A midnight scent, evoking images of flickering golden firelight reflecting off the sheen of glistening skin and the jerking shadows of bodies suffused with spiritual ecstasy. A deep, powerful, resonant blend of myrrh, patchouli, vetiver, lime, vanilla, pine, almond and clove. OOH... I love cherries and almonds and that's what I smelled in the bottle, so I slathered it on with abandon. The cherries and almonds soon faded to woodsy patchouli and now, six hours later, a sweet, warm vanilla patchouli. LOVE IT....

Sometimes when I first open an imp, even if I like the first whiff, I apply gingerly (just a dot) to the wrist and wait before making my judgement. Not this time. Kitsune-Tsuki had such a lovely cotton candy (to me anyway) smell that I slathered it on immediately. The cotton candy took a step back at dry-down and the plums and flowers became predominant. I'll modify later after I've gone to work and see what's going on then. I have a feeling that this one is definitely going to work for me! 6 hours later I was still wallowing in yummy pluminess. Love it!

In the vial: Smells like strong patchouli and old wood Wet on skin: Still patchouli and wood, but then something bad started to happen (on me anyway) Drydown: Somehow I smelled like an old, wet dishrag. I waited about 30 minutes to see if anything else came up, but sadly no. I washed it off, but the patchouli and sandalwood stuck. The remaining patchouli and sandalwood wasn't too bad... but whatever happened in the middle just didn't agree with me at all. Guess Anne Bonny will be my first swap.

I love amber and amber loves me, so I ordered an imp... I get all amber from start to finish, with the various ambers taking turns. Final drydown is a little powdery, but quite yummy. My husband loves amber too, so this is definitely an effective Love Potion for me. I'm getting the bottle!
