    De Sade

In the imp: This does not smell like leather to me at all. It gives me visions of bright white light- blinding light. Wet: No leather. I have no idea what is going on with this oil. It seems like cleaning chemicals with something I can't place. I am once again placing my faith in the lab and leaving this on. Dry: (less than 2 hours) This scent did not last on me. I used more than I normally would of a new oil and I can't smell any of it now.

    Port-Au-Prince

In the imp: EGADS! Pungent spice. Very Strong! Wet: I am pretty sure I am washing this off. It is very strong and obnoxious. All I smell is spice and not in a good way. I put my faith in the lab and let this dry down. Dry: (4 hours) It reminds me of spiced rum mixed with butter. If it were sweet it would be like rum cake but it is not and it reminds me of a burning spice candle. This actually dries down to something wearable but I have to love a scent to wear it- so I am washing it off and I won't be testing this one again.

    Shattered

Again- Beth and crew have mastered the wonderful world of scents. This will be a a big bottle! In the imp: Spicy juicy fruit. *glares* Not what I expected from the reviews. Wet: I smell a slightly sharp spicy scent and sweetness. The juicy fruit has left the building. Floral. Citrus. Fresh. And then something warmly spicy. Dry: (3 hours) The world should smell like shattered. It is clean and exciting. It is adrenaline in a bottle. This reminds me of watching the sun dance in ice as it clings to frozen tree branches and just that split second where the ice breaks from the branch and is suspended in air before it reaches the ground. That moment that makes you hold your breath in anticipation. That moment where your heart skips a beat. *edits* I don't get any mint from Shattered. Maybe that is the warm spicy tone I am getting but it really does not strike me as minty.

    Szepasszony

This is my second try at Szepasszony love. I am not sure what it is that I am not fond of...but at least I tried! In the imp: A greenhouse of one type of flower. Juicy. Wet: Sharp and I still smell the floral scent the most. I normally like florals. This smells clean and fresh. Dry: (2 hours) It has calmed down and it is a pretty scent but I think it is just not for me. I still smell the sharpness of the flower scent. This still smells very fresh and clean.

    Cathedral

In the bottle: interesting! Smokey, sweet, maybe green or herbal. Wet: This reminds me of the doorway of an Old Catholic church while it is rainingg. Dry after 2 hours: Cathedral is beautiful. It changes quickly and warms up nicely. I am not sure that this is a big bottle but it is a keeper imp.

    Van Van

In the bottle: This smells deep and strong. I smell the patchouli. On me wet: STRONG! I smell the sweetness but I am not sure what it is. The herbal smells are the strongest for me. After dry down: I Van Van. It is everything I would not look for in a scent (I tend to like florals) that is surprising and good. It is calming and powerful. I wear this on days I want calm confidence and I am certain Van Van is very resposible. I am so certain I got a 5mL with my Samhain order. Thank you Beth and all the folks at the lab. I smell yummy because of you!

    Dia de los Muertos

I have worn this twice now and I don't get the foody scents. Wet: Spicy, sweet, and dark. After several hours: I want to know why this is a LE? This is heaven and hell juiced into a bottle! It is by far my favorite scent. I can't even begin to say what I am smelling but damn I smell good.

    Sugar Skull

In the bottle: *ack!* It is so strong and overpowering that I put it back in the box the first time I sniffed it. Well this morning was my Sugar Skull trial and I avoided putting my nose to the bottle becuase you can smell it through the bottle/cap. It is strong! Wet: I smell like a bucket of brown sugar, back strap molasses and maple syrup! 1 hour on: It has toned down a bit. You certainly don't need much of this and I smell a bit of spice. Hmmm? I have no idea what spices but faintly spicey and extra sweet. 3 hours on: This is strange. Sharp on one sniff and powdery on the next. I can only think of the bakery in Mexico as it started to rain (although this is not aquatic, it just reminds me of that day) while the band played music and the children tried to sell me everything from day of the dead puppets to gum. I smell carmel goodness.

    Samhain

Truly autumn. Out of the bottle: Smells sharp, spicy and sweet. I am afraid. Wet on me: I have found autumn and I am in love. I am not a slathering oil beast but today I am that beast. This is just divine. Divine. Four hours: I am going to inhale my arm. I keep smelling myself. I have strong urges to thrust my arm under someone's nose so they can experience it. I feel warm and calm. And happy. Happy? Yes. Happy. This reminds me of Fall Festivals, spiced apple cider, and laughing. Ten hours: Smells faintly spicey and warm. I am so cozy.

    "Protection" Blend

I haven't tried but a few dozen sents but Van Van is mine for emotional protection or peace.

    Pele

This is just delicate and creamy. It is the way flowers smell on a spring morning. Very light and very airy. Didn't last long enough.

    Glitter

I would have thought I would love this one. Maybe I should give it a 3rd try! I get the juicy fruit smell and while I like juicy and fruit and juicy fruit this didn't do alot for me. It would be good for a hot summer day because it isn't heavy or heady.

    Bon Vivant

This one had no staying power on me which is a shame because I love the scent. It is bubbley and the strawberry isn't that flavored bubblegum smell but more like berries still attached to the vine. The champagne isn't strong at all and the smell went away too fast for me.

    Hemlock

Hemlock is very herbal and green on me. The mint hits me straight out of the bottle and even though I like this sent, I cannot see me wearing it often. I really wanted to keep this one if even just for the name.
