From the imp: Tea Rose , Honey, Olive Blossom and a Headache. I didn't even get a chance to put this on as it has dug into my sinuses and won't let go. This goes off to the swap pile ASAP!

I have been wanting to try this for months. And sad to say I was sorely disappointed. Wet: The gin takes over. Actually the Gin bitch slaps all of the other notes and just kills the scent. When it finally dries it smells like stale cigarette smoke. No faded perfume, no smoky goodness, no light gin. Bitch slap gin and stinky cigarette smoke at the end of the day. *sigh*

#192: Wet: This starts out with wet grape and freesia thrown together. Drydown: Straight up Freesia singlenote. It's lovely but a bit much.

99: Bright clean amber with hints of clove. It is lovely..but a wee bit strong. I think with age this will be beautiful. -

#231 This smells exactly like XCDL13 without the sour alcoholic note. It's really quite beautiful and I am grateful to krazyanjel for letting me try it. #201 Light gorgeous vanilla. It smells a bit like antique lace like antique lace's wee baby sister. Light, fresh, and powdery. -
Wet: Bright juicy blackberries and apple...which my skin promptly eats up. Dry: Florals...Green florals at that with hints of nuts which again my skin seems to gobble up. Overall...this is truly lovely but it has little to no throw and my skin keeps eating it up. If it weren't for that...this would have serious bottle potential. *sigh*

I would also recommend Encroaching madness and Nothing Gold can stay. Both of these LE's are currently available and smell just like grass to me!
-
Instead of burning sweetgrass and incense I smell like tangy Texan or North Carolina BBQ sauce. I want to eat my arm. I want to smother this scent in pork and chicken and eat it. Why oh Why LA do you smell like BBQ?
-
Fresh sea water and grass. Not for me.
-
This is glorious. The orris keeps this from being too floral and the yuzu is kind of juicy? I don't know but I like this one. I would love a partial of this as I don't think I would use a whole bottle up.

Fresh Green Grass with hints of wet cement. (wet) Drydown: Green grass, green leaves, and sunlight with hints of cement. I don't know how Beth does it but she does. This is a lovely grass scent...but definitely not for me.

This smells like yellow/green grass. With hints of sweat and something sour on my skin. It's okay...it's just not my thing. By far it does not smell yellow or foul...just grassy and sweaty.

I didn't want to try this one but all of the notes seemed like they should work...I was so right and SOOO WRONG! It smells like black smoky wood on me with a hint of something sweet. Barely there sweet but definitely blackened wood and smoke and something sweet. Not bad... but definitely not for me.

Pomegranate is such a funny note. In Pom IV it turned bitter with the red musk and cocoa. Here it starts out juicy and then blends with the lavender to make it nice and soft and pretty. No clove, no myrrh just soft pom and lavender. This imp is a keeper just for the uniqueness of it.

Bitter Pom, hints of red musk, cocoa and nasty funky star anise. PASS.
-
Screeching single note marigold. It smells like I put my face in a bouquet of them . It also induces a headache and sneezing so I will have to let this pass. But it was lovely to try!

The tequila in this is what keeps it from being a bottleworthy scent. The cocoa is gorgeous, the vanilla is lovely and the copal is behaving well..no cat pee smell but the tequila makes this a wee bit too bitter and sharp to purchase as a bottle which is sad b/c this is a chocolate scent that actually works for me.

Soft white rose..with a hint of mint and myrrh. This is amazing. I don't smell any magnolia. It's a very cooling scent the opposite twin of The last rose of summer...where as in that scent the rose is warmed by the frankincense the white rose in this is cooled by the mint and the myrrh. ETA: The magnolia is there but it is barely there. I do believe this will be a must bottle in my next order.

Sampled at a MnS. In the bottle this smelled like fresh D'anjou Pears. Green ones you find on the tree. There was something definitely perfumey underneath the pear note...but Beth's interpretation was pretty much on the money. I used to pick these off trees at home when they were green...and this is exactly what they smelled like!

Dark slightly sweet stone with the barest hints of leather. There is no beeswax in this thankfully. This is pretty amazing. And I am so grateful to be able to try it. When this goes live...I will be buying it in bulk!

I was graciously gifted this by Sunshine Daisy Bliss:joy:: Vanilla CT#180 Vanilla and fermented white grape juice. Tangy sweet, lightly boozy white grape juice with soft hints of vanilla. Not something I would wear...but it is lovely to try! Vanilla CT 220: Barely there vanilla and something creamy. But it is barely there whatever it is. *sigh* -
This is red musk single note with a little bit of honey added to it! I don't truly know what to think of this. There is no cream per se just red musk, juicy red musk with a hint of honey. This will be a keeper for sure...but I am curious as to all hell how this will age!
-
Right now this is all rose geranium on me. I think that I am trying this at the wrong time. The jasmine doesn't even peek through and that is saying something b/c my skin amps the bejesus out of night blooming jasmine. Every other note in this blend should be pure win and wonder and glory and glitter...but right now...all I get is rose geranium. So I will have to report back later on this one. *sigh*

I have no idea how these notes make this smell like clean, dirty honey. But it does. There is such a strong clean feel about this scent. And then the patchouli comes out along with the honey to make it dirty and sexy. I will keep the imp as I feel it will be amazing aged. And for an honey I can actually wear!

I got high end expensive violet dish soap. No white musk...just violet dish soap. I should really know better than to order a scent with this combination of notes by now. *sigh*
