I've been looking for a substitute for one of my favorites of all time - Dior Addict. And this is it!

I like Reapers even better. On my skin it is spicy but not as sharp as DA and less sweet. And without all the chemicals

I gave an imp of this to my man to test. He wrinkled his nose in disgust - on his skin it's a lot of coconut and rum, very sweet and cloying.

On my skin: Salty Pineapple! All I get is salty pineapple

Pastéis de Nata! This reminds me of those delicious custard tartlets we had every day on our recent trip to Lisbon. The custard is strong, the vanilla is rich and sugary but light. Very comforting. No plastic on me. I bought 2 bottles and am considering more.

Edit: Ok, the plastic doll smell is definately there now *sadface*

Yikes. Soapville. I was hoping for amaretto, marzipan or sweet and cakey goodness as other lucky reviewers have described. But nope - it's strong, harsh, a bit sour (must be the mandarin) and soapy on my skin. I detect a tiny bit of almond but no Snake Oil. Dark green in color and totally unexpected. I will let the oil sit for a while (bottle arrived yesterday) and try again. No high hopes though. My skin seems to amp myrrh to next week.

Same happened to both of my Voodoo imps from two different orders They were frimps but I quite like the scent and wanted to test some more..

"The One" by D&G is very "golden". The three scents you suggest are all described as "golden" in their reviews.

Not sure which note gives that golden impression but I will order imps of these for sure.

I am looking for recommendations for BPALs that are similar to or just like Dolce and Gabbana's *The One".

Notes are: Bergamot, mandarin, litchi, peach, white lily, vanilla, amber, musk.

I have done a search of this topic with no result - any suggestions?
