Let's see... My theory is.. Does that sound, in any way, accurate? Air Signs Libra, Aquarius, Gemini: Cool, aloof, intelligent, stylish, and adaptable blends. Perhaps musks, ozone, smoke, and citrus for a little bit of quirk. Fire Signs Aries, Sagittarius, Leo: Bold, spicy, masculine, and exotic type blends. Perhaps spices, and strong musks. Water Signs Scorpio (me), Pisces, Cancer: Sweet, warm, comforting type blends. Perhaps florals, candy like, warm, milky & sweet. Earth Signs Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn: Strong, stylish, earthy, refined type blends. Perhaps resins, earth, florals.

Wow, this truly is yummeh . Oddly enough, the rose isn't very predominant in this blend, I didn't even have in mind that it included roses when I sniffed it. Actually it reminds me a bit of miskatonic university. Very buttery and sweet, rich and fulfilling. I'll just conclude that... I could gain weight from sniffing this too often .

I just got my bottle of pink moon, and justly I should reply... This year's pink moon smells a bit like antique lace, if you were to give it a comparison. At first it's very faint, only sugar emits from the bottle, yet upon wearing it on the skin the milky carnation, or whatever flower is behind it, gives it much more sustenance. Still it is very subtle, perfect for a little innocent seduction .

TAL Yemaya is heavenly . It's a blend of breezy berries and tropical fruits, like luscious melons and a slight aquatic breeze to it. I invision walking barefoot in the sand on a breezy beautiful beach in the middle of summer eating a juicy ripe piece of watermelon. On that note, does anyone have the original description of yemaya? I don't know if it is a discontinued or what because I can't find it on the TAL page .

Uruk smells like warm honey to me. Perfect for honey lovers, but it was just TOO much honey for me.

Miskatonic University is heavenly,I had been waiting to try it quite a while and I just recently recieved a bottle in a swap.Oh my goodness, rich toffee cake is my impression of it.It's very odd,the first stages it is sweet and coffee like, torward the end of it's run it smells of burning paper.I imagine the university students burning ancient texts to incite a years old ritual when I smell the burning paper. All in all it's fabulous, and I love it.

Essence of Sunlight - What's the sunniest scent?
macabre_fae replied to fiddledragon's topic in Recommendations
Ironically,I say Embalming Fluid. It's citrusy, light and airy.It reminds me of having a picnic on a warm sunny day, drinking lemonade.Et lux Fuit is also very sunny,it's a scent that to me personifies a glorious personal moment, because it is so warm and not achingly sweet. -
Harvest Moon 06 is very apple oriented, very sweet, and musky, like a butchel of apples sitting atop a hay stack, laying beside a flannel shirt.Weird description, but that's what it smells like.I also second verdandi,I love it.It's very light and airy, crisp and refreshing, not astringent or medicinal at all. From what I haven't tried ,your best bets for apple look like, the hesperides.I myself would love to find more apple blends,I love it,and can't get enough of it.

A veritable miracle, I tell you! A scent that soothes the spirit and stimulates both the libido and the mind: tobacco, balsam, ginger, elemi and rosewood, with a touch of opium to fuddle your senses. Gingerale!is all I have to say...

Oils to relax, calm, soothe, restore your sanity...

I can completely relate.Anxiety is definitely terrible,I've had social anxiety since elementary school,I recently had an episode of generalized anxiety disorder this past year which lasted about a year and was truly terrible. But don't feel bad,it is not a pleasant thing to endure, but be it that it does make you stronger, remember that.I've come out of it now,and am mentally trying to ween myself away from anxiety, realize it is not as bad as it seems, whatever it is and close your eyes, and take a deep breath. As for bpals,I'm not sure which would be the most helpful,I would reccomend the panacea's even though I've not tried them they are formulated for this specific reason.Lavender is a relaxant, chamomile is a relaxant, valerian is a relaxant but it's very strong(valume is derived from valerian).Hyssop I find relaxing and cleansing, rosemary is relaxing.Lemon, lime, any citrusy scents also raise the spirit and bring joy to you if you're feeling low and anxious. I also wanted to reccomend bach flower essences, they are excellent! They have a flower essence for many different problems, and you can take them in conjunction they are not lethal or dangerous.I reccomend rescue remedy. It it what I used during my worst episode and it helped me lots. Also sweet chestnut essence ,it calms the mind when thoughts run rampant and you find you can't find calm. I hope my suggestions help!Best of luck to you -
Oh I love this to death. It smells of crisp juicy apples, and spice. It reminds me of thanksgiving.
