Astrological Info
Well, up until a month ago, I thought I was an Aquarius, but because I was born in the evening I find that I'm actually a Pisces. Who knew?

You guys? I think I have the weirdest skin chemistry. From the decant: Toast. Warm slightly buttered toast. Is that the musk, or the tonka? I don't think I have many blends with those notes, so I can't really tell. Wet on skin: You know that cinnamon toast smell? Well, replace the cinnamon with cardamom, and that's what I have going on right now. Weird and delicious. Drydown: The toast finally starts to leave and the cardamom sugar scent that Meaganola described above emerges. I might have a touch more vanilla, but the idea is the same. Verdict: I like the final dry down but am not sure I can handle the toast. Will hang onto the decant a bit to see if whatever my skin is going through calms down a bit.

I think the bottle says CCXXVI? it's slightly faded and hard to read. In the bottle: It gives me that faint Dr. Pepper-ish vibe that I sometimes get from Black Phoenix On Skin: It goes dark musky fast! I'm really not good at picking out notes, but it's fairly smoky and almost a little furry? 10 minutes later: It's starting to go a little powdery, and somewhat earthy on me. The dark smoke feel is still there, but has faded considerably. Other's thoughts: the bf says I smell like saspirilla bark! Final thoughts: This was my first chaos, and I'm glad I tried it. I'm going to hold onto it for a bit, since my first impression is that it's a little dark for me, so it's not something I would automatically reach for....but sometimes I need to smell a little dark

I would second the Xiuhtecuhtli recommendation - it has a very bright orange note, with lovely tropcial base. I would also highly recommend Manhattan. It's so well blended that I can't pick out individual notes, but there is a citrus / floral feel to it. I love Euphoria too, and you might be interested in Belle Epoque, Baobahn Sith, Phantom Queen and/or Zorya. They all have very different notes, but they all have a similar feel to me. Or I can never decide which ones I like to pimp out most!

It really does smell like insanity in a bottle to me! It's scattered scent, without a coherant thought, and a kind of panicked sweat smell comes out after I put it on. I'm not the best at picking out individual notes, but I do catch the moss. There's a spice that must be the cumin, but it doesn't smell like the spice in my kitchen It's highly evocative, but probably isn't something I'll need to wear everyday.

I received a frimp of Wolf's Heart from the labbies from my last order (thank you!). Just looking at the oil, you can tell there's dragon's blood in it, but for some reason I was expecting a spicy scent. Instead, after the initial dragon's blood fades, I get a nice sweet soft lilac / jasmine scent, maybe with some other white flower in there. It's very calming and comforting. I probably wouldn't have picked this one, left to my own devices. But, I love it, and I'll be ordering a big bottle soon! So thank you!

Wow! This will be wonderful for winter! On me, I smell mostly sweet tobacco with a hint of vanilla and a lot of the pepper. The berries are there way in the back lending sweetness, but not anything that is right off the bat noticable. It smells like hanging out by a fire on a crisp fall evening. I love it so much. Thank you!!!

This is so delicious! In the bottle I smell a sweet caramel, but once I put it on its all chocolate coffee cake on me. I don't know where the chocolate came from, but I'm glad it's here because the boy cannot leave me alone when I'm wearing it!

I'm in love with this blend. In the bottle it's a sweetish honey apple scent. Nothing over-powering, just very nice smelling. But then when I put it on, it's like a sweeter, sexier version of my natural scent. The honey fades just a little and a very faint rose scent emerges with just a touch of musk to make it warm. I completely second the Cashmere on a Bombshell analogy. And I must go buy a big bottle of this immediately! In a word: love

I received this one as a frimp from the lab (thank you!). In the bottle: A nice round plum scent - very reminiscent of Bordello Wet on Skin: Still nice and plum, but I get this kind of white scent that joins it -- I originally thought it was white musk, but now I know the description, maybe it's the grapefruit? Dry Down: Now a hit of candy sweetness, and a little bit of powder (is that the orris?). My skin eats plum, so that's mostly gone but it still smells a little like fruit candy. In Summary: I love it. I adore Beth's plum note, and I never would have guessed it would smell so nicely with grapefruit! I definitely need to get a big bottle of this one.

I get this very bubbly, effervescent mint from Shattered. The mint stays much longer than I expected it to, and a nice watery floral barely peeks out after a while. My body chemistry must eat grapefruit, because I really don't get any hint of it at all! I find the scent really calming for some reason, in spite of the description. I definitely will need a big bottle of this

In the bottle: Dry red wine On application: Clove! Aw, my skin eats up red wine immediately...it's completely gone Drydown: And now I'm getting a honey, cloved orange scent. It smells rather Christmas-y to me. Like the Nutcracker Sweet Celestial Seasonings tea, almost. I love it, it's just not what I was expecting my body to do with it. I just have to hold on to it until the holidays!

In the bottle: Sweet, sweet honey On appliance: Still honey, but with a dry wood note On drydown: Oh how this morphs! At first the honey mingles with florals and ivy, a minute later some warm woods re-joins the party, and finally some lemon manages to come in to play! I love it; it's perfect for spring/summer happiness!
