at first: lots of myrrh and rose, with a bit of sweet ylang ylang. interesting. on: this is rosy and oddly salty. there's an incensy feel to it. 1.5 hours later: very faint. roses with myrrh. 2 hours later: this is soft and warm. sweeter than at first. flowers and incense. overall: this just isn't something i would wear, but it's very pretty once it mellows out.
-
at first: i can catch hints of the ginger, rose, and red patchouli, but it's mostly cypress. on: very sharp. i can definitely smell the cypress and ginger. an angry scent. half an hour later: this is making my nose itchy. it's warmer now. i can smell the fig and patchouli in addition to the ginger and cypress. a generally warm scent, calmer than when i first put it on. 1.5 hours later: more of a hot scent than a warm one. 2.5 hours later: soft, powdery, woodsy, and warm. 4.5 hours later: almost gone. overall: this just isn't my type of scent.
-
at first: all i can smell is a salty wood and frankincense. on: salty. i think that my skin just turns frankincense into salt. weird. there's some flowers in the background, but it's mostly salt. half an hour later: this doesn't even smell like an oil from bpal to me; it's too conventional. 2 hours later: salty flowers. 3 hours later: soft and floral, but with that persistent salty note. overall: obviously, this doesn't work for me.
-
at first: definitely misty, with some lovely flowers and herbs. lovely stuff. on: there's an almost ozone-like tang to this. mostly, however, it reminds me of a conventional type of perfume. 1 hour later: soapy and perfume-y. 2 hours later: there's a touch of sweetness now, but it's still mostly the same. overall: this isn't for me.

at first: lots and lots of cherry blossom. lovely. on: a very sweet cherry. a bit heavier than i was hoping for. half an hour later: wow. the anise is really coming out. this is pretty discordant on me right now. i'm not sure what to make of it. 1.5 hours later: mostly anise and some sandalwood. much nicer now that it's mellowed a bit. 2.5 hours later: sweet anise with a bizarre soapy note underneath that just came out of nowhere. overall: this is definitely an interesting scent, but it's not for me.
-
at first: a sweet floral with lots of green herbs. on: very green and sweet. berry-like, with sweet flowers. 1 hour later: still green, but more fresh. the sweetness is gone. this is very pretty. 2 hours later: floral. overall: this is very pretty at first, but i didn't really like the drydown.
-
at first: crisp, almost menthol-like, woods, with a touch of sweet berries. on: evergreen and tart berries. very pretty. 1 hour later: this smells like evergreen and woods. 2 hours later: light and tree-like. overall: nice, but not really me.
-
at first: something smells very chocolatey to me, along with something fresh. on: cocoa and flowers. very pretty. 1 hour later: roses and other flowers. 2 hours later: light, pretty flowers. there's still some dry cocoa, too. overall: this is definitely very pretty. however, i have other floral blends that i like more.

at first: this smells EXACTLY like candy canes! lovely! on: candy canes. sharp peppermint and sugar. so far, in the mint department, this kicks snowblind and nuclear winter's asses half an hour later: sweeter, but with something dark underneath. 1 hour later: a sweeet mint. 2 hours later: sweet and light. dry. overall: this is pretty, but i don't think i'll use it much. once again, tulzcha and nine mysteries are much nicer on me.
-
at first: a cold rose. on: a rather pretentious rose. beautiful, but offputting. 1 hour later: a perfume-y rose. 2 hours later: a nice rose, which alternates between sweet and powdery. interesting. 3 hours later: nice. not as perfumey. overall: pretty, but i like rose red much better.
-
at first: dark and herbal. on: on: a hot scent. i think i smell pepper and ginger. 1.5 hours later: ginger and patchouli, i think. definitely very hot, but with a lot of earthiness to it. 7.5 hours later: gone. overall: i haven't tested this out yet, but i really like it.
-
at first: dark and herbal, but with a bit of sweetness. on: odd. i'm mostly getting a sweet, yet bubbly note. it's not fruity, though; more like a cola of some sort. there's something dark to it, too. 1.5 hours later: cola. i love it, though. i didn't think i would, but i do. 3.5 hours later: still cola. 4.5 hours later: there's an added earthy tone to this. i think it's patchouli. overall: i can't speak for how well this works, but i definitely won't mind wearing it again to find out. a slightly bizarre, but still pleasant, scent.
-
at first: clean, but heavy. herbal, but not too dark. on: a soapy floral. i should also mention that i can definitely foresee a situation that will cause me a lot of pain in the not-too-distant future, so i'm hoping this will be a fabulously comforting scent for me. 1.5 hours later: soft. maybe lilies or some other white flower. very pretty and calming. still a hint of that soapy scent. 2.5 hours later: soft and peaceful. overall: after a bit, this is definitely very calming. hopefully, i won't really need to use it for a long time.

