I have found my FIRST, SERIOUS HOARDING SCENT! This one is pure nummy-ness... good from first sniff to application to drydown to all gone! WOWZA. I'm totally on the same bus w/everyone that compared Perilous Parlour with baked sugary pears in a vanilla-laden graham crust... it is that good. I had no wonky stage at all with this lovely wonder (which is AMAZING for me with a fruit/vanilla scent!)... the DH wants me to slather it... he is in luuuuuuuurve w/it too! I even made him a spooky sachet for the edge of his bookcase And the BOTTLE ART... ahem... a certain lovely miss M knocked herself out!! A FULL, ROUNDED 5/5. Maor, pleaze... xo, Kali V.

I am in LOVE with the wet phase of Shanghai Tunnel... it smells of rock-y, mineral-y, salt-y TRUE water in a dank, dark, musty, cool underground environment! It's at about the 5 minute mark where it starts to get masculine and cologne-like on me. I'm wearing mine in a scent locket now to max out the wet potential and it's working a charm, but I reaaaally wish I could BATHE in it Soooooooo goooooood!

I looooooooove teh Meeeeeeeelk Moon '07!! In the bottle: At first sniff, I was a little unsure... it had a little... ummm... idunno to it. Wet on der skin: More of the same... a little to sharp and robustly nose-bitingly something (pineapples and grapes... and something buhhh!) And then... It started to mellow... BEAUTIFULLY, at about the 10 minute mark. CREAMY, glorious, smooth... silky... This awesome white, languid, milky beauty blossomed into pure bliss for me!! So give this one the old college try... don't take a whiff and put her away based on wet stage - the drydown payoff is RICH!

Mmmmmmmmmm, fruities! I'm all about Eden, The Hanging Garden, Corazon (pops up here & there, can't beat the juicy pop in it!), and Queen Mab

SWEEEEEEEEEET sugary cucumber, sweet pea & lily.... soooooooo gooooooooooooood! This one is so PRETTY and unique unto itself... Just a perfectly balanced, ultra-femme, delicate, well-rounded white floral with the perfect hit of sugar blended by an expert nose! I was so exceedingly impressed with Annabel Lee - and the Lab's skill!

This is one of my FAVORITE scents of all time... Sweet, smokey, sweet, smokey... ummmmfh... I just want to roll around in the incense-y, sugary, goodness of it all... it is a really deep, golden, warm, scent with magnificent throw and a hint of sparkle... whenever I wear it, I get "leaners" A true 5/5 on every level! ~Kali V.

Cthulhu makes me slobberingly happy! It is awesome on both myself AND the dh... and we love it on each other... It is a varitable Lovecraftian LOVE-FEST!! Sexy, salty, clean, breezy, uber-aquatic.... (tongue lolling out of head)... Yum, yum... gimme some... woof!

Excellent! I LOVED Kingsport... at first... Back in the day, when Shub was a rarity to be bought with a slice of one's soul, Dreadeddragon was sweet enough to decant an imp for me in a trade... I found another imp on eBay (ahem, slice of soul + a couple of fingers), an empty bottle, and a partial of KINGSPORT! Oh happy hamburger day!! I tried Kingsport and it was beautiful on me... when I closed my eyes, I saw deep, murky, blue-green depths... with swirls of midnight and sweeping milky tentacles of rubbery flesh reaching up to grasp squeeling girl legs... I saw a dilapidated shack and a ramshackle pier with salty old fishermen regaling the yeowens with tales of the beasts of the deep! Oh, I reveled in it!! And then... THE INCIDENT occured. There were a couple of drops in the Shub bottle... I wanted to decant them into the imp that Dreadeddragon made for me to make up for what I had used up... I was working in the half-dark... I had my SIA bottles next to eachother in the box... I GRABBED KINGSPORT and put it in my mostly full SHUB DECANT. I was beyond sad. PO'd at myself. The bottles looked practically identical and I GRABBED THE WRONG ONE. UGH. So, my love of Kingsport is over for the time being... I still haven't gotten over it (and it has been quite a while). Just the memory of those two scents mingling... buh. Dreadeddragon, I think I know the exact Body Shop oil you mean: Oceanus! It's a fave of mine... Rambling on.... xo- Kali

I loooove Anne Bonny! To me, she smells almost exactly like Spiritual Sky's Frangipani oil (used to wear it when I was like, 12, lol)... Deep, pink/red scent, really grabs you by the nose and says "Look... look closer... I might be dangerous!" Ahhhhhhhhhh! Yummy, yummy stuff...

Ouija is one of my ALL-TIME favorite florals!! I wear this scent when I feel a little quiet/reserved... great for reading, awesome at bedtime... It is such a comfort floral scent (ranking with Alice) for me. The rose is SPICY, which floats my boat greatly - and it is beautiful from bottle to late drydown with fabulous staying power and throw. Oh my stars and garters... Ouija, I'm yours!

Even though I tend to get a mild headache from this scent, I CANNOT RESIST IT... there is something WRONG with me... a masochistic streak or something. Generally, when I get a bad sensation of any kind from a scent, I back off entirely - but there is something about A.L. that has me around its dainty little finger... Oh you nasty vanilla-laden beast...

