I love this!! All I can smell on me is wood. It must be a blend of patchouli and something else. It's absolutely gorgeous - calming and warming/stimulating at the same time. Definitely a keeper!

Dee is very masculine on me. I smell like my boyfriend! I will definitely be giving this one to him - it's lovely!
The only note I can really pick out is the leather , but it's much warmer and spicier than just that. Rosewood? Bay?

In the imp - eye-wateringly almost-menthol.
On me - Wood!!!! Wood, wood, wood and more wood, with a bit of Dr Pepper thrown in. That'll be the sassafras, then. It's actually making me cough. I'm not sure about this one - will post again once it's be on for a few hours. Maybe the vanilla will put in an appearance...
1 hour later: there it is! Vanilla, vanilla, vanilla, with a touch of cedar. Love it!

I am not even sure what this smells like - clean, definitely! Not what you'd expect from a sleep blend - it's not cozy or snuggly. BUT i fell asleep within SECONDS of applying this last night and slept like a ROCK. My dreams were interesting - more cohesive than normal, with definite "storylines". I like this a lot.

I get that in Dragon's Milk...

FLORAL! I'd say jasmine or stephanotis - something white and waxy, anyway. There's an undercurrent of cherry and cinnamon, too, but all it's doing is rounding out the floral. Mmmm....

Perversion is definitelyall about leather. Aged leather. Leather of the “I’m wearing a really OLD, heavy, brown-leather-coat" variety. And tobacco, like pipe tobacco. Possibly vanilla flavoured. And there's a hint of blackcurrant and liquorice to it too. It’s like standing in an old-fashioned sweet-shop/tobacconist’s wearing a WWI flying jacket.
It's a very dark, treacle-y scent on me. And comforting, somehow. I'm not even sure I like it, as a scent, but somehow I just can't stop sniffing my arm...
Definitely a keeper.

I REALLY like this one, but am not at all sure what it smells of! I think it might be sweet tobacco, but I've just read the whole thread to see what everyone else thinks, and no-one's mentioned it
I'm not sure it smells of grapes on me (because I normally hate grape!) - what i do know is that it's sweet, warm and wonderful. It's comforting and somehow calming. I keep sniffing my wrist!
I can't really comment on the voodoo properties yet - what I do know is that my promised job has not come in today - which has given me time to catch up on my accounting! I'll definitely keep using this ;-)

I've almost managed an answer for this, here, but not quite, so I'm just going to ask exactly.I'm looking for a vanilla specifically reminiscent of a blown out old-fashioned vanilla candle. By "old fashioned" i mean one that hasn't been super-imbuled with fragrance, just a subtle warmth of fragrance--that real foody-buttery-powerful vanilla feels too modern to me. I want a more.... vintage--mysterious and gently warm vanilla, kind of smoky and retiring.
The vanilla in O and Velvet are nice, but a little too strong for what I'm looking for, and Velvet tends to be more about the other notes for me--while O gets a little too sexual for the purposes I seek.
Am I looking for Antique Lace?
This is EXACTLY what happens to Dragon's Milk on me - i've just posted a review describing it as a "blown-out vanilla candle" ;-)) I also get a little toasted coconut in there too.

I put this on about 2 hours ago and so far really like it (which is good, as the first 5 scents I tried really didn't agree with me at all :-( )
At first it was definitely marzipan, which is all good ;-)
Now I've got mostly toasted coconut and strong vanilla, with almost a hint of smoke, or incense? Maybe that's the Dragon's blood? (I have no idea what that smells like ;-))
I am just praying it doesn't go "flyspray" on me as I keep thinking it's about to head in that direction. If not, I am thinking the bf will really like it... it's almost like I've just blown out a vanilla-hazelnut candle, with that lingering just-blown-out smoke smell mixed with the candle scent.

Creosote!! ;-)
This is definitely woody - definitely cedar - and the sage note is very strong and medicinal - almost cough-inducing at this point (wet). Will post later on the drydown.
The sage has almost disappeared and it's just pure cedar now - quite mellow. Nice, but not really what I'd call a perfume - more like i've anointed myself with cedar essential oil.
