Wet: Bright, juicy peach musk. Dry: Oh, this is a beautiful scent! The peach is rich and juicy, lacking the sharpness that fruit notes can have. It blends wonderfully with the amber and musk for a warm scent that isn't sugary or very foodie. Kind of a grown up peach jam scent.

Wet: I smell tea and something sweet and fruity. Dry: The clean linen note comes on strong, and the yummy tea disappears on me. This has the sharp type of perfume smell that irritates my sinuses, sadly.

I tried this solely for the honey, which is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, I hate ylang-ylang, and there is plenty of it in this blend. I think this would be amazing for someone who actually likes ylang-ylang.

Wet: The coconut, hazelnut and very soapy iris are coming on strong as three distinct notes. Not sure if I can smell the musk yet. Dry Down: I think the musk is coming out, and the scents are starting to merge and not be so harsh. The Iris is not quite as soapy. Black Pearl is turning into a powdery floral on my skin. While the other notes help make it sweeter and more mellow, I don't think I could wear this scent. The iris is giving me a slight headache.

Wet, this smells like dish soap, maybe the original Palmolive scent? As it dries, the violet comes out and I get violet candy drenched in dish soap. Eventually a little vanilla comes out to even things out, but the dish soap smell never goes away for me.

Wet, I can smell mostly the honeyed almond milk with juicy fig fruit and green fig leaf. It's interesting and sweet without being foodie. After about half an hour, this morphs into a gorgeous woody oriental perfume blend, and I can no longer discern any individual notes, (I never do smell the coconut.) I never thought this was a class of perfumes I would like, but it's so amazing with my skin chemistry that I just ordered a whole bottle. The smell is very grown up and sensual, sweet and woody and a little spicy. I love actual foodie scents, but they are terrible with my skin chemistry. I think I will try more sandalwood based oriental blends similar to this one. I get the sweetness and warmth I wanted from foodie blends without the dust or play-doh smell. Eden doesn't have much throw at all and doesn't last on my skin more than an hour or two.

This scent is so delicious! It actually reminds me a lot of Miskatonic U, but without the dusty book and autumn leaves smell. Butterscotch is the predominant note, with a cakey creaminess that mellows it out. I don't really get the rum smell, but my bf said he could smell it on me, but that it's subtle. This actually turned into a very strong, unpleasant dusty scent on me after a while. It became more noticeable each time I wore it, and I finally had to find the bottle a new home. The true foodie scents all seem to go dusty on me.

I get the buttery rum notes from this, but the almond is very sharp, almost too sharp. This is definitely not a bakery type scent, as the description might lead one to believe. I go back and forth between loving this and thinking it is too strong, but I always get lots of compliments when I wear it.

Snake Oil smells like incense in the bottle, but it turns into pure baby powder on my skin. The smell is so strong and long lasting that I am nervous to try it again. I'm more of a foodie scent person, so maybe this one just isn't for me.

Eat Me hits me over the head with fruitiness when wet. After a few minutes, I can smell the sweet vanilla, but the current is still so strong that I'm not sure how often I could wear this, (fruity scents tend to give me headaches.) I really wish I could smell the cake, but it's just not there for me. I could see how this would work for someone wanting a food scent that isn't too foodie, but for me I like warm, buttery, sugary foodie scents all the way. Edited A Year Later: It's funny how skin chemistry and perception change. Now I absolutely smell cake, and it is definitely white cake, not any other flavor. A lot of cake smells go wonky on my skin, but this stays pretty true. I have a couple of very well aged imps of this, and I have to say that I prefer it fairly fresh from the lab. This is one of the few foodie scents that works well enough for me that I have not traded it away.

I had two imps of Gluttony that I made last forever, and now I am kicking myself for not buying the bottle when I had the chance! I didn't find out it was discontinued until I went to BPAL's site to purchase one. I don't get coffee or chocolate at all with Gluttony. On me it is pure, sugary buttery goodness. People would literally stop in their tracks when I wore this out.

The scent of Irish coffee, dusty tomes and polished oakwood halls. This is my favorite BPAL scent, and the one that got me into BPAL in the first place. A friend of mine was wearing it and smelled divine. I immediately had to buy a full sized bottle. In the bottle, this smells a bit like artificial hazelnut coffee creamer to me, but after it has dried on my skin, the hazelnut mellows out and I definitely smell slightly musty library books and autumn leaves, along with a creamy Irish coffee scent. MU has staying power, but it's not so strong that I can't wear it to work, and when people are close, (like when greeting me with hugs,) I always receive compliments. A friend said it smells like vanilla on me, which I don't get, but it is cozy and warm like vanilla.
