This smelled citrusy when I first put this on but when it dried it turned very soapy. I could smell anise but the citrus seemed to disappear very quickly. When I washed it off, I the smell of hand soap lingered for ages.

This is a very clean scent - its great as it is the green tea seems to tone down the lemon so it is not too citrus-like.

I love the heavy, dark rose scent of Black Rose, however after a while the musk became a little overpowering on me. Its beautiful, though.
