Chaos Theory II - DCXX (620)? i got this as a decant from someone off lj. in the imp- very sweet with a bit of a sour note peeking through. not sure what anything is, but i almost didn't try it. wet- bubblegum scented soap. *laughs* almost too sweet, but it still smells pretty darn good. drydown- starts to smell like strawberry bubble yum bubblegum. i suddenly feel the need to find some to munch on. later- almost flowery, but still a hint of the sweetness. no longer strawberry bubblegum, though. very light scent. has fairly good throw for awhile, then it sticks closer to my skin. all in all, a yummy scent. i still can't decide if i want to keep it or not. in the bottle - ack! as my daughter said - minty band-aids. i was so excited when i started reading all the cinnamony reviews, but i got one of the oddball wintergreen/camphor/medicinal smelling batches, it seems. wet- still really minty, very strong, i could smell my one wrist (very lightly tested, mind you) from over a foot away. dry- the sickly smell has slightly dissipated. now this reminds me more of gum or candy that's mint flavored. i also get a hint of freshly-sharpened pencil in the background. it faded really fast on me, thank goodness! this did not agree with me at all. i'm jonesing to find some from the other batch now, though!

jezebel doesn't like me. in the bottle: kinda spicy. i really smelled the sandalwood, which happens to be one of my favorite scents. on me: rose. rose. rose baby powder. throw: too far! didn't last more than about two hours or so, thankfully, but never morphed into something more than rose baby powder. i usually avoid anything that even mentions rose (a strange quirk of mine - i have a Rose side of my family, and my warped mind links the two, so i always think rose scents will be JUST rose, no matter what). i thought this scent would work, what with the honey and sandalwood and orange blossom (oh my!)...but nope.
