I tried Sea of Glass and Black Tower and within minutes I got an instant migrane from both! I had to scrub off with soap and then poured rubbing alcohol on my arm just to stop the smell and the headache! Its a pity! They were such pretty scents! Into the swap pile for them...

This scent smelled really dark and smoky on me when i first applied it, but i confess, I didnt have much time to really smell it as I got an instant migrane after a few seconds. I would have loved this scent to work out!

Im new to BPAL and im also a bit of a scent eater--at least with the floral scents. Im trying to find scents that have good throws and at least some staying power, but mostly a good throw. I absolutely love Morgause, Desdemona, Persephone, and so does my skin! It eats it all up! Dana O Shee lasts a long time on me, but it doesnt seem to have a throw. Maybe it does, I admit i have allergies so my sense of smell is kind of lacking! Thanks in advance!

This scent loves me! And I love Morgause. In the bottle: it smells very violet with hints of fruit but not that much incense. On wet: It gets very floral with a hint of musk an incense. I get violet, and another floral scent I cant place. Theres no fruit scent at all. Drydown: When it dries, the floral eases off a lot and gets very fruity.I can practically smell the velvet, and darkness. Its very much not a 'light' floral, but has a dangerous quality too it--like the venus fly trap. Seems to smell great until the fly gets to close. This is definatly one I'll save, and get a big bottle of. The scent didnt change drastically on me from bottle to drydown, but the layers just fluctuated perfectly. Brilliant! Its very feminine, but more sophisticated and sexual than girly.

In the bottle: Pomegranate and rose, more juicy fresh pomegranate than rose at this point. Very juicy and fruity. I really loved this in the bottle, it smelled so juicy and fragrant and beautiful--just how I would have imagined Persephone to be, if you could bottle her. Wet: Quickly turns into rose on me, very little juicyness. Dry: The rose stays but lightens a bit. And the juiciness of the pomegranate comes back strong too, softer than it was in the bottle, but enough so the scent isnt a pure rose. Its very nice. Seems like a beautiful scent for a nice summer day. My body does tend to eat up this scent pretty fast though. I only got a couple hours of it. But its a keeper! I definatly like it enough to put it in a roller bottle and keep slathering it on!

I know some of you have answered this question but whats your recipe for diluting BPAL scents? Thanks!

Im not sure what to do! Ive had horrible luck with CCNow. I placed an order for some samples from the lab using my debit card--this is my first time at the Lab too. But CCNow declined my card and the bank cant figure out why. Now, i have the CCNow service people talking to my bank and hopefully they can come to some sort of resolution...
