Smack! Patchouli. My first thought was the same "Indonesian Red Patchouli" that's in Anne Bonny, but maybe not. It dries down to a lightly sweet incensey smell... but I can't stop comparing it to Anne Bonny, and it's just not as round and complex of a scent. Though I could see how someone who likes but is overwhelmed by Anne Bonny would like it.

To me, Yerevan smelled like faint apricots. Faint everything, really. It was sweet in the bottle, but it just sucked into my skin like nothing else. I had a sweet memory of spice on my wrists all day if I sniffed, but nothing more.

Since hunter moon was never sold as an imp... I'm assuming they're decants. I don't know if you've seen the thread about scents changing when people shake or roll the bottle, I would guess that whoever decanted one or both of your imps didn't shake/roll the bottle first, and so only decanted for you some of the layers, not all.

This isn't fresh greens on me... it's herbal, but wilted. Not like cut grass, but like weeds that have been pulled out, then spent half a day laying out. Kind-of a muddy-shoes welcome-mat smell. It's home-like, pleasant, but it's not my kind of perfume.

This was all prickles on me... it was a very pretty scent except for that needles-in-nostrils feeling I got the whole time. Maybe it was from the cyprus. Oh well.

Wet, this was mostly lavender, and very pretty. I like lavender, so that was cool. But this oil *really* shines on the dry-down. It is the *exact* smell of the incense at the Catholic Church I went to as a kid. So dead-on it's spooky. (Cathedral/Sin/Damnation all of those smelled nothing like church to me, I was disapointed when I smelled them) This is the incense from Christ the King cathedral in Lexington, KY. I'm really blown away. This is awesome.

This one hurts my head just sniffing the imp. I put a little bit on, and it was all Night Blooming Flowers. wrapped around cement blocks and getting thrown at my sinuses. Part of it is that I'm sensitive to "night blooming flowers" - part of it is that this blend is *strong*

I don't know why I keep ordering Lunacy blends. The "Traditional Lunar oils" (or whatever it is that the oils have in common) make the inside of my nose prickle in this really unfortunate way. This one turned into really harsh smoke, some kind of civet-y musk note, and nose-prickles. I didn't get berries at all.

Amber seems to be one of the scents most suceptible to changing as it ages. When I first got Fenris Wolf, probably just under a year ago, it was very masculine and very harsh. Now it's still got all of those harsher notes, but the amber has gone very very honey sweet. It makes fo an odd smell, like sweet tree bark, maybe?

The rich beautiful wine scent evaporated on my skin in the first 30 seconds, and I was *so* disappointed. Then it morphed into roses and grape soda. Over the next hour or so, it has become more roses and leather, and less grape. Unfortunatel, that's making it kind of dry and bitter smelling. It's kind of like going to bed with someone like an ex-boyfriend, having fabulous sex, then as you lie there, realizing you don't actually like this person, and this would really be a great time for them to leave.

On me, this smells like the less twisted form of Bluebeard. (not surprising that they're both blends with violet and vetivert) Unfortunately, on me, just like with Bluebeard, the violet pulls out in front, gets all coy and sweet, and throws the whole scent off balance.

I got what Ladylatemar got... the unmistakable scent of Prell. It's nice and woodsy and light, but it's much more the kind of scent I would like in a beauty product like a soap or shampoo than a perfume.

Huckleberry and red currant with the incisive bite of neroli. Very Berry, and very hit-you-over-the-head sweet. Like this makes Sugar Skull smell bitter it's so sweet. It made my teeth hurt. At least part of it is the Neroli, it doesn't like my skin. Basically, if your chemistry does funny things to Neroli, I don't think this will be the one blend that's the exception.

Lotus and Neroli are both scents that rarely play well with my skin chemistry. It started out really pretty, all light and citrusy, with the lavender pulling it all together, but not long after, the Neroli totally overpowered the Lavender (which is pretty hard to do, at least on my skin), and then it just started to smell out of balance and unharmonious.

