In the bottle: don't really smell anything On skin: there's that delicious tonka scent...it's like a creamy vanilla to me. And I love it. Dry down: now the rum is coming out a little more. It's like vanilla cream with a dash of rum. This is lovely. I do not smell any clove. Throw: This is where I was disapointed...there wasn't much throw at all and it faded fast. I know it's a single note and could be layered but I don't layer my scents much. So sadly not a keeper even though I like it.

2011: Pumpkin Latte is mainly all espresso in the bottle and on the skin, there's also a little bit of pumpkin and spices that comes out too but not enough for this foodie lover. It had little throw and didn't last long on me. I have a lot of other coffee scents that I enjoy much more then this one. 2016: This is what I wanted the first time!! This is the perfect balance of pumpkin and latte! So yummy I want to drink it up. So glad I gave this another chance! The throw and staying power is much improved as well! 🎃

This is for 2014 When I smell it in the bottle it smells like the wassail my dad used to make at Christmas time...love that! Then wet on the skin it's all apple cider! Bitter strong and nothing else! I got a little nervous BUT when the dry down came about 10 minutes later it was delicious butterscotch!! Yummy! Love this part!! There may be a hint of the orange too. Delicious! Also it had pretty good throw and lasted about 3-4 hours.

I don't get as much fruit from this, maybe a little light fig. I do get the sweet smoky custard which is lovely. It definitely has a Christmas feel for sure. Like some lovely baked goods coming from a kitchen. Very delicate and foodie.

A Stroll Through the Quarter is an amazing banana incense scent on me. I love it! Definitely the foodie lovers sweet incense scent!

Lambs Wool 2010 This started out all apple all the time on me. It was tart apple not sweet. Then on the dry down I got a little bit of spicy milk. It was definitely more milk then spice though. I wanted it to be sweeter to work for me. But it was mainly tart apple and milk. Low throw and didn't last long on my skin. Apple is very hit or miss with me.

This is all gingerbread when you sniff the bottle. On the skin it starts off as strong gingerbread but on the dry down other spicy notes emerge and so does the vanilla. Makes me think of french toast a little. This is a foodie lovers Snake Oil to me and I love it. I also know it will get less powdery with age so I'm excited to see where this ends up in a few more years.

On my skin this was all pineapple, and oddly with all the notes listed that's all I got!! I waited for different notes to pop up but nothing else showed up! Weird I know. It was just light pineapple juice. Beautiful label though!

This one me was a very powdery and headache inducing dusty light cherry. But not really cherry. Not sure how to describe it but I didn't really like it. If it has dragon's blood in it I did not get that at all. It faded fast luckily because I wasn't feeling it sadly.

It was a while ago I had tested this one but I remember it was mostly cinnamon on me with a little marshmallow in the background. It was delicious but I wanted more marshmallow!! The throw was decent and it lasted pretty long though.

Wow can't believe I didn't review this one yet. I think I thought I already had. Well this definitely is one of my favorite GC scents. I've gone through a couple bottles already! Sadly I didn't get the HG but anyway... This is a delicious scent. It's got an amazing vanilla note!! Very sweet and almost foodie BUT the dragon's blood keeps it spicy and sexy and adds more depth. I don't get much honey. Just a sexy spicy vanilla scent that I adore!! It also has great throw and lasts on the skin! Simple perfection!

The oakmoss and patchouli on this one are definitely the strongest notes. The oakmoss being the strongest. That is what you get when wet and sniffing the bottle. On the dry down though the clove and pumpkin peek out and make it less oakmossy. Very dark and sexy scent.

I've gotten all goat cream and rice! It's weird there's absolutely no cherry!! I wouldn't even say it's rice pudding because it's not sweet at all. It's more savory.

After reading through I think you should try... Katrina Van Tassel (HTF) The Vine Son of biggerCritters Strawberry Moon Pink Moon Beaver Moon 2011 Those are just the first ones that came to my mind! -
Well this scent is pretty much identical to my original Banshee Beat bottle. If I really think about it and compare it might have the tiniest bit more patchouli and hemp over vanilla. But I could be overthinking it. Overall it's the same thing. So glad I was able to snag my beloved. The label is the same, for some reason I thought it would say OG BB, but no big deal.

So Ooky was a bit of heartbreaker for me. When I first got it the buttercream, lemon, and pumpkin were all delicious and played well together...it was awesome! BUT after aging a year or so this turned into all CINNAMON on me. I heard this happen to others but it was the first time it happened to me. So it was just all cinnamon and the sad thing was it was a sad cinnamon. Where did all the yumminess go?! Also the label weirdly creeped me out too. lol

This is simply BPAL's yummy Eggnog scent with a touch of coffee. It was delicious and mouthwatering when applied, but sadly once it dried on my skin it disapeared! Regular Eggnog didn't last on my skin either so I guess it was the same with this one. I really love the spices in BPAL's Eggnog scents I just wish they lasted longer and had some throw.

Mine was the 2009 I believe... I had hoped for JELLY! But sadly I got all port and it was bitter. Too bad. Swapped away! Cute label though!

The whiskey and apple cider are what I smell in the bottle. On the skin it has more of a cake and strong whiskey scent and the apple fades away a little, which is ok with me. This scent is very different and I can't help but think it's a more grown up foodie scent. I picture a sassy woman who loves her whiskey and eats cake when she is drunk. Not sure what I'm saying...maybe i've done too many reviews today! LOL But I do love it! Haha UPDATE: After aging a while the apple has gotten stronger and the cake lighter. May have to let this go since apple isn't the best scent on my skin I've realized.

Starts off as yummy Runts type candy banana and whipped cream. And I love this part! But as it dries down the blood and grease are what lingers and that sucks. The banana is so good I wish it stuck around. After a half hour I'm wearing a grease/metal/blood scent and that's not me lol

It starts off as delicious bananas foster scent when wet. I love this banana though it's one of the best I've ever smelled. I like it better then Splatter Comedy's banana (loved that but hated the metal/grease note). When it dries down the incense scent comes out and is so gorgeous! It starts sweet and then turns sexy at this point. I do smell a little bit of Dorian too which is a nice addition. This is unique and special. The throw is good too.

The scent of chicory coffee (au lait!) and sugared pastries. This is a slightly bitter and tangy coffee scent mixed in with pastries to balance it out. This has great throw and longevity too. Which is a bonus! It really captures the feeling of being at a coffee shop or bakery. Very nice!

This is all rich buttery cake! Much stronger then Eat Me and this has no fruit note. It's all cake! But emphasis on the buttery.

El Dia de los Reyes 2013 This is one of my most favorite "drink" scents from BPAL. I wish I could buy the actual drink it smells so good. This is the perfect mix of cocoa and cinnamon. That's also what you smell big time when you sniff it. When wet the coffee note comes out a little more but its mainly cinnamon and cocoa still. The dry down brings out the sugar and coffee mostly and it's so good. One of my favorite coffee scents.
