On me, 9 Mysteries smells of peppermint and mandarin. There's an undercurrent of sweet skin, not lusty or sweaty, more like baby skin, but not powdery. Sorry, I cannot tell what makes that lower note. Regardless, I love this scent. I think I will buy a bottle as soon as it is available.

I do not know what any flowers smell like; I have never had a flower garden; I do not go outside much. All that said, Sacred Whore smells of sweet, yellow flowers on me. The scent is strong; it projects; it lasts, but on me there is no cinnamon, no myrhh. Whenever I wear it, I think of daffodils. Of course, I've never smelled a daffodil.

Your oils bring me so much pleasure; it would be a relief to know that you can escape CCNow's usury. If I want to pay with PayPal or by check now, how much tax should I apply to my order? I live in the state of CA, which is why I ask. Could this information be added to the FAQ page?

Greed smells exactly as I imagine greed would: warm and golden and lightly cherry sweet but inescapably acrid.

Bacchanalia smells delicious in the vial: big, juicy Concord grape, a little Flintstone vitamin, something darker that could be called animalistic. ( I'm new to analyzing scent. My apologies.) But it dries on me to Juicy Purple Candy Grape over horse poop. So, I'm not buying a larger bottle, but I will keep and use the imp. There is NOTHING sexy in this on me, but I need to believe that I live a life in which it is sometimes appropriate to smell like sweet grape and horse shit. ETA: I applied before writing the review, and it is more pungent, more evocative of animal piss, which doesn't really change for what occasions I will wear this, but ... so you know. Maybe my skin doesn't like civet. I wouldn't wear this to a job interview, but I like the effect.

hmm, I haven't washed a fragrance stain with it, yet, but Bi-O-Kleen Bac-Out Stain & Odor Eliminator (available at Whole Foods) works wonders for me at times. Hope someone else has a better solution!
