I love the fuck out of it.

Mainly cause the wine note doesn't work on me and keeps going sour.

But my brain's conclusion is "Grown up sexy fun dip." and I'm kind of loving it.

  11. Cotton candy, Funnel Cake, and Caramel Apple are what stand out most to me in this blend. It's a really lovely scent if you enjoy the smell of a Carnival's Midway! It's a great scent for summer.

  12. Chocolate plants!

I'm not sure how to explain that, but this is what my brain translates Love-Lies-Bleeding as. Chocolate Plants.

It's not the chocolate in bliss, it's not a milk-chocolate. It's a different kind. Probably not dark chocolate.

I'm frankly imagining a chocolate tree. It grows some really interesting chocolate bars. And has some gorgeous flowers that I kind of want to sniff... Mmm.

  13.

Jiggery Pokery once aged is Vanilla and Orange Blossum , at least my bottle is... but it starts out cotton candyish for me.

    Good luck luv!

It is rather sweet, I definitely detect honey in there now too.

I'm going to order a few imps of similar-ish ones to see what I can find scent-wise. I'm so disappointed with the whole company disappearing from shops, though they where very premium ($$) and so I can understand why.

Having your favorite hair products discontinued is the WOOOOORST. As a curly girl, I friggin' hate it!!

  14. Gardenia, tea rose, vanilla and jasmine.

This is an aged imp, but omg, it smells JUST like Lush's old discontinued deodorant Aromacreme. Which is AMAZING. I seriously loved the scent it gave my armpits. It's gorgeous!

Aside from that, it smells of Gardenia, Vanilla, and a wee bit of Jasmine to me. I barely get any tea rose which I am thankful for as I amp the hell outta roses. I love it.

  15. In the Imp: Sweet sugary currants. Smells so good...

Wet, on Me: Caaaaake!!! Then some currants. Mmm. It's like a big piece of white cake and it has currants sprinkled all through it. I want to take a bite....

Dry, after 5 minutes: Cake, no frosting, covered in currants.

Dry after 30 minutes: Mostly currants, a little bit of cake scent.

Dry after an hour: Sweet currants it seems. No more cake.

  16. In the Imp: Sweet Apricots! Really sweet.

Wet on me: Mmm, Sugared Apricots. A little hint of the booze. I could bite in to t

Dry after 5 minutes: The sweetness kind of fades away...

Dry after 10: It's apricot but kind of medicinal on me?

Dry after 30: Apricot and mint maybe?

Dry after an Hour: Apricot. And that's it.

I think this Imp will go to swaps. I don't love Apricot that much.

  17. Breaking the HG virginity thanks to a PIF!

Spicy Vanilla! It's glorious! The patchouli gives it an earthy feel.

This is a gorgeous scent. The gloss didn't make my hair oily, but did leave it feeling much less dry than it was!

I keep thinking I get hints of Sandalwood, but I'm not sure...

  18. In the Imp: Sweet Sugar... Like, this would hurt your teeth.
Wet:BLUE Cotton Candy. It's fluffy and light.
After 10 minutes: Still nice Blue Cotton Candy. Blue smells different than pink. I dunno how. It just does.
After 20 minutes: Maybe some Strawberry, but still, mostly blue spun sugar. Holy crap is this blue cotton candy. Like someone smeared it all over the place. I kind of get the linen note from Antique Lace.
After 30 Minutes: The Strawberry starts to come out and say hi, but it's on a cloud of blue spun sugar.
After An Hour: Sweet Blue Cotton Candy.

If you like a singular sweet note, this is it.

I think I like my sweetness more complex. I'm really glad I got to try this though!

  19. In the Imp: Something Green, Lily, and a bit of incense?

Wet: Sweet Lillies. Oh I just want to stick my face in you! It starts off soft then begins to blossom. I'm not sure what geranium smells like, but something almost... Soapy? Starts to come out....

10 minutes later: Lillies, still, and still a little soapy. I wish there was Frankincense here. Or Rosewood. I'm wondering if I just amp lillies so much that it's ate everything else...

20 minutes later: Less Lily, more soap. Ack. D:

30 minutes later: More herbs, a little less soapy... It's still not something I'd consider pleasant on my skin.

An hour later: A bit of Frankincense and soap?

Verdict: I will be gifting this to a friend who loves Lilies since it doesn't work on me and was a Frimp in a PIF. At least now I'm closer to knowing what I'm not fond of! <3

  20. In the Imp: Bananas and Flowers?

On my skin: Sweet Vanilla Florals, Batman. This is a gorgeous scent. It's almost banana and flowers I want to say.... Then it turns in to gorgeous sweet flowers. Oh God. I might need a bottle of this if it stays like this. The Gardenia is glorious.

Dry, after 5 minutes: Vanilla and Gardenia,

Dry after 10 minutes: Vanilla, Gardenia and... Pepper? I'm smelling something peppery. It's not bad.

After 30 minutes: A wee bit of Violet seems to have mingled in with the Vanilla and Gardenia. It has more of a perfumey scent now. If that makes sense? It almost grounds it, somewhat.

After an Hour: Back to Vanilla and Gardenia loveliness.

I really like this. It's a beautiful scent. I might want a bottle of it. It's just lovely!