at first: a dark, almost chocolate-y sweetness with a lot of flowers. lovely and powerful. on: floral and grassy, with some dark herbs underneath. half an hour later: sweeter. bitter chocolate, or something like it. sweet flowers. very nice. 2.5 hours later: soft and floral, with a sour, but not unpleasant, note in the background. i definitely feel like it's a more commanding scent than when i first put it on. 5 hours later: very warm. floral and chocolatey. very nice. confident. still commanding. overall: i was wary of this at first, but it ends up being lovely on me. i'll definitely be using this when i need to be powerful.
-
at first: very sweet violet. on: not quite as sweet. more of a musty violet. very pretty. i can smell the musk, too. there's also the dustiness of the sandalwood and the slightest hint of the sharpness of the neroli. wonderful. 1 hour later: still sweet, dusty violet. the musty feel is gone. very nice. 2.5 hours later: sweet violets with some smooth dustiness to it. overall: i really like this. i'm such a sucker for violets.

at first: all i can smell is the lemon balm. it's very strong and clean. on: still all lemon balm. 1 hour later: this smells like the mushroom page in a scratch-n-sniff book i had when i was a kid. in other words, not good. 2.5 hours later: more incensy and sweet, with an edge to it. overall: if this stayed the same as when i first put it on (LEMONS!), i would probably keep it. unfortunately, it does some odd things on my skin.
-
at first: salt. on: very odd. salty and incensy. 1 hour later: soapy. 2 hours later: woodsy and salty. overall: this just isn't for me.
-
at first: sweet lilies and woods. on: sweet and floral. fainty aquatic. very nice. 1 hours later: sweet, but more of a wood scent behind it. very pretty. 2 hours later: sweet and floral. overall: this is just ok. i definitely have other lily-heavy BPALs that i like more.

at first: odd. i get a bit of anise from this, but something oddly salty, too. i'm not sure what to think of it. on: anise and...something bad. i don't think i'll like this. 1 hour later: much more anise, which is good. the "something bad" from when i first put it on seems to be gone. 2 hours later: vaguely fruity, but not in a nice way. very dark. overall: i just don't really like how this one smells on me.
-
at first: the lab tossed this in as an extra. it's very masculine, but nice. i can only pick out the lavender and mosses. on: lavender and citrus. masculine, but not overwhelmingly so. 1 hour later: warmer and soft. still masculine. 2 hours later: warm. more mossy. overall: this is nice, but not really something i'd wear.
-
at first: brownies!!! on: warm brownies. amazing. half an hour later: odd. chocolate, but a vegetable-like note. 1 hours later: radishes? 3.5 hours later: mostly radishes with a hint of brownie mix. overall: i don't know what is up with my skin chemistry. i'm going to have to try this one out in an oil burner or in a scent locket.
-
at first: super sweet melon. on: i'm just getting something very sweet and honeydew. 1 hour later: the vanilla is coming out more now. nice. sweet. 2 hours later: a light sweet scent. overall: this just isn't for me.
-
at first: black leather. on: lots of cardamon and a bit of leather. 1 hour later: a warm leather scent. very nice. 2 hours later: i can smell the patchouli now, along with the cardamom and leather. overall: i adore this.
-
at first: this is exactly like the description. on: amazingly sweet. even stronger that sugar skull 2004. i like the cream note in it. half an hour later: very sweet and creamy. lovely and foody. 1.5 hours later: still sweet and creamy. this isn't overwhelming, though. 2 hours later: still about the same. overall: this is amazing. it's very comforting and isn't overwhelmingly sweet on me. lovely.
-
at first: sweet and bubbly. on: wow. definitely sweet and sparkly. i can catch the lemon, too, and a slightly bitter tea note. very lovely and pleasant. half an hour later: this is so effervescent! it's amazing. 1.5 hours later: still fizzy. lovely. it isn't as sweet. 2 hours later: light and pretty. overall: i'm very glad that this doesn't go sicky sweet on me. a wonderful scent.
