This is very very clean smelling. It's not too strong and it's very mellow. Not what I expected but very simple and nice

Wow. ANother amazing scent. I got this as a free sniffie and had to buy an imp from the lab. Might upgrade to a bottle when funds come in It's the sweetest rose...and it does smell "holy". Lovely, soft and sweet. What more can you ask for?

I can say it with confidence now, as I've noticed the pattern, Rosemary is not for me. It becomes very bitter and sour on my skin. Nero had that response to me unfortunately. Aside from that this might be nice on those of the male persuasion as it smells more like cologne to me.

I was surprised because when I read the description I thought this wouldn't work with me...but it did. It's got a very unique and complex blend. On one hand I smell citrus...on the other I smell some sort of floral. The combination works. It smells very pretty without going to girlie perfume

This one was another sour scent. In the bottle it really smelled tart. It softened a tad when applied but still had that sour smell to it. It didn't sit right with me. I think it might be the rosemary

This one is VERY light, almost not there. It's got some appeal...it's clean smelling. But I would prefer a little more of a punch. This would be good to wear if you don't like overpowering scents. It's clean and refreshing.

As a huge rose fan I was sad this didn't work for me. Im not sure which part of the ingredients made it go sour on my skin and it smells a little off. Not a favorite of mine

Very floral and pretty in the bottle but once it hit my skin it turned into pure soap. I thought I smelled gardenia but I was way off, lol. It's OK...I'll definitely keep the imp

You know something is amazing when you catch yourself saying things out loud as a response...and you are all alone When I sniffed the imp I said "WOW" out loud, lol. This is BREATHTAKING. Definitely one of my favorites, without a doubt. I NEED a big bottle. It's got a lovely sweet, golden...ahhh I can't put my finger on it. I've smelled this before... I'm at a loss as to ways to describe this other than to say it's stunning. It's not harsh or in your face yet it's not too soft or subtle either. Perfect blend of oils and the perfect throw. LOVE IT

Reading these reviews got me a little sad because I am a huge fan of the rose smells..oddly I can't smell this AT ALL. In the bottle I smell air. First dab, nothing, second dab, nothing, third dab (more of a slather at this point) I smell the faintest rose somewhere in the distance, like I put it on yesterday or something. I dont know if I got a wonky decant or if it just went bad. Or maybe my nose just needs a break from all the sniffing I've been doing lately. But I wish I smelled this one. It sounds so lovely judging by the description and reviews :/ Edited to add...as time passes I've noticed it does get a little bit more noticeable. Hooray! So give this one time to settle...

With the new reviews of this years Harvest Moon trickling in, knowing I didnt know about bpal back then so I dont have an order coming in (insert sympathy here) I decided to pull out my imp of the 2004 version to try. At first sniff I thought "I like this"...after a few minutes..I LOVED it. It's got a sweetness to it that isn't overpowering or harsh. Gentle flowers...maybe honeysuckle? And I swear I smell some sort of rose...in the very back. It's beautiful

Rose, glorious rose! I am a huge fan of the rose smells and this one is AMAZING. It's very warm. Like a glowing rose. One of my new favorites

I only have an empty sniffie of this one, but I did manage to shake a few drops onto my skin...this is such a lovely scent. Now I know I MUST get a bottle. It's very clean and fresh, like you just walked out of the shower. Beautiful!

I was so happy to find this thread. I have a little baggy set aside of the softer, more peaceful smelling imps I have and have been experimenting with them at bedtime. Last night I put on a blend of TAL's White Light and Somnus and fell asleep into one of the most amazing sleeps I've ever had. It was so wonderful that when my daughter woke me up an hour later I felt *rested*. Usually I walk into walls at that point. I highly recommend the two to battle insomnia, sleeping issues (as I have struggled with both my whole life). I can't wait to sleep tonight

It's sweet, it's tart and I love it! What an unusual blend!! Sometimes I smell pure sweet goodness, sometimes it morphs to a little flirty tartness...and both work wonderfully. Great scent! Very bright and cheery with just enough zing to keep it from going overboard

Late last night (when I'm usually online) our internet went out...horror! So with time to spare I attacked my "still need to smell" baggy and went on a sniffing/testing frenzy, taking notes, the whole nice yards, lol. This gal was first. This had a very cool, minty, fresh, crisp smell to it. That's what I wrote down and I decided I wanted to try it again, and that's exactly what I'm getting now. It's quite lovely and cleansing.

I would consider this one to be another gender neutral scent. Great for a guy, but also great for a girl. It's not entirely my cup of tea, I'm more of a froo-froo girlie scent type gal, but this wasn't bad. At first smell I got bitter smoke and thought "uh-oh" as I'm not a fan of the smoke. Then it settled nicely to a warm, leathery smell.

I wish I smelled the orange because all this one did was get very bitter and sharp on me.

This was OK. I put it in my "still in the fence" pile. It kind of got a bit soapy on me, with a hint of something spicy. It had a zing overtone...I dont know how else to word it.

This is a very *safe* pretty floral blend. Great to wear to events where you want some sort of fragrance but don't want it to be overpowering. Very pretty and soft.

Out of all the oils I've smelled so far this one hates me the most. Very sharp and pungent on my skin. Ive never smelled violets and thought I'd love the way they smelled. Apparently not. I know now to stay away from those rascally flowers.

In the bottle: NO! not my kind of scent at all. It's the complete opposite of what I normally love. This was sharp and bitter. On: It settled a bit and something overpowered most of the bitterness...but it still didn't love me.

I don't know what it was but something about this combination didn't work on me. Far away it isn't bad. Clean smelling. But if I bring my arm up to take a sniff I smell rusted metal.

I can't decide if I like this one, or love it (I definitely don't hate it). I'm still on the fence. It's a bright, brilliant smell. I couldn't figure out the dominant scent so after peaking at the ingredients I would have to say carnation. But there is a cinnamon overtone to it. A very interesting scent for sure
