At first this smells kind of plasticky on me (no!), but then that goes away and it's just an herbal, masculine scent with a sweetness to it (bourbon vanilla) and a hint of tobacco. It's nice, but I'm not sure it's me.

This is beautiful...vanilla paired with light tobacco and smoke, beautiful and warmly ethereal (if that's even possible!). It starts getting sweeter as it stays on my skin...almost cloyingly so. Hmmm...

This smells very light and clean on me. It's nice, but nothing special. -
The cream goes sour on me and my skin eats the cherry and disappears. So...it smells like my fridge when I haven't cleaned it out in a while. Not so good for me!
-
I'm not a big cheesecake fan, but this smells like creamy coconut cake to me so I love it...mmm. Rich frosting...very, very yummy.
-
Fruity vanilla, with a hint of jasmine. It smells like light, fluffy lemon squares at a garden party...the jasmine is very light and barely noticeable. This is nicer on my skin than in the bottle, but it's not something I'd wear often.
-
I love the currant notes in this, but on my skin the pastry is too heavy and there's a vinegar-y note to it. I like it, but like other currant/berry blends better.
-
I third (fourth?) Cockaigne...it's the waffle-coniest blend I've tried. I still love Demeter...our local WF has reduced them to half price in clearance, and it's been all I can do not to take them all home with me! I spray them under my arms and bits of the scent cling to my clothes, so I end up smelling the Demeter for hours with just a couple of squirts (and I feel so fresh! ).

This smells like a smoky, charred, coals still barely smouldering, wet bonfire pit. It's got that smoke note from Moai. Eh...it's okay. It's not me though, sadly.
-
The pine is going CRAZY on this blend...at first this smells like port-a-potty air freshener, and then that dies down and it smells like old lady perfume. I'm thinking this one isn't for me!
-
Something turns into powder on me in this...a nice perfumed powder, but powder. Nice enough, but not something I'd wear often.
-
I was expecting this...fetid bog, with dirty, earthy greenery and something rotting. But this is so wildy different! Predominantly it's this fizzy gingerale scent like Boom Boom from Fantasy Bath...more like root beer than tree roots! It's very light and bubbly. I like it!

This is about the 2008 version...it's smells like wet, cold dirt...damp from a tangy, ozoney rain. It's such a realistic smell that I'm looking for a towel and shivering! So cold, so dirty, and so beautiful. I couldn't wear this often, but it's very evocative.

This is LOVELY. It's more of a spiced apple tea than an apple cider to me...very strong apple and nicely spiced, but not too sweet. And there's an herbal note adding a melancholy autumnal note (the oakmoss?). Warming but introspective.
-
This smells like a hot cup of nutmeggy apple cider, sipped while walking under a canopy of orange, red, and yellow falling leaves. The apple is perfect, sweet but not cloyingly so, and it's warm and lovely. And just a little woodsy. Nice!
-
It smells like it should have been called Diabetic Coma . SO sugary, with a hit of gooey strawberry candy in the mix. It's just too crazy sweet for me...I'm going to try it again later. And maybe as a room scent, too.
-
This is predominantly hay on me...hay and wood, with a hint of carrot and no apple. I think this is a very evocative scent, although not really me. I may try to layer it though, it's very earthy. And I love what ImperatrixMundi said: Yes, exactly!

This is the most interesting Hallowe'enie blend I've smelled. There's a resiny incense vibe to it...a bit of sharp tobacco...a bit of sweet rose...something fragrant and powdered. It smells like a lightly cologne-scented powder, but also like a lovely, substantial, fragrant offering to the gods. And if you were wearing this blend, they would definitely listen!

It smells like a cologne in the bottle. On, it has an astringent "sunblock" note to it, and there's a mellow powderiness. Basically, it's like a sexy cologne on the boy next door...attractive, but not devastatingly so, and ultimately comforting in its masculinity.
-
In the bottle it's exactly what it says it is: a creamy, light rose. On, the cream just kind of sits there and the rose is way too light...eh. Not a good skin scent for me.
-
In the bottle it smells JUST like my bride's cake which was a Williamsburg Orange cake (and delicious, btw). On, the orange mellows a bit, and it smells like a resiny orange incense. Nice, but not as nice as it is in the bottle. Definitely a better room scent than a skin scent on me!

Climbing rose, vanilla cream, vanilla flower, white tea, mandarin, red and white musks, opium poppy, Parma violet, and opoponax. This is lovely. It smells like a lightly floral tea scent, like an elegant lady at a tea party in some long-forgotten era. Feminine and wistful, very nice.
-
At first this smells like milky fruit (wtf?) and then it mellows into a light, sweet powdery floral. It's okay, but not what I was expecting.
-
I didn't expect to love this so much, but I do! It has the sweetness of Snake Oil without fading on me, and the tang of Dorian's tea. Drawn together with clean, crisp lavender. Light and lovely. The best of both worlds, Beth/Snake Oil and Ted/Dorian, just like Lilith herself. ETA: I love the bottle art on the bottle I received...a little old-fashioned redheaded witch. And when I bought a bottle from a forumite, I was thrilled to see it was the same little redheaded girl in a yellow dress! Same vintage feel. I LOVE it when the lab has multiple labels! So cute!

First sniff: water/ozone On: Oooh, more masculine than I was expecting, but nice! Very aquatic, entwined with a very clean, masculine kind of green woodsiness. It's like an aftershave, but greener and a bit tangy. Very nice!
