This found its way to me as a frimp from the lab.. when I first opened the vial i was was intregued by the smell of rotting aged oak .. and yet repulsed as well . I put the imp away and thought it was defiantly a swapper. Well today ireopened bluebeard and was pleasantly surprised. I got more of a salty sea note ..and the rotting wood smell had softened into more of an aged wood smell rich and mossy. while Bluebeard isnt something Id wear for perfume .. I think Beth has completely captured the essence of deviance in this oil. It reminds me of an old seafaring man that has may secrets to hide.. maybe a maiden or murder in every port? The salt of the sea and sweat of the brow .. a curious scent indeed..

The scent of sexual obsession, slavery to sensual pleasure, and the undercurrent of innocence defiled utterly. Amber and honey with a touch of vanilla. MMMM! Honey ambered goodness.. to me this is a very sharp scent that becomes more subtle and sexy as it wears on.. I adore "O" .. the b/f however is not as captivated by it .. which after reading the reviews I was hoping for a more favoriable reaction .. all he smells is a sweet plastic smell??? I have worn it to work and I get alot of compliments from the other males I encounter .. go figure ?? Oh well .. I'll have to keep "O" for my personal momments.

Like many BPALers this scent envokes childhood memories.. The swirling teal blue water of lake tahoe .. the melting of snow into lush green forest .. bright dampened greens and crisp cold water .. the combination of coolness and warmth all rolled into one .. I really didnt think Id enjoy this imp so much .. this may definatly call for a bigger bottle

I recieved Snake Oil as a frimp in my first order and it took me awhile to get around to trying it .. Wow! This scent knocked my proverbial socks off. Its sensual and mysterious. My BF got one whif of this and well his interests were well peaked ! In the Bottle: Honeyed Saffron and vanilla .. and something I cant quite put a finger on .. almost gingery.. On wrist: Holy Mother of God! Sweet vanilla and cinnamon .. this is a sexy sexy scent Dry Down: Vanilla sumptious carmalized vanilla big bottle .. Now!

This really does smell like Absinthe .. and its funny how the Anise creeps out secondly just like when you drink Absinthe and have the strong black licqorice aftertaste.. The wormwood isnt overbearing which is nice .. a perfect of balance giving it that slightly green herbal note . The only thing keeping this from being a big bottle purchace is I cannot get the scent to hang around for more than a few mins. My body Chemisty just swallows it up

This is an absolutly yummy concoction.. I have however had it pimped my my 11 year old son .. who HAD to have it because of all its droolie goodness .. Bottle: Black berry tarts with buttercream icing.. Wet: The blackberry note is definatly strong on me not getting much else Dry Down: Still a whole lotta blackberry .. Wheres the butter cream and booze? 30 mins: Blackberry has calmed down and some of that creamy buttery scent .. kind of like shortbread cookies has peeked its head out . This is a fun scent and will have you smelling your wrist forsure! The nice thing about MB: Closet is .. its like having a decadent dessert with out it going to you butt!! Guilt Free..

Peony Moon is my first Lunacy oil .. I could'nt resist because I absolutly adore Peony ! Peony Moon doesnt dissapoint! In the Bottle: All Peony .. purely a pink femmine scent. Innocence in a bottle. Wet : Peony is still very evident Dry Down : Peony is still strong but an aquatic green note lingers just below the surface . 1.5 hrs- It has dried down in to a soft sweet peony / sweet pea scent on me .. absolutly lovely! I think this is an incrediable scent .. definatly a scent for spring or summer .. a girly pick me up of sorts - Yet again Beth has out done her self.
