In the Imp jasmine and bubblegum...cheap bubblegum wetok the bubblegum smell is tolerable on my skin but now the florals have gone all fake and plastic smelling drythe good news? the plasticy bubblegum scent fades pretty quick. The bad news? so does the rest of the perfume! All thats left is a very faint nondescript floral scent. I am not a big fan of this one at all.

In the imp buttery pumpkin with an undertone of popcorn?. Seriously the butter is overwhelming! Wet the butter really mellows out and the pumpkin comes forward, but it's not too strong. There is a hint of some sort clove and nutmeg here but they aren't too strong either. Dry where did the butter and pumpkin go?! All I smell now is peach and clove! This one really changes from bottle to dry, and smells a little like potpourri to me, I'm not sure if this is an every day scent or not just yet, but I'm willing to give it another try.

In the Imp:Astringent rose and Jasmine with something bitter, I guess the coffee? wet:It smells like rose and jasmine are having fisticuffs on my skin. They are both fighting to be dominant, and not really complimenting each other at all. The bitter scent still lingers in the background, but I can tell for sure what it is. drydown:And it's jasmine with the knockout! The rose is very firmly pushed into the background and the jasmine has taken full dominance. The scent grows a lot softer as it dries, the vanilla finally decides to make an entrance and mellow the flowers out. I'm sure how I feel about this scent, for such a complex mixture of notes I'm only really picking out two or three at most.

In the Imp:smells less sinister and more like...hippies. The Patchouli is VERY strong with an otherwise general herbal background. Wet:The patchouli is much less obvious on my skin, the herbal background really shows through, with a whiff of lavender and some other floral scent... Drydown:ugh my skin is just eating this one up! All I smell now is lavender and herb garden. This is quite sad my skin usually does really well with Lavender and Amber but this is just turning into floral powder on my skin.

In the imp:I can see where some people are getting buttered popcorn, but for some reason all I smelled was hazelnuts. Sugared hazelnuts with a buttery undertone. wet:Hazelnuts disappear and some unknown woody smell takes its place! I can only assume the clove and ginger and taking over here. The buttery smell remains but it's much less strong. Drydown: Very clove heavy, I smell like the holidays! It's also quite spicy, the buttery mellow notes are totally gone. After 5 minutes:Ok this really settled down, I was worried at first! The clove and ginger have melded together into a delicious spicy mix, and the honey is finally starting to really come out and mellow down the spice. This scent really reminds me of winter and the holidays in particular. If you are a fan of spicy scents I would highly recommend this!

In the bottle:Jasmine and roses, with an amber-like undertone wet:Jasmine, I can't even smell the rose at this point. It's just full blown jasmine flower. drydown:Powdery jasmine with an astringent background. It must be the rose attempting to come through. No sign of the ambery smell I got in the bottle, it's been totally lost. After 5 minutes: The rose SLOWLY starts to make itself known but the jasmine is still very much the dominant scent of this blend. I'm a little surprised because normally, rose likes to be queen bee on my skin. This is a nice floral blend with a good throw and excellent staying power.

In the Imp: ZOMG violets. It's all I smell, it reminds me a bit of the violet water my grandmother used to use. wet: Not too strong, but I can see now why some reviewers suggest violet flavored candies, it smells identical to the violet mints I get from the local world market! drydown:awww...my skin just eats this up Now it smells like violets and baby powder, which I am not that upset by, I just wish this had more throw! after 5 minutes: very faint violet scent, no throw at all though (I had to put my nose on my wrist to smell it). Despite how my skin eats this up I really like it. It's a very classy scent I could see wearing for an occasion I would be around a lot of people.

In the bottle:Vanilla, sweet sugary vanilla...very similar to cake batter actually! wet:Marshmellowy vanilla, with a buttery undertone. I'm a big fan of this! I smell good enough to eat!! drydown:wait, where are you going?? This scent goes from in your face to mellow fast! The sugary scent diminishes pretty quickly leaving just a hint of vanilla and...cotton? After 5 minutes:mostly cotton with a whiff of vanilla. It's somewhat unassuming and doesn't have much throw. It's an unoffensive oil that I could see wearing to work with no complaints.

In the bottle: It's very deep, the musk is heavy and I can't smell any of the chocolate, very masculine and dark Wet: CHOCOLATE! the musk it totally done and all I smell is deep rich chocolate, I smell like a devious candy store and I love it drydown: the musk starts sneaking back in along with something herbal? maybe that's the tabacco...it's must softer than I thought it would be. throw: pretty strong, I suggest using sparingly, two dabs and I think I'll be good for awhile.