I usually have about half a dozen loose in my purse, and never had a problem. I've flown out of San Francisco, Oakland, O'Hare, Lexington, Denver International, Midway, Austn, Houston, and maybe a couple of others if I'm forgetting any, with imps, and even when my purse was hand-checked, they didn't give them a second look.

When I first put it on... I was in love... the mandarin didn't do funny, the jasmine wasn't too strong, the dragons blood smelled like it did in the bottle, and everything smelled luscious and wonderful. And about 10 minutes later, my skin chemistry was up to its normal tricks: Mandarin - gone Jasmine - like a cross between plastic and children's toy perfume Dragon's Blood - Red Hot's, and not in a good way. Pout. I thought this was going to be the one Jasmine or Dragon's blood scent that was going to work. eh. there's no escape.

I'm with everyone else... brown sugar and roasted marshmallows. I'm getting a smell that's more molasses than maple syrup. It toltally makes me want to chew on my wrists.

Rich and creamy and luscious. I just might be in love. Unfortunately, it was very cold this morning when I put it on, s I haven't yet experienced its full beginning, but It smells like real magnolia. I'm floored. And the mandarin is very subtle. The musk and spice are balanced *perfectly* with the magnolia. This is sexy smell that's not too sexy for the office. A total day-to-evening scent. Purr. this is *so* a future 5mL.

To me this was crisp-lavender-jasmine. On me, it totally didn't make me fall asleep faster, but maybe I slept deeper. I don't know. It's hard to judge how refreshing my sleep was since I'm just coming off a week's vacation. It did seem to make me feel kinda slow and syrupy when I was going to bed. I'm not sure if I like that. I feel like I'm kind-of spoiled, the first sleeping blend I tried was Baku, and I still think it's the best of the 5 for me.

To me, this one smelled like lavender and bergamot. The citrussy aspect of it, felt like it kept me in a lighter, less deep sleep. For this reason, I would hesitate to wear it again at night, but it seems like the perfect thing to put on to take a nap, so as not to feel all groggy, overheated and disoriented afterwards.

Temple of Dreams did not seem to do anything for my actual sleep... it felt more ceremonial, and less practically applicable. It was very herbal, and compared to Baku, it seemed to be an oil about sleep, not an oil for sleep. That said, it's beautiful. There's a really pretty basil note in it that seems really surprising and cool in a sleep oil.

I can't help. I know I mumble in my sleep, but my boyfriend sleeps like a corpse, so I never wake him up, and it's never been an issue. The only thing he does in his sleep is get amorous with me - and I don't mind that.... But I did try Baku last night, and I slept a lot more deeply than usual. I was almost as corpse-like as my boy. I'd give Baku a try.

I'm not going to comment on the scent since I love ambergris on other people, but not on me and Orange Blossom doesn't like my skin chemistry either. I am going to mention, though: This one is strong. I put one swipe of the imp wand behind each ear, one on each wrist... and 4 hours later, I still smell *strong*. and since it's such a heavy, thick scent, it feels like I'm walking around in a heavy, organic cloud.

I don't tend to get nightmares, and my boyfriend stopped getting them much after I put a dreamcatcher over the bed, but I do tend towards insomnia and weird dreams... On me it smelled like lavender, mostly, with a nice undercurrent of eucalyptus. There was a touch of something like fennel, but not enough to bother me even though I don't generally like anise-y smells. My boyfriend gets really cold at night, so we sleep with heavy covers, and I often get overheated, but this blend, despite the lavender, has a nice chill edge that made getting to sleep a little easier. Also, I was in a very deep sleep straight through to morning, very refreshing.

I'm not so good with notes, but I did smell the pineapple. It's definately not a massively evil witch scent... it's a laughing at itself a litte very fairytale witch kind of smell. Goes well with a witch whose house stands on chicken feet. ;-) It lasted into the afternoon on me... maybe 5 or 6 hours.