Ehhhrf.... I got weird spoiled milk and candy from this - and I had so wanted to love it from what I had read prior. The notes comprising are ones that generally work beautifully with me, but I guess the combo was overload. Kind of gave me the "I'm in the back seat of a big Gramma who smokes too much car on a hot day with the windows rolled up on a winding road" feeling, so I had to scrub. ETA: LOTSA, LOTSA THROW

Another fickle aquatic experience This was purely soap and industrial cleaning products for me, with just the tee-ninsiest hint of "the good stuff" that I was itching for... I need more true salt/briney seaweed/ozone/rain/dirt... Oh lawdy, lawdy... Nose, skin... work with me, here...

Yummy, spicy, roses in a sandalwood box.... uuuuuuuurrrrgh! I love this scent! The patchouli is just a depth-maker in this one for me and couldn't be more welcome... full-bodied with just the right amount of throw... slobber... slobber...

I'm really iffy with aquatics and sadly, this one turned into run-of-the-mill soap scent on me... It was TRULY lovely in the imp, though.

Nummy creamy almond milk looooooooooooove fest! Delicate, comforting, nurturing... This one just kills me - and it BLENDS so well with others... give it a spin!! x's & o's Kali V.

Wintergreen and plantlife... it took me by surprise, but it was kind of fun! I don't have an aversion to wintergreen, so I went along for the full ride. The ride wasn't very long. About 30 min. after app., wintergreen is totally gone and there is a tiny tidge of really powdery herbal greenery going on, but I can't lay a finger on what it might be - or if I even like it.... it's all really iffy. Wouldn't buy, but it was an interesting voyage.

I love this scent to have, but not really to wear... lemon/anise/mint/herbs with staying power of about 5 min. MAX... Great in a diffuser, in sachets, scent lockets, et. al. If you are a fan of absinthe, the fee is pretty much there for your olfactory pleasure, you just have to get crafty with your useage On a sidenote, I'd love to see this one with very light coloring (as prepared absinthe) for fun (I'm dorky like that).

An agricultural gargoyle. Though he is the Guardian of the Crops and Keeper of the Fields, his visage is still the stuff of nightmares. The scent of a hot wind blowing through desolate, scorched, barren fields. Meh... the Scarecrow didn't really care for me... and I'm pretty sure that my family wanted to wish me into the cornfield the day that I tried him out I really wanted (and tried like the dickens) to fall in love here, but he wasn't working w/my chem.... Wet= Weird cheap men's cologne / Oddball cleaning product. Fresh on skin= More of the same leaning towards cologne w/plasticky grassy smell? Dry= Cheap industrial soap. Oh Scarecrow, how I wanted you... But that's okay, I got a man - and he buys me a Coke!

Sweet, sparkling fruits & LUSCIOUS vanilla floral combo with fantastic throw on my girlflesh... I really enjoyed this one!!

Carnation, Patchouli? Oh yeah!! I'm totally loving this... Masquerade does some really sexy litttle tango w/my chemistry and within 5 minutes of application, I feel like the sassiest thing on two getaway sticks! Me: "Come on, sailor... take a whiff of this!" DH: Me: "No, really... the imp I just tried, silly - it's gooooooooood!" DH: Didn't know WHAT you were going on about... heeeeeyyyyy... that DOES smell good... ... Me: In other words, what doesn't tickle the fancy of some may be the date-bait, man-magnet, "how-do-I-turn-this-thing-off?!" miracle love nectar for others... Yummy stuff!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, holy schmoley SWEETNESS and LIGHT!!! Just knock me over with an eyelash and have done with it already... this stuff is so... GOLDEN smelling, I just can't get over it... I'm a picture thinker, so here's what I've got: Filtered afternoon sunlight through a carmelized sugar window/looking through strands of spider-webby caramelized sugar, letting them light on your tongue, LOADS OF BLUEBELLS in the wet grass, butterflies en mass, (for some reason, I've got lantana on the brain), being barefoot - squidging your toes in the grass, feeling it prickle... Dandelion milk... and a light rain while the sun is in full swing. That's what I got - not sure if it helps, but it's what my head told me xo- Kali V.

KRAMPUS!!! YESSSS!!! I have been creating Krampus art for several years, so when I saw this scent, I absolutely had to have it regardless of composition... I am so happy that I purchased it. I was a little nervous about trying him out, but when I cracked the seal, my senses went into overdrive! I applied a nice dose to my inner arms and my gray matter painted an awesome picture for me... You can smell Krampus in this concoction from his bundle of switches down to the animalistic smell of his furry haunches. The throw, for me, is amazing... this is something I will be wearing all winter long - especially when getting inspired for a new piece of Krampus art! I can already see him stuffing bad children into his sack... (boogah-boogah-hah!)... Gruss Vom Krampus!! xoxox, Kali V.

I've been wanting to try this for quite some time... the description held pure aesthetic appeal for me. Coffee and books? Sheer cerebral joy in a bottle. I received my order today and dove right into Misk. U. first... My DH got the first whiff and was floored straight away, so I annointed him with the precioussss; THEN, the DD caught a nosefull and fell into a rapturous state and had to try some too! IT IS GOOD ON EVERYONE HERE!!! Miskatonic University is officially IN like SIN. It has been SEVERAL hours since I applied Misk. U. to the DH... he just came in to kiss me before going out on an errand (ohhhh the joys of nuzzling a BPAL-annointed neck); the Miskatonic U. is still going strong in it's buttered toffee/coffee/vast-dusty-library goodness Keeper absolute. xoxox, Kali V.
