this is an imp that was thrown in as a freebie, and i had a hard time trying to figure out how the two contrasting scents, the sugary childhood candy with mature perfume, would meld. beautifully, actually.
when i opened the vial and first put it on, there was a definite strong smell of bazooka joe gum. so perfect that i was instantly transported back to ernie's bait shop in fall river kansas, where as a child i would always get a piece of bazooka joe gum. coincidentally, fall river was also the scene for my first explicit sexual experiences.
the sugary-sweet pinkness faded quickly, and some of the lollipop came out, as well as a dark musky scent. the combination was lovely, the deep perfume balancing out the sweet. it was, for lack of a better description, innocent and naughty!
after a couple hours, the "heady womanly perfume" became very strong, too strong for my liking, but that's a personal preference.
in another couple hours it faded back to the perfect equilibrium, and after ten hours, it's still there, with the orange more noticable now.
a very fun and playful scent! i liked it much more than i would have guessed.
