Man, this week has kicked my ass- I have so much Witchee shopping to get done tomorrow! I think I've missed more questions than these, but they were the ones that caught my eye. Are you interested in trying Super Villainess (from Villainess - the birthday scent that was just released tonight!) and if so, which item do you like the most? (Soap, Whipped, Smooch, Extrait, Smack...) I think no - I love me some Villainess but that doesn't grab me, though the smack sounds good If I were to order you a Smack, which four notes would you like? Here is my list of Smack combination ideas. I think a smack with 2 hits of coconut milk, 1 buttercream cupcake, and 1 lemon meringue sounds divine. - in my brain it would smell like a lemon cake with buttercream frosting and lots of coconut covering it. Do you need another bpal box? If so what would your fantasy one look like? I'm actually pretty well set for boxes for both bottles and imps. Do you have any blogs you regularly read? I like all of the Gawker sites...Food Gawker, Craft Gawker and Wedding Gawker. And Tastespotting. Plus a few that I check off and on. And lastly... surprise! the world has given you the day off. You hear that, no chores, responsibilities, or budget you have to follow. What would you do in those 24 hours? Well if I can be transported to anywhere and not have to include travel time in my day, I'd totally want to be in England or Ireland. That sound sometimes crops up in Hebrew, assuming I have any idea what you're talking about. My biggest beef with French is never knowing which letters they've decided to pronounce. Do you think I could get away with regular English rrrs? Or would that sound worse? I've always thought it was more "luhre vairt". You know, super soft t. But I suppose that's a regional thing, and totally based on my french teacher's pronunciation. Ok, I realize I'm replying to something old - but the reason it's pronounced with a harder t is because it ends in e. If it was vert (the masculine) it would have been vair. But it's feminine with the e so it's vairt.

Oooo this is yummy! Wet it smells like Butter Rum life savers which I adored. It dries down to something spicy and buttery. Very very nice, a definite keeper and I'll need a bottle me thinks!

What is your favorite category of the GC? Hmmmm...Diabolus I think. My favourite category is technically the CD, but for GCs I think yeah, Diabolus Stance on Joss Whedon and his enterprises? Okies Switch Witch - the answers I promised My kiddo loves anime/manga - Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kai and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Don't worry, I don't know them either. I remember when it was as easy as Bleach and Death Note (he's telling me he likes those ones still too). He plays WoW, Team Fortress 2, and has a Wii. He's very excited about buying Spore when it comes out next week. The hubby loves Futurama, Jon Stewart (who ALWAYS makes him giggle), Dungeons and Dragons (and other rpgs) and hockey. He's a Montreal Canadians fan. Hm as for me...I love to have things to hang on my walls - esp. art prints and photographs. Love interesting postcards. My walls are far far far too bare. I read Tarot cards - I use 3 decks - Brian Froud's Faery Oracle, The J Swiss and the Goddess Tarot. I also dowse. And I'm awful good at it I am very into figuring out home decorating right now - love HGTV And dear Witchy - I feel badly writing all of those things down, because I absolutely don't want you think that I except ANY of this stuff! I'm always so torn about writing this stuff down because I don't ever want to seem greedy

My questionnaire is chock-a-block with ideas for Witching me on the cheap, and without sending "stuff for stuff's sake". And I just came up with another one--make me a Pandora, Finetune, or Last.fm station you think I might like! What manner of affordable Witchery might you covet? I'm not doing this for the expensive gifties - I have to keep my witching at a reasonable cost and I would hope that who ever gets me feels the same. Hand made stuff rocks. The food ideas rock. Gently used stuff like books, smellies, bath stuff etc (anything that I'd feel cool about swapping for example) is excellent. Just don't break the bank because you feel like you're supposed to - that's not why we're here - it really is the thought that counts! Oh and as an aside - Canadians (and I suspect other internationals) can't use Pandora. Not sure about Finetune. Last.fm is fine. Does your cell phone have a place to attach charms? I don't think my phone has the thingie to hang the charm from. Base model and all that

See Love's Philosophy was ok on me but Sugar Cookie and Dorian are two of my 3 favourite BPALs (the other being Snow White), Sugar Cookie is so buttery and warm and vanillay mmmmmmmm. Dorian is a sweetened vanilla tea and is lovely too.

