Time for my first review! (And why on earth did I choose such a complex scent to review?!) In the bottle, I smell sweet, juicy berries and soft pine needles. Imagine cuddling up by a campfire in the woods on a cool evening, eating a berry pie. Upon first application, I inhale the comforting scent of hazelnut, as the berries and pine fall lazily into the background. It really is an "earth mother" kind of scent, capturing the most comforting aspects of a forest. Until the drydown about 30 minutes later, I was worried that the more complex notes would be left behind. However, they eventually reemerge as a delicate, radiant combination that stays close to the skin. It is delicious without being foodie or cloying, and it is also extremely comforting and wearable. I know it's supposed to conjure up images of Mother Blackbear, but I keep envisioning a group of playful fairies, hiding behind trees and picking berries underneath rays of sunlight. It truly is a warm, soft, earthy scent that I'm confident most people will appreciate. Rating: 4.5/5 Edited to add that I layered this with a small dab of Bewitched (blackberry, sage, green tea, wild berries and dark musk), and it was insanely beautiful. If your skin doesn't bring out the juicy berries in BB Moon, perhaps this might help...?

Hi, all! I just have a quick question regarding a recent order, and I thought maybe someone here could ease my nerves... My wonderful hubby ordered Blackbear Moon for me the last night it was up (either Jan. 15th or 16th), and CCNow still has it listed as "awaiting shipment." However, I've noticed that others who ordered BBMoon on the 16th have already received their order. I know the lab hasn't even gotten the ticket yet, and I guess I'm worried because the Lunacies are up for a very limited time, and I would just be broken-hearted if they couldn't fill it because they received the order so late! I also placed an order on the 13th and it got here super fast! Am I just worried for no reason at all??? Thanks!!

I used to adore Japanese Cherry Blossom! I remember one Christmas several years ago, I received almost every JCB-scented product that the store had, including a really lovely eau de parfum. I have found that Dragon's Milk smells very, very similar on my skin. It has the same vanilla/cherry blossom fragrance that I love so much. Hope that helps a bit!

I am planning on splurging and buying 25 imps (*yikes!*) and bottles of Haunted and Morocco, but I am still trying to narrow down my imp selection. I read a post the other day the mentioned Boucheron, which brought back so many memories, as it is a perfume that my mother wore. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a similar scent...? I've tried to hunt one down, but I imagine that you all might be more familiar than I with the numerous concoctions and their elements! Boucheron is a beautiful, sophisticated oriental.