In the Imp- Non descript citrus, it's not bad (like cleaning product citrus) but still not my cuppa tea Wet- Boozy, I think it's the grapes but as soon as I put it on my skin I thought "herbs and wine" Drydown- It's sweetening up, the boozy smell is gone and the citrus isn't as strong, I think the roses are starting to come up Dry- it reminds me of something from my childhood but I can't remember what. The roses are gone, as is the grape leaving only this herbal citrusy smell that has this really familiar sweet scent. Ugh this will drive me mad! I'm pretty ambivilent about this particular scent, it's not terrible by any sense and it works well with my skin I just don't know how I feel about citrus. I'll have to give this one another go later on.

In the Imp: a soft aquatic floral, maybe the "watery" smell is the lotus... Wet: BAM! the rose smacks me right in the face, not a good sign as most rose scents don't smell very good on me. Drydown: The rose is still strong but not "punch me silly" strong.. The aquatic scent is back and theres something sweet in the background (the lily maybe?) Dry: I am pleasantly suprised by how this is. It's a very strong rose scent but it's tolerable. The lotus and lily really reel it in and keep the rose in line.

In the bottle: bitter, herbal and icky! I am hesitant about this one wet: still very herbal but the bitterness is dissapating which makes me happy drydown: oh this is getting good, it's very sweet with this nice airy scent that comes in and out as I move Dry: From the bottle to dry on my wrist it's a total 180! a smokey scent with a soft floral very nice!

In the imp: VERY floral, the magnolia sticks out and I think the jasime lends this sticky sweet note to it wet: the rose shows up, but it's pretty meek for rose, the magnolia's come out in full force now. It's almost like the perfume captures how magnolias smell when it's super humid out drydown: no more rose, just a very sweet, kind of smoky number dry: This perfume seems very vintage to me, don't ask what that means I doubt I could describe it. The scent is a deep, mellow floral with a bite of something (the amber?) balancing everything out.

First off I'm just gonna say I'M IN LOVE! In imp: it's like liquid cinnamon! I can't really smell anything else. It reminds me vaguely of Silk road but less biting Wet: Oh I am loving this already! The cinnamon is smooth, it reminds me of something edible, but I can't think of what it is. drydown: the myrrhs really come out now blending just wonderfully with the cinnamon which has by now mellowed out dry: I keep sniffing my wrist in my lecture class, this is delicious!!! It's got a great throw and lasted all day something which is pretty rare for perfume and I.

In the bottle – it smells kind of like Kyoto, with more of a bite to it. Wet – lots of cherry blossoms! I can smell the fruit of the pear and I think the lavender is sitting there in the background. Dry – this is heaven! it's a powdery soft scent and the sandlewood comes out to blend wonderfully with the florals. Overall – I swear my mother had a perfume that smelled exactly like this when I was a kid, this will definately become part of my favorites collection!

Kitsune-Tsuki In the Bottle: Sweet, like sticky overripe fruit sweet, not sure if I like it. Wet: Its still sweet, must be the plum but its not as overpowering, the floral notes start to come out. Dry: This is a lovely scent, the plum really mellows out and balances well with the floral notes. A good scent to wear on days when you need a pick-me-up

Envy In the Bottle: Mint mint mint! Wet: Its still mint, but its not like peppermint or anything, more like fresh mint that you get at the supermarket Drydown: drys very nice, the mint is still there but it mellows out and the herbal undertowns really come out. Its an enjoyable scent!

The Doormouse In the Bottle: Lemons and Tea, it reminds me a lot of Embalming Fluid only more heady Wet: The tea really comes out but I'm unable to smell the floral, that sharp lemon scent however is gone as soon as it hits my skin Drydown: wonderful, a lasting but not overpowering scent, the floral has come out a bit more. It really reminds be of a nice cup of tea. A new personal favorite.

Persephone to me smells like sitting in a rose garden on a hot summers day, eating a pommegrante and letting the juice drip down your chin. I really love this scent, sadly it only lasts about 4 hours before dissapearing on my skin.

I thought this scent was very warm and musky. I love the scent of sandlewood, which is the main note after it dries on me. I also love its staying power, I only have to apply it once and I smell yummy for the rest of the day! A friend of mine says this scent is quite masculine, but it soft enough for women. Scales of Deprivation wasn't a scent I was originaly going to buy, but I'm glad I did. It's become one of my favorite scents!

Embalming Fluid In the vial: I can really smell the tea, and the lemon is light but refreshing. Wet: slightly musky, the tea scent is stronger Dry: strong musk, light tea and lemon. It's a very refreshing scent and reminds me of spring!
