In the imp, Delirium is apple and rose. It smelled a lot like Eve, actually. On my skin, it's rose and lemon. It's light and pretty, perfect for summer. I'd say Delirium's a cousin of Eve and Persephone. It's appropriate for all ages.

On me, Crypt Queen is dried moss and a hint of floral. She's a cousin of Allison Gross. I'll keep her (and her cute little coffin) and I hope aging will bring out more notes.

In the imp and wet on my skin, Jailbait is just bubblegum. Unfortunately, the naughty girl bit me so I have to send her away.

On me, Sugar Skull '07 smelled like warm brown sugar. Unfortunately, it started to burn so I had to wash it off. I'll pass this on to someone with less sensitive skin.

On me, Pumpkin V smells like pumpkin and orange. It's really good but it irritated my skin so I had to wash it off. I may use it as a room scent.

On me, all I could get from Pumpkin IV was pumpkin. It started to burn before anything else came through so I had to wash it off. I'm sure someone else will appreciate it.

On me, A Murder of Crows smells like lemon-scented baby powder. It's a nice, clean scent but not what I was expecting. I'll keep it, though. BTW, the crows on the label are cute.

On me, Pumpkin III is pumpkin and warm white chocolate. It's delicious. It did burn while it was wet but I waited it out and was duly rewarded. I'm not getting any pomegranate at all, so that's a little disappointing, but I still love this.

On me, Pumpkin II smelled like pumpkin and tobacco. Unfortunately, it started to burn so I had to wash it off. I'm sure someone else will love it.

In the bottle and wet on my skin, Pumpkin I smells like pumpkin over jasmine tea with a hint of pear. Unfortunately, it started to burn, so this Pumpkin is not for me.

On me, October is mostly leaves and cool air, with a hint of smoke. It's neutral bordering on masculine. I like it a lot and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Wet on my skin, Bonfire Night is woodsmoke over beer. Drying, the treacle is replacing the beer. Now it's moving into the woodsmoke's territory too. I like it after the initial wet stage but I won't get another bottle of this.

On me, Dia de los Muertos '07 smelled like floral with a little bit of incense. I was on the fence about keeping it when it started to burn. So, off it goes. ETA: Even though I washed it off a couple of hours ago, I can smell cocoa powder on my wrists. Not bad.

On me, Aeaea is ocean breeze over berries. It's light and refreshing. I like it a lot and I'll definitely wear it often during the warm weather months.

Hunter Moon '07 and my skin chemistry don't seem to be getting along. Wet on my skin, it cycled through all the notes then finally settled on red wine and sugar. Yeah, no idea where the sugar came from. I'll have to pass this one on to someone else.

First on, All Souls is intense. Incense and currant cake, strong and demanding to be noticed. Dry, it mellows and softens. I like this, but I don't think I'll need another bottle this year.

In the imp and wet on my skin, Sri Lanka is patchouli single note. Dry, cedar comes through as well, but I'm not getting the other notes. It's nice and I'll be sure to always have an imp around.

In the imp and wet on my skin, Chimera is a cinnamon floral. But it started to irritate so I had to wash it off. I'm sure someone else will love it.

In the imp and wet on my skin, Twilight is all lavender. It's very medicinal smelling. Dry, all I get is honeysuckle, not that I'm complaining. I don't think the jasmine is showing at all. It's a nice scent, definitely more for spring and summer. I'll keep it but I won't get a bottle.

I'm trying out two Ars Draconis scents this week -- Dance of Death today and Twilight tomorrow. The Ars Draconis line lets me indulge my morbid side a bit. Though, I really have to wonder what I'll say if anyone asks what I'm wearing today. I think I'll wimp out and just give the notes.

In the imp and wet on my skin, Dance of Death smelled like hazelnuts. Yeah, no idea where that came from. Now I think I'm getting the musk and myrrh over patchouli. This one really seems to like my skin. But it likes me more than I like it. Still, I'll keep it around.

In the imp and wet on my skin, Seraglio is a spicy rose. But then my skin chemistry kicks in and it becomes a spicy rose soap. Oh well, better luck next time.

What I think I'm getting from The Mock Turtle's Lessons is an aquatic note, iris, apple, and lime. It's very pretty and very light. Perfect for summer. Thank you, Labbies, for this frimp, since this is one I'm definitely keeping.
