Lotus is a great note on my skin, and Pandora is no exception!
The crisp minty note combines in a unique refreshing way with the subtle lotus floral note. Very refreshing and feminine.
I really wish I could have gotten a big bottle of this, it's a really lovely scent!

This is another scent I would have never tried on my own. Florals do odd things on my skin, especially rose notes.
However this is really pretty. Dewey wet roses, sparkling jasmine and a hint of heliotrope.
This scent was very faint after only 30 minutes or so, but still a nice pretty floral.

Dragon's blood is pure cherry on my skin. Sadly this is all I could smell from this blend.
Off to the swap pile.

Big white phalaenopsis orchids and sweet cherry plums.
This is gorgeous scent! The florals are light and accent the sweetness of the fruit perfectly!
I love this scent! Perfect for springtime!

Finally a rose scent that doesn't go gross on my skin!
This is sweet and very feminine! The richness of the opium mixes perfectly with the rose petals and combines to make a lovely, sexy blend.
deffinatly a big bottle scent!

This is a green, wet floral on me. A hint of apple blossoms comes to the surface as the oil dries on my skin and slowly morphs into ripe, sweet red apples.
The floral scent is similar to a wildflower note, not a typical graden flower. This is crisp and slightly mysterious. A perfect springtime scent.

This is a lovely scent, but on my skin it turns to baby powder and flowers.
I like to apply a drop of this to my pillow at night, there it smells like warm thick lavender. Very pretty and comforting.
-
Another floral I can't wear. I adore violet, but it does odd things with my skin chemistry. I don't smell any gardenia in this at all.
Just thick, wet violet and vanilla. Very pretty, but not for me.
-
Sweet almond and oranges. This is very spicey.
Sadly not a scent for me. The almond is overpowering and make me sick to my stomach.
-
Opium! Not opium poppies, the real thing... opium.
This is a very nice blend, but it needs a few minutes to really show it's potential. There is a strong honeysuckle note that threatens to ruin the scent for me, but it disapears quickly and leaves a pleasant sweetness behind.

This is way too floral on my skin. I was hoping for more anise and amber, but sadly the floral was overpowering.
off to the swap pile.

Wow, I was skeptical at first, but Greed really does smell like a big wad of money!
Dollar bills that have been left in a new-age/hippie shop
The patchouli is very sweet in this blend, with a hint of pine bark. Interesting combination!

Dark chocolate covered cherries... not the cheap ones you find at the grocery store... but, rich, decadent candies from from a little boutique.
This scent is delicious!

A wonderful antidote to an all-nighter oozing with drunken, addled perversion and debauchery. A fresh, crisp white linen scent: perfectly clean, perfectly breezy.
Dryer sheets! Clean, fresh and extremely comforting.
Oddly this dries down to a VERY similar scent as Blood Lotus on me!
I think I'm gonna need a big bottle of Dirty. -
... A regal scent, glowing darkly, elegant and patrician, but unfathomably desolate. Cherubic white sandalwood and golden musk with a dark halo of amber, a breath of imperial florals, unbending woods, and the shadow cast by vetiver and violet.
This smells exactly like a floral version of Blood Amber at first. Very pretty.
Sadly it turns really powdery on my skin as it dries down- possibly the floral note?
The musk in Fallen is very pretty, but not for me. -
This scent is ALL Opium poppies and sweet musk on my skin.
Starts out with a hint of floral, but thankfully that disappears as soon as it dries.
This is a warm, rich, deliciously seductive scent. But at the same time, oddly comforting.
-
Zombi turns to lemon scented cleaner and dirty on me. The lemon note is very pleasant, but the dirt is very unsettling.
Sadly, this one is off to the swap pile.
-
Sweet musk and piney sap. This is a very comforting scent.
Deffinately not something I would have tried on my own! Pine notes have a tendency to go soapy and pine-solish on my skin.
However, this is a clean, woody pine scent. Very pretty with the musk undertones to sweeten it.
-
This smells like a woman's version of Old Spice on my skin. My boyfriend likes it, but it too spicey for me.
-
I was really hoping to like this scent, but sadly rose notes smell terrible on me.
This turns to powder and rose petals on my skin. Very pretty, but not for me.
-
Ooo.. this one got me excitied! I love patchouli and all the notes in the description smell lovely on my skin.
Umbra is a very dark patchouli, not the sweet kind I've found in other BPAL mixes, this is heavy and sexy.
The patchouli is very prominant on my skin, but hints of cedarwood and cinnamon in the background are starting to peak through.
Umbra is a lovely rich, warm and spicy blend.

A pomengranate martini??? *note to self- must make pomengranate martinis*
This scent is deicious, boozy notes LOVE my skin. The sweetness of the pomengranate is very fresh and feminine.
The booze note was gone within minutes, but the sweet fruittyness of swank lingered for the rest of the day.

Mostly eucalyptus and pine sap... very strong!
Jabberwocky has a vick's vapor rub effect on my skin, I might keep an imp around to clear out my sinuses when my allergies get bad...
