I think I smell honeysuckle! And possibly jasmine, I'm not sure. A delicate floral that is easy on my nose. I keep sniffing it, and as far as its properties.... I'm feeling a whole lot more in control than I was an hour ago! Better able to handle adversity this weekend.

This was surprising. I tried it because I was sent a frimp, and I'm making it a policy to try everything I get at least once. I can see this as a wake-up scent. The eucalyptus and mint blend far better than I ever thought they would, and the florals are in the background, exactly the way I like it. I don't know if I'll get a bottle, but I'm keeping my frimp!

Oh, she's lovely. I can smell the woods; they're keeping the peony and lily under control, and the pepper adds just the slightest bit of kick. The only reason I wanted to try her was for the name; now I'm so glad I did!

I have now discovered that my skin amps up lemongrass like nobody's business, and it smells like Pledge.

Unfortunately, it didn't do anything for me, but then I have weird skin chemistry. Powder, powder.

What a warm, sweet, autumnal scent! When I first apply it, I can pick out several of the notes: apple, spices, smoke. (The smoke kinda scared me; it normally doesn't work well on me.) Within 10 minutes, though, they've blended together, and the most wonderful alchemy has happened; I feel like I've become Fall! I'll probably wait to wear this until then, but I'll wear it a lot.

My first sniff from the imp seemed a bit strong, but almost immediately after I put her on, she calmed down to a beautiful, smooth, fruity floral. She's not strong, so slathering will have to take place, but oh! I don't have a problem with that at all.
-
I'm not a floral girl, but I had to try Nuit, because of who she is. Right out of the bottle, the florals were extremely strong, but settled down into a soft blend that I felt suited her. A little sparkly, a little understated, I will definitely wear her again.

Almond is not my favorite scent, but I had to try it for the name. Nope.

Being the Elizabeth I fanatic that I am, I wanted to adore this scent. It's very green and fresh, but not in a way I'm liking at all.

Fig and I don't get along. 'Nuff said.

I get a fairly strong, dark floral, with a slight hint of spice. It smells almost sour to me. Not my thing at all. ADDED July 31: There must be a common note in a bunch of floral-y blends that doesn't like me. I should really figure out what it is, cause it's here, too. Nothing special at all. But since there are a zillion of Beth's things I love, I'm not too unhappy.

The notes alone were enough to make me happy, and the scent was not a letdown. Sweet, beautiful, and lasting. This is a definite big bottle purchase.

Sweet, sweet creamy caramel, in the imp, and on my skin. I like it, but I don't think I'll be seeking out a bottle of it.

In the bottle: I can really smell the strawberries, and there's something green there, too. Very nice. Wet: Something does NOT like my skin here. I have no idea what it is, but I might have to pass. Five minutes later: Ah, all better. Strawberries! Dry: Strawberries, with a hint of cream, and the green is back, and lovely. I will have to track me down a bottle of this!
-
In the bottle: Vanilla and something else; it must be the dragon's blood. Wet: Very sharp. I'm not sure I like this. Dry: Oh, that's better. It's still not a favorite, but it's nice. Well, I don't think I'm a dragon's blood fan. But Beth has so many other blends that I'm not broken up about it.
-
In the bottle: Floral. Not a bad one, but I don't know.... Wet: Hey, vanilla! Dry: This rounds out, and the floral and vanilla complement one another. I'm nor sure I need a big bottle, but my imp will get a workout.

Now who would have thought that I'd like a floral?? Certainly not I. But I got this in a lot with two other bottles, and it smelled nice, so I gave it a try. In the bottle: Floral, but not excessively so. I can smell the strawberries, and what seems like a deeper fruit as well. Not too sweet. Wet: The sweetness blooms, as do the florals, but they are soft, and not overpowering. Dry: It's almost as if there is spice in there now, just a little. Is that the carnation? Lovely! I'm so glad I have this. I know I'll be wearing it a lot this summer, alternating with Bordello!

Amber, I love you. And I really love you here. Warm, and the tonka gives you smoothness and sweetness that makes me ever so happy. I'm not good at picking out the other notes that make you great, but I don't care. I will wear you with joy.

Wow. This is like Bordello, with kick. Fruity, incense-y, warm, and luscious. Who would have thought I'd be a patchouli kind of girl? But I am! I have an imp, but I foresee a purchase when I have the money for it! Oh, I hope Seamus will still be there! ETA: Half and hour later, and it's gone! I'm hoping it's because my skin was rather dry, not because it doesn't work for me....
-
In the Bottle: Wow, mint! With something else, vaguely rummy. A hint of chocolate. Wet: Mint and chocolate! Yum! Sniff, sniff, sniff. Dry: This has calmed down to an amazing smell, chocolately mint, with complexity behind it. ETA: Hmm. While it was great when I tested it, I find that I'm not thrilled with smelling like a peppermint patty all day. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this.... ETA2: Definitely not a keeper. Bummer.
-
In the bottle: Green, green, green, and something I can't identify. Is that that oude? Wet: Holy cow, the ylang ylang has amped up so that's all I smell. Dry: It's faded quite a bit, but now the tea is coming out. It's a nice scent, but I don't know if I'd wear this very much. I'll give it a couple more tries before I give up on it, though.

Oh. My. THIS is what I hoped Snake Oil would be like on me! Delicious, warm, sweet, and dark. I can smell the vanilla, with the amber and musk and spices, and the plum and coconut give it JUST the right amount of sweetness. I've died and gone to Nirvana.

Weird, even though it's not in the description, I'm getting fruit, not what supposed to be there. It's not particularly pleasant, either.
-
I can get a hint of what this is supposed to smell like. I detect butter, and smokiness, and nuts.... but they're all just a little off on me. Another one I wanted to love, but it just didn't work.
