  1. In the imp: Lemon Pledge and Lemonheads. :|

Wet: Lemon verbena with the tartness of grapefruit.. I can dig it.

Dry: Same as the wet stage, but the lemon has softened a bit and I smell a light musk. Fun and cheery. I like it, but not enough to buy a bottle.

  2. In the imp: Straight up sweet peach preserves. Yummy!

Wet: Okay, now it smells like real peaches.. A soft amber and musk is underneath. LOVE it.

Dry: Peach with the slight warmth of amber. Oh my, I'm in love with this. It's light, summery, and elegant. Bottle-worthy for me.

  3. In the imp: Very strong blackberry brandy, and rum.

Wet: Blackberry, rum and ouzo. :S

Dry: Okay.. No more ouzo. Phew! Wahey, the black iced tea note comes alive. Berry with a bit of rum. It's very nice, but not something I'd wear often, as I'm not fond of smelling like booze. But it's something I'd love to drink. :P

  4. I was so so SO excited to try this one when I first got it.

In the imp: Aquatic, subtlety metallic, and slightly fruity.

Wet: Still very aquatic, gets a bit salty, and more metallic.

Dry: Metallic salt water spray. LOVE this. Not too salty, not too metallic, it's all just right. This is definitely bottle-worthy for me.

  5. In the imp: Sweet and musky. Something about it just lures me in.

Wet: Warm, sweet amber and musk. Quite lovely.

Dry: Deep musk with the warmth of amber. Very comforting. :} I knew I'd absolutely love this. *sniffs wrists to no end*

  6. In the imp: Straight up lavender and bergamot.

Wet: It turns kinda leathery... With patchouli. The lavender is still very strong.

Dry: I really like this dry, the lavender softens and it smells like an old leather-bound book with patchouli leaves in between the pages.

Very masculine, so I probably won't wear it very often but I'd love to test it on a guy.

  7. I love the concept for this one. :D

In the imp: Orange blossom and faintly white rose.

Wet: Loses the citrus feel, soft white rose left but I literally can barely smell it.

Dry: Carrot seed & slightly stronger rose (I can actually smell it.) It's a nice light floral with a subtle twist, and I'll probably use up the imp I have. Not sure if I'd buy a bottle, though.

  8. In the imp: Immediately I smell a lemony musk.. the litsea cuebeba (had to look that up, lol) and golden musk stands out in the imp to my nose.

Wet: Amber starts to come through, warming it up. Musk is gone.

Dry: A very warm amber and citrus-y scent, with a barely detectable hint of cedar. It's quite nice, I think by the fall it'll be aged where it'd be great for chilly autumn days (if we even get any of those...) despite the lemon in it.

  9. In the imp: Delicious cherries and almonds... Absolutely DIVINE.

Wet: Almond-y goodness is still there.. But I smell a bit of rose coming as well.

Dry: Powdery rose with a bit of almond still left. Not digging it.

Sigh. I wish this worked on me.
