Good gods, I love the foody scents and this one makes me want to eat my hand. The caramel sugar scent I get in the bottle morphs on my skin, it's funnel cake and my favorite kind. Sugar and cinnamon baked goods coming out of the drydown. Damn now I'm hungry. Beth, please make this one of the released for the next Lunacy. pretty please??

I get only a brief whiff of the cocoa, it settles down with tonka note wrapped up in the lemon-honey and I'm not sure if what I'm smelling is fig, but it's a warm note. If this gets made available at the next Lunacy, I'm getting a bottle.

This was a frimp from the Lab, they must have psycotic powers when it comes to guessing what I'd like. The musks love me, I don't get much honey but there's something there that just softens, probably the ylang ylang. The notes i can never pronounce just do the wildest things with my chemistry. I'm still on the fence tho, not sure I love this enough to order a bottle. I'll just hang on to the imp for now and try it again later to make up my mind. It's wistful and lovely.

Another case of falling in love with a frimp. I decided to wear it around instead of testing it lightly. It road tested well, my skin loves these oils and tends to gobble them up. This wears well and I keep getting whiffs of the warm sweet smell thru out the day. When I got home, the wheels started clicking and I reapplied it layered with Cobra Lily It turned into a lovely fruit tea smell and I wanted to eat my own wrist. I'm new to layered scents but this just pushed Belle Epoque from an imp want to need a bottle!

Wow! Knock my socks off clean and aquatic. Reminds me a bit of Alain Delon's Iquitos, which I loved on the ex but I need something in a fresh vein for the new boi. Very masculine, yet crisp. Damn I need to trackdown a bottle somehow and roll the boi in it Why do I keep falling in love with LEs?

This is not so much a review as a Testimonial I received an imp of White Light thru an AlchemyLab LJ purchase on tuesday It was the last of all the imps I tried that day. WOW A series of things untangled themselves that day. A long disputed appeal with Unemployment was resolved in my favor and the anxiety of the starting the new job seemed to let go. It's exacting 3 days later, I'm staring at back payments for the last two months. Got an imp of this from LJ. In the bottle: Well hello cocoa, nice to meet you. Is that pepper and is that pepper slightly boozy? Onward we go Wet: It went woody at first, but it keeps changing. First bold then a softer musky smell. Dry: That cocoa note is creeping into the background again. The morphing is delicious! I don't get bored, it seems to change for the better each time. Rating: 4 out of 5 It would have gotten 5 out of 5, but as the cocoa note didn't hang all the way thru on me. Otherwise (chocolate ho that I am) this is going on my "buy a bottle before it disappears" list

A favorite comfort scent seems to help. I have a friend having some health problems and I surrendered my imp of Bliss. She lightly scents her hair with it before going to bed and it seems to help with her appetite problems as well.
