Wet: Very fruity. Almost medicinal. First on: Musk and copal are the predominant notes. Fruit blossoms in the background. Dry: Cherry blossom, copal, and musk. Smells a bit "grandma-y."
-
Wet: Bright pink rose in full bloom. First on: Still quite rosy, tempered with a touch of honey. Just a little soapy, which doesn’t bode well. Dry: As expected, it went full-on soapy. Think that’s the lilies. Still quite rosy, but the honey is gone.
-
Wet: A really clean scent. Mainly sandalwood with the faintest hint of champagne. First on: Not quite soap; more like being freshly showered. Crisp and lightly musky. Dry: Sharper and muskier. Rich florals. Don’t like it dry as much as I did when it was first on.
-
Wet: Pure Dorian. No hint of the pumpkin. First on: A bit musky; a hot cup of pumpkin tea. Dry: Settled into the traditional Dorian with just a hint of pumpkin. It’s a beautiful scent.

Wet: A thick, rich honey. First on: Maple, mead, and pumpkin come out, playing in the honey. Dry: Warm & delicious. Drinkable. At this point, the blend comes together and aside from honey it’s hard to pick any particular note.
-
Wet: Crisp green tea; minty and clean. First on: Still minty. Less tea at this point. It’s a bit sharp. Dry: Sharp mint green tea. It’s a nice scent, but I don’t think it’s really me.
-
Wet: Spicy, vanilla, and something green in the background. First on: Very spicy and a little musky. Vanilla moves to the background and blows out all the greenness. Dry: In the bottle, I wasn’t sure I’d like this since it was so green; dry on my skin, it’s warm, spicy, and woodsy. Great scent.
-
Wet: Sharp & astringent–lots of sandalwood. First on: Still pretty sharp. Soapy. A little chilly. Dry: Too much white amber, sandalwood. Too sharp and soapy on my skin.
-
Wet: There’s definitely something spicy in this, but the scent is very much of fresh, creamy pumpkin more than it’s about spices. First on: Warm, creamy. Like a delicious-smelling pumpkin-scented candle. Dry: It’s not really a foodie scent, even though it’s obviously a scent about food. What I mean is that it’s not really a dessert scent. It’s more like a warm jack o’lantern with a hint of spice lingering.
-
Wet: Gingery. Sugar. Slight hint of mint and chocolate. First on: Spicy sugar cookies, light and not over-sweet. A background of minty chocolate. Not especially gingery at this point. Dry: The memory of iced gingersnaps.
-
Wet: Resinous; frankincense definitely, but others too. Slight hint of dragon’s blood. First on: Dragon’s blood, frankincense. Burning incense at an occult shop. Dry: Light and foresty incense. The dragon’s blood is gone.

Wet: WOW, cherry cough syrup. First on: Really nice cherry cough syrup, and sweet as all hell. Liqueur. Dry: Definitely black cherry with vanilla. Quite a bit lighter on my skin. It fades into a spicy plastic scent. -
Wet: Sage, floral…a hint of sweetness. Tea is in there. The scent is very soft. First on: Immediately muted on my skin, but still soft and tealike. Dreamy and quiet. Dry: No throw at all; it’s very subtle. No moss, sage has relaxed, so it’s just sweetly floral, but not overwhelming at all.
-
2011 version: Wet: Myrrh, patchouli, and a strong amber. Sweet. First on: Once on my skin, the patchouli is much stronger. A little overwhelming. Dry: As it’s dried, it’s mellowed out. Still gently sweet. Mostly myrrh and patchouli, but smells a bit like a headshop.

Wet: ACK. Afraid to even try it on. What IS that? It’s definitely astringent, but there’s also something else putting me off… First on: Eucalyptus? Whatever it is, it smells weird on my skin. Dry: Just…I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s weird and unsettling.
