    Hi, I'm a newbie and am hoping I am posting this in the right place. I was wondering how long does an order of imps usually take? I ask because I placed an order on the 27th of June and have heard nothing since. Should I have heard something by now? I sent off an e-mail last week and haven't gotten a reply yet . Just wanted to know when I should start to worry. Thanks Jane
