Dirty is a very light floral, sunny summer day scent that reminds me of running through the sprinklers and chasing butterflies and laughter. I like it this a lot and brings back happy memories.

In the imp: strong, heavy patchouli with wet grasses Wet: lavender, patchouli, bitter moss I was hoping to get more fig out of this but I really don't get any. This was really strong at first and the patchouli was overpowering, but after thirty minutes, it dried down to a beautiful sweet scent. The bitterness disappeared into a sweet, spicy goodness that I really wasn't expecting. The oakmoss and cypress are really in the background and compliment the other notes nicely. I have been wearing it all day now and really like it! I see a bottle in my future!

I really like Succubus-it reminds me of the time when I helped my son in a class project. We took a whole orange and put as many whole cloves in it as we could. Then we let it dry and it had the best aroma. That's what this smells like to me. I love the tanginess and the sharp clove scent. It is light and crisp and lovely. This will go on my want a bottle list!

Lust is very heavy on the patchouli at the beginning, but dries down into a beautiful scent that mingles well with the red musk and ylang ylang on my skin. Its almost as if there are spices in here also but that could be the myrrh combining with the patchouli. After the initial drydown, it is light and subtle and it stays with me a long time. My husband came in while I was writing the review and I had him smell it and he really liked it. I guess a 5ml bottle is in the future for me!

I really want to like Psyche, when I first put it on, it was heaven! It's the drydown that hates me! I want to find a lavender that doesn't turn into one of my Grandmother's scent on me. I think it is my body chemistry, spicy scent are great-some florals just don't work.

In the imp: spice and floral: yum! On the wrist: spices and floral with jasmine coming through a little. Drydown: It still smells pretty good except the spices that first drew me to this are completely gone. Just the soft floral fragrance remains. I actually smell gardenia in this I think, but it took quite a while to come out. I usually don't like "just florals" but I think I might have to try a bottle of this.

When I first applied this, I did get a whiff of rotted wood, but after it started to dry down, I could actually smell burnt wood, which I love. I grew up in a remote area in Minnesota where you burned your own trash in burn barrels, and I have always loved the smell of smokey burned wood and debris that was left over. After half an hour, out comes the ivy, which again takes me back to the 40 acres of gullies and trees that I grew up on. If you haven't purchased it, you must give it a try! It is just delightful!

In the bottle, this did not impress me much. I could not really smell all the scents that everyone was talking about. Since everyone was describing this as unisex, I thought I could give it to my husband. Then I put it on. This smells soooo good on me! It is sweet (must be the sap or wine), and I do detect some moss type fragrance coming through. I don't smell any bonfires at all but I could if someone offered me another bottle! It is light and dewy and just makes me feel good. It gets better the longer I wear it. This is my new favorite and I will be looking to pick up more bottles from forumites who don't want theirs. I think my husband would like it too!

This is a very delicate floral blend on me, I really don't smell the carnation-I wish I did because I love that scent. But the floral is light and really goes nice with my skin chemistry. Then out comes the honeydew. I normally don't like honeydew but this is light and airy and is not overwhelming at all. I was a little worried because I have wanted to try this for a long time but was concerned that the melon would take over. After it starts to dry down, the vanilla pops in and just makes itself known. This is a lovely, light, Spring-Summer Scent. Since I am in a sunny area, I can wear this for at least another month or so!

I tried my Pumpkin Soap today and it smells like a freshly baked pie! It is heavy on the pumpkin with a slight nutty smell that my husband swears is pecan! Maybe that's because that's his favorite nut. It smells very warm like cloves and ginger mixed with the pumpkin. I purchased all the soaps and couldn't decide which to use first, this or Samhain. My husband chose this one! This lathers up nicely and doesn't leave me dry. I usually only use one bar at a time but I think I will add Samhain to the shower tomorrow-I just can't wait until I use this one up!!! Guess I better order more before they sell out!

The Queen's Salon is a mixture of spice, musk, and florals with a touch of rose that I can definitely smell but it doesn't overwhelm. While it is a light scent, it's staying power is long. It really does last all day. It somehow reminds me of days gone by, of tea parties at 3:00 with long flowing dresses and gloves, and ladies with hats. It is an elegant scent and one of my favorites. Beth has done it again!

I received this as a frimp from a sale on Ebay. I never would have purchased this from the description because of the violets. I am not a fan of violets. When I smell this in the imp-violets and spices. I decided to try it on anyway since I had gone that far. I'm glad I did! It is beautiful! The violets are creamy soft and the spiciness is just gorgeous! Not over powering at all. It is romantic and perfect anytime. I am definitely purchasing a bottle of this on my next order!

The description sounds so wonderful that I could not wait to try it! Incense, wine, honey, what is there in here that I would not love? I opened the bottle and it smells nothing like any of these delicious descriptions. I can only describe what it smells on me as almost like sour wine and herbs. I have never had this happen to me before with any BPAL fragrance. It is the first time I actually have to wash off an oil because it disagrees so badly with my body chemistry. Thank goodness there are so many other lovely bottles to try!

