I smell like a payday bar. Literally...the Payday candy bar. My skin amps nutty scents and this is no exception. There is no fruit, winter notes, or even pine. Just Payday. Nuts.

This is truly disgusting. It smells like fake coconut/suntan lotion with too much incense and sugar. Truly an epic fail and this will be going to a new home and so will the bottle I ordered.

This is the same patchouli on me as in Occupy Wallstreet. Dark, earthy and gritty. The amber barely lightens it up but the patchouli and tar make this too dark for me. It smells like bitters sweetened by old honey. Pass.

I have to agree with Melliflous. This start out smelling ultra-sweet on me. Dry: It turns into a nauseating blend of sugar and what I suspect is peony. Definitive pass. But I am glad I got to try it!

Street Festival. Gorgeous fruity loveliness. -
This is delicious. The plum, black currant, lemon, and vanilla make me hungry and want to find some fruit and dip it in honey and eat it. 2 bottle purchase for sure.

Wet: Fake Strawberries with barely there cream and incense. Drydown: Cream incense? The strawberry is thankfully dying down and the what I assume is champaca is taking over and no tea rose. hmmmmm.........I think I like this and that the bottle will stay with me. I will have to retest just to make sure.

Wet: I don't smell a damn thing. Weird! Now dry...this blooms into one of the sweetest resins I have ever tried. The dark musk blends with the frankincense, with the clove, and honeycomb. It's just so sweet and dark and delicious. I hope this ages well and some of the sweet mellows but overall...this is a keeper.

This stuff is aptly named. Wet: Sour rotten pickles and yellow mustard. Dry: Smoky dark bitter vetiver. And dark bitter rose. I am not a fan of this all.
-
Wet: Dirt strong wet dirt Dry: Clean fresh dirt with hints of cologne and headache inducing lilac? This is most definitely one of the oddest scents I have ever tried.
-
wet: Icy lily. As it dries the snowdrop, iris, and other florals come out with just a hint of snow. This is lovely..but not for me.
-
Wet: Snow and ice Drydown: A lighter version of colder and colder on me. I have no idea why...but it dries to that scent. Pass.
-
Wet: The fig is gorgeous on me. Just stunning. Dry: The fig disappears sadly then ginseng and chamomile come out and blend into a generic blend of what smells like flat chamomile tea. No. Bueno.
-
Wet: Musty sticky honey all the time. Dry: light honey with myrrh and leather to keep it balanced. It smells pretty dang tasty and I think I will keep this one. It also helps that the cute guy in the office told me that I smelled good, yummy, and like breakfast.

This has potential. Due to calendar issues...my skin is making the black musk SUPER lemony while wet. BUT...when dry the ceylon cinnamon comes out and the lemony black musk goes away and leaves this gorgeous black musk/ceylon cinnamon sex doll on my skin. I think I will age this one a bit and then come back to it. B/c this is going to be even more amazing than it is now.

Anuket is the Embracer, a Goddess of Passion and of the waters of the Nile that caress the land and bring forth fruitfulness. She is the Nourisher of the Fields, the Giver of Life, and She Who Shoots Forth. A goddess of the hunt, archers, movement, and speed, she has the head of a gazelle, and sometimes wears a headdress of ostrich feathers. She is a protector of children at birth, and nursed many of the great pharaohs of Egypt. Shimmering offerings of gold scattered through life-giving, fertile waters. In wearing this I imagine a regal queen...lifting a bowl of clear/blue green water laced with powdered gold. As she raises her hands to the sky to ask for a blessing she smiles and prays for the goddess to answer her prayers and give her a son. This is a wonderful aquatic blend. It reminds me a little bit of Water Phoenix...but it is not so strong. In fact...it's very light. But I do smell the gold in this I am going to let it settle and age for a bit....but this will be the perfect scent for the summer.

The typewriter incident is also strangely addictive. I love how it smells like typewriter ribbon on me.

While I have my nose working: This smells of blackcurrant honey, slightly sweet with other fruits that I can't identify b/c of my cold/infection. This is delicious and I foresee obtaining a little bit more of this one.

Normally I would never have bought this...but I mixed up the bottles of what wanted from the seller with a Dust of Snow. I am so glad I did. This smells like winter cold and midnight on my skin. Cool winter wind with hints of pine and night. I always think that the times of day have a scent to them...and this smells like midnight to me. I just love my bottle and I am so glad I made this mistake.

Figs and crust. Fresh crust and figs. And true to form I amp the smell of figgy pudding food. Pass.

Black Cherry Amaretto Christmas Puddin'

Sweet black cherry, vanilla, and booze. I normally don't like foodie scents but this is delicious. I think I need this. -
This scent is sparkly, orange, with strong ginger. Most things in life start strong and bright...and that is what the citrus and apricot in this represent. Too bad the orange blossom takes over and ruins this for me. Because initially this starts out beautifully.

This smells like afternoon sunshine. Citrusy, bright, but this truly reminds of the midday sun.

This is gorgeous. I am always looking for more lavender scents to add in my rotation of sleep blends and this one doesn't disappoint. The lavender is the strongest note here...juicy and powerful. The lilac smells clean and fresh but it is barely there. From wet to dry down the lavender and lilac are the dominant notes. This is beautiful and I think I will pick up a bottle.

This is the prettiest lily scent I have ever tried. It's smells just like a freshly picked lily in spring time. There is no orange zest, or carnation present here at all. Once it dries the lily dies down and blends beautifully with blue musk and then just like magic Poof! It fades. I think I will keep this decant for the spring..but I won't need a whole bottle.