Although last year was the first year in our new place and there were hardly any kids to enjoy my cemetery garden. I will decorate never the less. Tombstones, bones, blood, and a hanging skeleton to start with... Dress up for Halloween? Not as often as I should, but I love to do it. Yep, we're actually required by law here to recycle and compost but I've been doing it for a long time anyway. And I shop second hand and love used stuff like books etc - so if you have something that you think I would love, I'm cool with you passing it on. Crafting supplies? I did scrapbook. I haven't managed to get to it lately. Tattoos? I have two. They're small. One is an orca on my left ankle, and the other is a pentagram on my shoulder. I plan on getting something this year to celebrate turning 40, it will have crows in it, maybe in a spiral, and I think it will be on my back or side. Favorite time periods? I've been really liking the whole steam punk look. I love Victorian stuff too, and the whole steam punk thing is awesome. Halloweenies? I joined a decant circle for some of the Sleepy Hollow scents - I'm hoping to love Ichabod but we'll see What is your favorite part about fall? I'm lucky enough to live somewhere where fall happens I guess. I love all about it. The leaves changing, the sense of purpose from back to school, getting to wear sweaters but not have to wear winter coats....I like fall a lot. Much more than bloody winter. I hate winter. Office supplies? Pretty gel pens in fun colours. I write in black ink, never blue. Favorite Halloween candy? Chocolate bars or Salt and Vinegar chips What is your favorite pumpkin goodness? I don't actually love pumpkin. I'm meh about it. I like squash. I like sweet potato but never got into pumpkin. I can eat it, but I don't loooooooooooooove it. And I find the smell to be blah. Thing is I have this weird thing where stuff I smell can sometimes make me taste things completely opposite to what I smell. Pumpkin does this (as does cherry, artificial fruits, licorice and strong flowers. OH and pine sol). So I can't enjoy it.

Hmmmm I do like this one. It's warm and spicy - it reminds me of cookies with cardamon in them. Once it starts to dry down I get a bit of the woodiness. It smells lovely, and round and warm. I just wish it held on a bit longer When it really dries down it's like I get a faint last whiff of hay before it fades away. I think I'll try it with some moisturizer or in a locket to get it to stick around longer.

Charisma is quite strong smelling on me. It reminds me sort of the smell of ginger beer or some other rooty beer that's spicy. I don't adore the scent but I don't hate it. But hey, I'm not wearing it to smell good I wore it to a job interview on the 28th of April along with a hint of Blockbuster (the Blockbuster was for me). I had a big honking cold sore I developed the day before and frankly I was flustered and gave what I believed to be a sucky interview. I wasn't too confident in getting a call back, and when I hadn't heard by Monday (and they expected to know by Friday) I'd given up. I got an email for a second interview request today. I gotta tell you Charisma must of smoothed over my rough edges because I didn't imagine in my wildest dreams that I'd get called for the first interview, never mind the second!!

I have heard the same thing about broccoli... I've heard that the reason kids don't like broccoli for the most part is that it's a strong tasting vegetable and their taste buds are sensitive. As we age, our taste buds deaden so we don't find it tastes the same. Me, I really don't love cooked broccoli. Raw is fine. And don't put cauliflower anywhere near me. Blargh. So yes, this means I am NOT hoping for an April Fool's Scent of Cilantro, Broccoli and Cauliflower with a smidgen of over cooked cabbage.... GAH.

AFAIK cilantro is when you use the leaves, and coriander is the seeds of the same plant. I thought this was interesting... "Some people instead perceive an unpleasant "soapy" taste and/or a rank smell. I was just curious about this, since I only remember Possets starting up less than two years ago -- was that an early, pre-web scent or did they have a previous storefront or perhaps was it a different brand? I ask because that sounds just freaking amazing! The scent of summer. I'm dying for more herbal/fresh/garden scents. Wet potting soil and coriander seeds (from garden-starting) and fresh leafy cilantro (from chopping it for dinner) is actually what I bet I smell like right this very instant! It was in like August 2006 - it came out when Fireflies did - I've never smelled it either. I'm not sure how I'd feel about BPAL with cilantro. Sometimes it smells so good and green and then other times I get this sorta wet mildewy towel smell that I am not real fond of. But then Beth has taken things that I'm convinced would smell weird (Shadwell's scent description comes to mind) and made them yummy! It would be a nice fresh green summery idea tho!

In general I'm not a rose fan for myself, but I really like Rose Red - it stays (IMHO) pretty true to what real roses smell like after it hits my skin. That's a big thing for me

Scintillating and Tokyo Stomp is quite yummy. As is Scintillating with Snow White. Pearl Diver might be nice with nice Cthululu or the Deep Ones but I haven't tried it myself. Ooooooo maybe Shub and Jai Mahal?

Holy smokey Batman! I definitely get Labdanum from this puppy, not much patch or tobacco - maybe a hint of a cherrish pipe tobacco I guess. And woo - brimstone!! I got this for the hubby because he likes BPALs with brimstone or smoke it seems, I think this will be mighty sexy on him if it dries down on him like it does on me.