This is very incensy/smokey/woodsy and reminds me of a distant camp fire in the woods. It almost seems like there is a touch of amber in here too. I received this as a frimp and really like it! It really goes well with my body chemistry (hubby likes it too). After half an hour or so, the patchouli really speaks up but blends well with the other notes. This does bring back times of having picnics in the meadows with my husband when we were dating. I think I will have to get a bottle of this!

I received an imp of Skuld in a swap and was surprised that I has never tried it before. It has everything in it that I like to wear. Although it is not listed, I do smell fruit in it like some of the other reviewers. The honey smells delicious and blends well with the musks. Surprisingly, the ylang-ylang doesn't put in too much of an appearance since my skin chemistry will really amp that and ruin scents. Overall, I love this and will purchase a bottle with my next order!

I received Fallen as a frimp and it is one I normally would not have tried because of the vetiver. I just don't get along with vetiver-I wind up smelling on the masculine side. But I tried Fallen and then looked up the notes and was surprised to see vetiver in it. I can't detect it at all. At first there is heavy violets, but in time, that fades to a very light floral fragrance. The sandalwood and amber blend nicely together and make it a dry, smokey fragrant oil. I'm glad I tried this and will purchase a bottle!

This is a very interesting scent. It is definitely lavender in the bottle but not so much after wearing it. I normally shy away from all lavendar scents-they just remind me of my grandmother. But I had heard so much of Old Scratch and how different it was from the bottle to wear, that I just had to give it a try. The very soft, almost not there lavender, blends well with the light spicy amber and tonka, with just barely a whiff of patchouli now and then to make it interesting. Over time, it just gets better and better. I would never have purchased this by ingredients alone, but because of all the great reviews am very delighted with this one!

Shadow Witch Orchid is a bottle that I purchased without trying it first based on the notes alone. It is very tropical to me and heavy on the orchid that I love. The dry down is very soft and velvety, and has spicy notes that come out after 15 minutes or so. Over all I am very happy with this scent and am not sorry at all that I bought it untried!

In the bottle, Baobhan Sith is very strong grapefruit and apple with faint wisps of ginger in the background. I am really not a big fan of grapefruit, so was a little apprehensive at first of what this would be after the dry down phase. But, I was really pleasantly surprised when the grapefruit turned out to be very mild and the ginger was just delicately there. I really could not detect the apple at all. This is the perfect summer blend-it turned out much better than I had hoped!

This is a very well aged bottle of Regan that I purchased from a forumite that is well over a year old that is still in a blue bottle. It smells gorgeous-a little floral, vanilla, soft, feminine too! The vanilla and orchid together are warm and sweet and I do think it makes a big difference that this is an aged bottle. There is a touch of musk in here too that blends so well with the vanilla! I had the opportunity to try this at WC and there is a difference between the new and aged! I didn't think that I was a floral type of girl, but the last several scents have been florals and I am really enjoying them!

The notes of The Raven sounded so beautiful that I purchased it without even trying it first. I liked eveything in it so when I went to Will Call this last time, it was the first bottle on my list. At first it is very heavy on the floral, but after the initial dry down, the floral is softer and the musk is more pronounced, which I like! I also smell a heavy freshly cut plant smell which just adds to the mystery of this scent. Overall, I am glad that I purchased it without testing it first.

My Delousing Powder smelled like a combination of citrus and cleaning fluid. Not really in a bad way but just that after math from the mist of the spray-mild and refreshing.

Grog smells very sweet and buttery at first and then you can smell a little bit of caramel with I guess sandalwood thrown in. But it is not the smooth sandalwood I am used too but a bit too bitter or maybe a sandalwood with a bite. At one point I noticed citrus but it came and went so fast I wasn't sure if it was there at all. The same thing could be said for the coconut, it's there and then it's gone. Grog is very foody, but my husband said he loves this one on me. It does get better the longer I wore it.

I bought a bottle of The Oblation because of the reviews. They sounded so lovely! I love carnations and blackberry, how could this not work? I received the bottle today and opeded it and smelled....nothing??? Hmmmm...I will try again...I smell a funny smell, not the gorgeous florals and fruits that the reviews promised. I did put some on and over the next hour kept smelling my arm to see if something would happen. Gradually, I did start smelling some florals but just lightly and a touch of herbal. I can also smell the stem part of the flower, but not in a good way-in a wet and soggy way. After an hour and a half, it did start behaving and toned down and was a pleasant floral but still not the strong blackberry I was hoping for.

My first impression was a very burnt smell of something-I couldn't quite place what it was. I hoped that it was going to change into a little more appealing scent. After half an hour I could smell a little musk and the leather was becoming very noticable. I can even smell smokiness there that really adds to the overall yumminess of this scent. I can imagine Paul Revere wearing this as he he is riding through the town on his horse. This is a strong scent but not too strong for a woman!
